Out with the GREAT GRAND CHILDREN!️

Its an ok place. There are few games for children under 5 but a lot for kids older than 5. The staff was extremely polite and the area clean. Its very empty during school hours.

Bathrooms were clean enough no towels to hold door open, social distancing is happening games beside each other that are 2 players are now 1. When u come in instead of a stamp they take a picture... staff ok...

Love this place! Great pizza, awesome band, and fun selection of games to play. I didnt realize the band was mechanized until my friend told me. Hes the same guy who ruined pro wrestling for me too, so its no big deal. Just make sure to get enough sauce in ya before taking the kids. I highly recommend that as well!!

Its hard to rate this place... there was a lackluster man in a rat costume who was void of enthusiasm. I still give it 4 stars because viewed through the lens of an 8yr old that might be enough.

There were some things out of order. Bigger kids trampling over smaller children on slide. Was there with a birthday party and it seems like Chuckie doesnt stay out long or take time for pictures. Employees were cleaning and sanitizing which was good.

My husband and I just hosted a birthday party for our son this past Sunday. While the party itself was nice, the food was good and the hostess was good, most of the games required attention. A lot of games needed more tickets. I was able to track the manager down to assist, but there should be someone walking the floor to assist with that so we dont have to hunt someone down.

My family and I went on a Monday afternoon around 3pm and stayed for an unintended 2 hours. They delivered worst customer service of 2019...the Catonsville location is the dirtest place made for kids that Ive visited year, it smells like urine when you walk in, the staff is rude as hell, the young managers are clueless and its just down right expensive! Where a kid can be a kid, yeah okay! I hope they are shut down very soon. This place would get a zero from me if the option were available. #nevereveragain #dontwasteyourmoney

I take my kids here all the time they are following covid 19 guidelines and everything seems and smells cleaner. Ijs

I have always loved this place. I am a mother of three my children are ten years apart. This has always been a convenient and fun place for my children.

This business was ratchet to put it nicely. Kids were running around out of control without little or no supervision. We were there for my grandsons birthday party. He is 2. I was afraid for his safety. Ticket machines were broken, so there was a long line to cash in tickets and an even longer line for the prize counter. Poorly managed. The waitress who handled our party came over about 10 minutes before our party ended and started pulling the table cloths off the tables with our stuff still on it. WE WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS SPOT AGAIN.

My son had a ball here. $20 went a long way. I didnt have any complaints this trip. Everything went smoothly. Food was good as usual.

Its a great place to spend time with your family and have fun. It has food although I wasnt impressed with its quality. The games however are pretty good. The prizes are not really worth the amount of tickets unless you get above 800. So, if you know you are gonna be going there multiple times, then it is probably a good idea to stock up your tickets and then spending them once you reach a high amount.

This place was awesome and the party helpers were very helpful.

This chuck e cheese is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER be coming back here. We first walk up, its people cussing and arguing about a argument that happened in the chuck e cheese. Then the floors and tables are nasty. They need more people working here. The workers are slow texting on their phone while we order. Yea, not coming back.

Nice chuck E cheeses, food and pizza very fresh, nice salad bar! They give great birthday parties..

The Manager and the Hostess were both so accommodating, attentive, and friendly the whole time during our sons birthday party. They were also forthcoming about the charges and called me to confirm details a few days before... really good upbeat atmosphere. Weve had kids parties for our 4 kids everywhere and our experience at this Chuck E Cheese was the best and easiest no fuss kids party.

I Love taking my 7 year old daughter to Chuckee Cheese on Rt 40 because its always a good place for her to play and she really enjoys herself every visit!!!!

Great time. Kids loved it. My only complaint is there were multiple games that werent functioning right and finding someone to attend to them was hard. They need more staff on the floor.

This Chuckecheese games always out of Service! The ticket counter stays broke..And make sure you dont leave your food out to long!.. They will throw it away without a second thoughts. And the Manager has no good Customer Service skills at all, he will argue back & forth when you tell him the ma China owes you tickets!. Went all the way down! Didnt use to be that way. And the bathroom Womens stays dirty with the smell of Urine!!

Parents need to control their kids. Or Chuck E needs a policy that provides safe fun for their guests. Kids were running throughout the place and ended up knocking an innocent child over. Luckily the parents didnt fight. Have to do better.

