When we arrived around 915pm we asked about cosmic bowling. We were told there was a league still playing and they had to wait until they were done for the music to get turned up. This never happened. If there was a league (didn’t appear to be) when they left the music never got turned up. If there wasn’t cosmic bowling it would have been fine but we truly didn’t appreciate being lied to. The shoes my husband got were falling apart, literally pulling away from the sole of the shoe. Then the food was subpar and the sodas were all either flat or all syrup. I understand they’re still remodeling so that might be part of that issue. Not sure if we just went on a bad night but the lying as soon as we got there was truly unprofessional and disappointing.

We went here because we had a groupon. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice...from the lady that took our shoe size to the young man who took our food orders. Definitely will revisit.

Solid ten pin alley. Great spot for kids party too. The staff was super nice and relatively attentiveZ the bar staff was pretty much non existent. Perhaps it was because it was early afternoon when I was there, but I generally enjoy a beer when I have bowling alley pizza and am bowling.

This place is awesome! Clean and upbeat. Everything works just as it should. Staff were very polite and friendly. The food was very good too. The only issue was not the staffs fault at all. A city youth camp group came in and their so called chaperones let them do whatever they wanted. They were loud, obnoxious, spilling drinks, dropping garbage and not cleaning up, throwing balls in other lanes with two and three kids at a time. Thankfully the group finally left and the place went back to being pleasant again.The management was just too nice though. They should probably consider finding ways to prevent behavior thats very inconsiderate or even abusive toward other customers or just asking people who are to leave.I suppose its all about timing though, Again the issue wasnt their fault at all. Its obvious that the place is a gem and were really looking forward to our next visit!

This morning ordered grilled cheese with bacon at 904 am. 30 minutes later no food. Went to check he was just getting to make it. Delivered no bacon and cheese not melted. He brought another one down to me correct. Just another day in the alley.

They have many lanes to bowl on, the place is clean, and they have great bowling specials! The scoring system is electronic so its up to date as well.

Great place for a kids birthday party. So much better than a trampoline or climbing place. Everyone hangs out together and it is at your own pace. Plenty of space to socialize. Food was great too.

Ths place is so clean,employees very professional.There,s a eatery w good food etc.It sits right next to a YMCA so u can work out then go bowling and grab a bite.It is not too crowded and very secure.

This place was one of the most surprisingly fun and enjoyable places I’ve been to in awhile. Located in an unlikely spot for a bowling alley, my boyfriend and I nearly went somewhere else thinking it wasn’t there anymore.The people that greeted us were super friendly, the food and bar service were prompt and came over to our table to check on us and bring us our order. The bowling was cheap, the food was good (much better than expected for a bowling alley).The arcade games were fun and updated. It was an all around really great experience. I would recommend this place to literally anyone that want to bowl or have a nice time.Reading the review before mine I was hesitant to go to Brunswick. Although I am white, I very much condone racism, and would not want to support a company that was. That being said, I feel inclined to comment on the fact that the bowlers were EXTREMELY diverse in color and social class. In a time when racism is very much alive and well, it’s important to call out the truly racist companies. In our experience at least, this was not at all the case here. I can’t speak for the previous reviewers experience, but I would not avoid this place based on their comments. Try it out for yourself and you be the judge.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Not only are they racist, but incredibly disrespectful. I came here tonight with my family to enjoy some bowling around 7pm. They did not close until 9pm and the man working at the front was clearly trying to get out early, as we requested 3 games and he said no let’s start with 1 to see how time goes..... ok we play 1 game and another and are done very quickly. We ask to play another (with an hour until close) and the same guy goes “are you sure you’re gonna have enough time?” Like ya!! We’re sure but we decided to just leave as we were being treated very weirdly by the staff. We will not ever return. Bar service was also slow as molasses.

I reserved a lane but was 30 minutes late so had to wait an hr for an open lane. Definitely had a lot of fun only downfall was the bartender was new and couldnt keep up. Waited 45 minutes for 2 long Island ice teas because she had no clean glasses. I even brought my glass back and still waited forever.

The staff is usually super friendly. Lanes are available most of the time and me and my family usually have an excellent time. I would have given a higher rating for those reasons but Ive had one negative phone experience and one extremely disappointing visit which involved me trying to get in touch w their corporate offices. Also when I did their corporate office NEVER got bk in touch w me. Would have given a lower rating just for that reason but that didnt have much to do w them besides the reason I was originally calling. We did go bk after our original negative experience b/c my kids really wanted to go bowling and every visit since then has been great. Like I said if it werent for the not so pleasent phone call n the extremely disappointing attempt at our 1st visit ever I would have given them 4-5 stars

Nice place to take family and friends to enjoy bowling. The staff is friendly and courteous. The.center is clean and air conditioned, plenty of parking and the food is great.

So if you arent on a league and you come for the Sunday Funday $2 games you will feel very unwelcomed! They act like its a problem that you came for the special! Why run a special if you dont want a group of people with their children to come and bowl there? There is like 20 open lanes and the guy just shakes his head and says there isnt enough lanes! They did end up accommodating us after I talked the guy into it, but we def wont be returning! Bathrooms were disgusting food was terrible and service was rude, but the kids had a blast so you get 2 stars.

I bowl there every Sunday and I like the people there but some of the customers are loud and cuss a lot which I feel is inappropriate behavior in a bowling alley where there are sometimes children there.

It was extremely fun. The staff were very nice. They were running some great specials for the summer so well definitely be returning.