Very good games for kids 11-

Customer service is really what gets the 5 stars. Lets be honest grown-ups; there is better pizza out there, but we get excellent service at CEC. I would recommend getting more help at the front cashier, however. Often a line, but when its my turn, excellent service. Have gone there for years and when we do, weve been assisted with great team members!

The good part was the food was good, and the games fun. However, they did a bait and switch when we were cashing out our points/tokens. My son choose a ball that was labeled $10.99. I had to buy up to that amount from his tickets. When we went to pay they charged me $20. I talked to the manager and he said the $10.99 label was a mistake, they had placed it in the wrong location, and he would not honor the labeled price and gave no concessions at all. So I left with a crying kid who thinks Im a mean parent. This manager made a mistake and wouldt make it right. He ruined what was supposed to be a fun birthday occasion. Wont be coming back to the Rt. 40 location in baltimore.

Nice place to take your kids when youre living on a very tight budget give them a chance to be kids and the staff is always Pleasant

Really enjoyed the visit for my grandsons bday. Reminded me of the days I went once a week with my children when we lived in NYC. A lot has changed since then..for the better. We can now buy bday cake on the premises. There is a salad bar. Pay to play packages. More food options. I couldnt wait to get my pizza. Same wonderful pizza. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The employees lacked enthusiasm. Some of the employees were very unprofessional because, they were talking negatively about customers in front of other customers. I would not recommend at this time.

No, no, and no. My brother and his g.f spent over 600$ for a birthday party and it was terrible. They dropped the pizzas off and left, never served anything. Salad bar was half empty and a disaster, half of the games werent working or if they were, the balls were missing. Never got the childrens ice cream and maybe saw chuck E for 2 minutes tops. Children running around acting ridiculous with no parent around to care. O and to top it off, the police were here! The police at a chuck e cheese. Really? Never again.

My nephew had his 4th birthday party there 2 months ago. Very nice place, well organized, friendly staff, lots of fun - for every one!

Horribleeeeeee! Had my nephews bday here and they kept forgetting items that came with the party. The host wasnt even with the party half the time. Not clean, compared to other locations. When leaving the young lady at the door didnt even check our numbers! I couldve been stealing my own children. Too many young children running the place. Saw the manager one time and he looked like he was about to lose his cool. I cannot! Nope! Only good thing about the visit was the cashier. She was very pleasant and informative about the products.

I havent been there in years, until today. I took my grandson. He played a lot. Won 40,000 tickets. Its still a good family spot. But the things you get, when you redeem them, need to be improved to me. But we enjoyed our time in there.

It was the worst visit I ever had to this location. Granted it started to snow pretty heavy, but we got there at 8:30pm. They were supposed to close at 11pm but were trying desperately to close early because of the weather. So instead of properly servicing the customers who were already there...they stood around calling numbers trying to get the ok to close. I asked the manager if someone could ring us up to get points but they told me to wait while they decided if they were gonna stay open. Keep in mind almost all the staff was sitting in the corner doing nothing. They didnt close until after 10 btw, but we had to wait over 30 mins before getting points to play. The bathrooms were incredibly trifling, with maxi pad wrappings and toilet paper all over the floors and urine in every toilet. It was disgusting. It was as if they let a bunch of teenagers run the whole store. Just ridiculous. This is what they were doing instead of ringing us up, but its ok because next time well be going to Main Event in Columbia.

This was one of the best Chuck E. Cheese I ever went to ‘ my son had his 4th birthday there & the staff was really nice & loving ! They definitely made me feel welcomed & my son & our family had a blast !!!! We really enjoyed ourself down to the pizza & games & everything the manager Kayla was excellent & devan they really did a lot to help us ! & to Chuck E. Cheese Mr.Kyree you did an excellent job entertaining the party this will be the only Chuck E. Cheese we attend ! I will be calling the store giving a compliment !!!

2nd time coming here, both times my wife had an anxiety attack from the kids jumping on machines and screaming. This time was enough to leave a review, machines were out of tickets and the nearest employee was playing on his phone, and a game.Food, pizza was good, it’s Chuck E. Cheese, the line of 3 people took 10 mins (not angrily exaggerating either). Lady at the counter was on a personal call on speaker phone. The only people actual trying, was the food runner, and the young lady at the door.Oh back to cashing in tickets, same lady from food, came up after we stared at her from a far long enough and she came over still on the phone, my wife asked if this was a bad time and the employee smile and said no... staying on the phone. I get it, it’s a kids place probably minimum wage ish but come on dude, I spent $50 there for what? How about a smile or something..