This was the worst bowling experience of my life. The lanes worked a third of the time. The service quality was as poor as it comes. The employees were rude and had bad attitudes. The water fountain didnt work. The food was extremely over priced. The bathroom entrance was parallel with a stall and had no door, therefore disregarding a persons privacy. Never bowl at these lanes!!!!!!! It absolutely sucked!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend Mary and I have been going quite often with the summer games. I was always extremely satisfied until today when the young girl Melissa gave us a total of 4 games not 5. Our first 3 were free with the summer card and we paid for 2 more each. A total of 5 games each. She didnt believe me and thank God I asked for a receipt. She never apologized and was rude about the whole situation. Today was a very bad experience for us.

The coldest bowling alley I have ever been in during the summer and winter. Actually winter is a little warmer. Ive been going here 3 years. This year they changed the food service company and it stinks. The old pizza was great as was everything. Now you need to eat before you get here.

Prepared for a very exciting weekend, one of our many plans was to get in a few games of bowling.Saturday 09/16/2017 around 5:50PM I was very excited to arrive at Brunswick Zone Perry Hall Lanes, at 4359 Ebenezer Rd, Baltimore, MD 21236 to see so many free lanes on an early Saturday evening. I promptly rushed to the front desk and requested a lane. I was told by associate Chris that there were no lanes available. While looking around and much confusion on my face, I questioned Chris, pointing out the 15+ lans currently available.Chris explained to me that they had a few birthday parties coming in in a few hours, and that he was sorry but could not allow me to bowl. We left politely.After sitting in the parking lot for about 2 minutes, I couldnt help but realize there was not a single person of color in that building, at least at first glance, and I wanted to make sure we werent being discriminated against. I decided to give the bowling alley a call. Christ politely picks up the phone and in my most purposeful and proper voice I asked if there were any lanes available, Chris replies yes we have lanes available I kindly thanked Chris and hung up.Even more aggravated at this point, I called back again and asked to speak with a manager, and after about 5 minutes of being on hold I was put on the phone with manager Melissa. I dove in and asked Melissa if there were lanes available again and she said yes I asked why Chris would tell me otherwise on the phone in addition to turning my friends and I down just a few minutes ago. She said I am not sure, I am sorry that happened. I explained to Melissa that it seemed as though we were turned down for being African-American, without hesitate Melissa replies I know, and its usually not our policy, if you come back I will offer you a free game. Needless to say we did not return for a free game.Upon researching reviews on this particular Brunswick lane I see that there have been a couple of African-Americans who have been denied service or treated inappropriately.YUCK!

Clean and well kept bowling alley. Either their beer lines or kegs needed to be looked at because the head on the pitcher was about have the pitcher lol. Dont book a party here because whoever handles it couldnt understand the difference with reserving a lane or the party. We almost had to cancel our party reservation, but they wouldnt allow us to get a refund. They claim that you have to ask for a refund 10 days prior to the event, but then offered to push it back 4 months. Thats ridiculous to me because the party was for a birthday. Kind of defeats the point to move the event weeks ahead instead of taking our chances with a walk in. Their party isnt anything special at all. They basically take alot of money to give you cheap cheese or fruit without anything more than crackers.

Came on a league night w my family and was told to come back between 930pm to 1000pm. Came back at 945pm and was told they are closing because no one was here and that they waited for us. Well two things dont make sence the place doesnt close till 1100pm and that you told us to come back at a certain time why were we not allowed to bowl? So the statement I take from that is they dont care about our business, and my money is no good. I dont like the fact I had to give them just one star rating!

I give this place 1 star bc I found a picture in the bathroom of a girl having sexual contact and my 3 yr old niece saw it and was asking questions she shouldnt be. We also had a lot of issues with our food not coming out at all and what we did get was wrong and cold and didnt even get an apology until we complained to management. We usually love it here but tonight was terrible.

The venue is deceptively large. Do not be fooled by the external appearance! With 48 lanes the place is very spacious and has a nice family atmosphere. Some updates have been made, with flat screen TV, but the lanes have antiquated equipment. Our lanes (9 & 10) were fraught with problems of pins missing and balls getting stuck. Management was minimally helpful, but not unfriendly. We had to seek assistance four times, and finally wound up requesting an extension of our 2 hour rental due to all the issues we had. This location has the potential to be much better, but, sadly, it does not appear that they are interested in making improvements beyond those already made. Who knows?If you dont mind an extra 11 mile drive, why not try Bowlero, in the Cockeysville/Timonium area? Friends and I bowl almost every Friday night. We recently switched from Timonium Lanes due to the terrible lighting, noise and distracting flashing lights and huge tv screens they had recently installed. We could not see the aiming triangles, nor could we hear one another talk. Non of that is true at Perry Hall. We always find the staff at Perry Hall to be friendly and courteous.

My experience here was truly wonderful. (The manager handled this situation so professionally i want to see her in every establishment I go into now). Had a birthday party for my daughter. Did the online reservation for 20 people, had a question, called, talked to a rep who completed my reservation. Got there and my contract was different then what I chose online. The manager showed me the reservation contract she had and stated that this is what they had. I explained my end from a to z. Told her who I talked to and the whole nine. She listened looked back in on what my reservation stated and accommodated me on what was missing. She extended her appologies for the mix up and offered me a refreshment while I waited as she straighten out everything. She did this and the mix up was not on her end, in others words, not her falt. Professionalism is still alive at Brunswick Zone Perry Hall Bowling Alley. The manager made sure we were taken care of; introduced her staff to me to call on if I had any problems. All this with a packed house, Its a Saturday Night! Anyway, I cant say enough about the courtesy and kindness that was given to us. We as consumers always expect this level of professionalism but sadly we very rarely see it. I take my hat off to them, and thank them for the outstanding service they provided.