I was there with one of my sons and my great granddaughter. It was just wonderful to see her so happy and excited about so much to do and play on. I just enjoy the atmosphere, playing some of the games, watching others enjoy themselves. All in all I really really like going to Chuck E Cheese.

Very crowded, but everyone was respectful and service was quick. They stamped everyones hand and check them all when we left.

Its a great place for kids, they only thing I will say is that the customer service is horrible. They really didnt care to be there and it shows.

My 5 yr old son took me hostage and made me drive him to this place and buy him a card to play games and he made me wait till the money in the card was gone before we could leave ...now lets be real here ...they have I believe to be at least 8 machines to redeem the tickets from the games but only 2 were working so you gotta wait in line forever just to do that ...they really need to fix the ones not working or replace them

Had no problems, my son enjoyed it so Im happy. Only thing I would say is that the employee that checks the stamp exiting really needs to checks to make sure the numbers match. I understand that you may remember who came in with who, but the quick glance at partial stamp covered by a sleeve doesnt do the stamp system any justice. Last thing I need (Lord forbid) is my child or someones child is exiting with the wrong individual or party.

Two stars because at least they have a system for checking you in with your child or children. But then, many machines are broken. We had to wait to munch our tickets because only 2 of the 6-8 ticket munchers were working. There is a stale odor because of the carpet which is in need of a good cleaning. When Chuck E came out for the bday party, he mostly stood there and did not dance or show much excitement. Still, children had fun, but this would not be my first choice for family fun.

My recent visit was for a birthday party. It was around 12:30 on a Saturday and to my surprise it wasnt anywhere near crowded! Access to all the games, never a problem. My only gripe was the staff working the tables. Most (not all) were unprofessional, but I chalked it up them being so young.

I went on a weekday so it wasnt crowded. One game cut off on the kids and someone was supposed to come help but never did. Other than that the service was good.

Surprisingly when I took my son there to celebrate his birthday, there werent many people. I loved that. No waiting in line for games. No crowded areas to try to squeeze by. My son and I both had a great time. The only thing I was disappointed with is that a few of the games werent working, so we didnt get all our tickets.

Had a great time with the grandkids. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. My only complaint was the bathroom....it was clean but had a strong urine odor. We arrived at CC shortly after it opened so the bathroom hadnt received much use for that day and it should have smelled better.

This place needs an upgrade . Place has not changed with time except for the fact that they moved from coins to chipboard cards for playing games. Adults and kids will enjoy the place. Food is decent. The service is good and thats the reason we go back to this place and kids love Chuck e

Manager their was great. He answers questions we needed to know when we were waiting too leave, if could hold on to our ticket slips to another time, because it was so long waiting to pick a prize. He was so nice in telling us what to do. Food was good kids had fun. Love the pass cards.

We booked a 10am party for our 3 year old and 20 other kids. It’s not crowded first thing in the morning, so the kids had space to run and play. Staff was great, especially our party hostess. She was so helpful and sweet. Everyone had a great time and it was nice to have a party venue that takes care of all the details.

Love to take the kids to Chuck e. Always a blast. Very affordable.

It would be 0 stars if i could. First off it is a filthy mess in there. Trash sprawled all over the floor from previous customers and it wasnt even that crowded to have been that dirty. Secondly, they are understaffed and wont cash out tickets. We would have to come back to claim our prizes. So after hearing this, we requested the name of the manager on duty from the young lady working the front register and the response was she was not going to tell us the name of the manager on duty, today 6/12/19 @ 7p. We will be contacting upper management about the unprofessionalism on display at a place where we regularly come. If this is not reconciled we definitely will not be returning ever again!

This place is a joke. Half the rides didn’t work I was so tired of asking an attendant for help eventually I spoke with the manager, who was very rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. All he gave me was excuses and “instructions how to ask for help” what a character. It’s said most family’s who come here are brown, yet treated with second class service and poor experiences. I will never be back. Good luck here!

I love every place that makes my daughter happy. So this place is so close to my heart cause my little angel loves to visit it.She doesnt really enjoy many of their games but she loves 2 of them and she enjoys being there.So every Chuch E. Cheese is my favorite place from now onwards :)
