Was not able to play laser tag but the host ( employee)was so pleasant! He allowed myself and a friend go thru the maze and gave us a tour! He was funny and did great impersonation!!!

Lots of people here today. Staff seems overwhelmed but appears to be handling it OK. A few cool co-operative arcade games and two rooms for birthday parties. Not much in the way of refreshments though they do have a fridge with a couple items for sale. It looked like someone was in the middle of restocking and got busy with customers. Theyre situated under the food court here at the mall so its not really a big deal. Fun times were had by my group.

Very fun! Especially the laser tag they have here! Best value currently on the weekends is the power play as it goes from 8pm to midnight for unlimited play! Play as long as you want!

Came with my kids and husband to play laser tag. My daughter was scared of it and immediately wanted to leave but Eleni helped her play for the whole 15 minutes! She ended up having a blast! We will be returning during a more busy time.

Went there for a birthday party.Located downstairs of the food court.Friendly staff.Birthday section is a bit small.Overall decent size for a few hours of fun.A little outdated looking.The jeopardy torch screen is difficult to tap. It wouldnt work well for us.Rock climb was neat.No kids under 45 pounds are allowed on it.

Will definitely head back here for a family fun night!!

This one has the best laser tag arena out of the couple places Ive been to! My kids and I love to play laser tag.. their birthday party packages are awesome as well! My sons 10th birthday was a blast!

This was the best experience Ive ever had. It was both my brother & Sons birthday. It was the best. The manager Jamie was super helpful.

I gave this place 2 Stars because of the kindness of the staff. Other than that this place is old and outdated. Theres always an issue with the gear. There is no available restrooms after 9pm. I dont understand why or how. If youre looking for a overpriced Hood spot then bring your family here. I will not be returning a waste of my money twice.

Great games, only issue is they just handed out cards for lazer tag asking who wanted to play without notifying you before taking the card that it was extra outside of your party pack and waited till we were leaving to charge us.

Update: The owner replied to my email and apologized, communicated a policy change, and then made it right by promising a cost-free experience for our next annual excursion. Post-mistake, they couldn’t have handled it better.————They are down to 15 active packs, and yet they scheduled multiple groups (about 50 people total) for the same timeframe. On top of that, they waited for each individual to pay for wristbands before telling us that 75% of the group can’t play together. The two young ladies working the desk were very nice, but their manager and the group scheduler put them in a bad spot.

Great place for birthdays and just for fun. My son has been having his birthday here for three years straight and he loves it. All his friends playing and having fun. I would recommend giving them a try its fun.

Martini Lutheran Church youth group went to Eastpoint Ultrazone and had a great time...We wrte treated very good and got a great deal...We will be coming again inthe future.. Id like to give a shout out yo Dawanshi for being so helpful...Again a great place to go and have a great time....

I like the old arcade games better. They kept laser tag though.

The employees were very nice and accommodating. The place needs to make sure all of the lazer tag vests and guns are working properly, need more game masters available, and could use some working and updated games to play in the arcade area. For the money people pay for parties its frustrating when things are out of order.

Always a great time on Friday or Saturday night, U have to get the Power Play pass, totally worth it. The staff are very friendly & helpful too. Love going with my son, its great for kids.

Lakiera was very excellent today it was a busy day and she handled it very well, she was very professional and she has a great personality and she’s very good with kids ! I rate this place 5 starts and will definitely be back to play because of her customer service ! Great job

So upset i wasted my time here. I grabbed my 2 kids to have some fun here. Although we only visited to play arcade games, I was and worse then anything my kids were so disappointed. Most of the games were broken or not operational, there were racing games with no steering wheel attached, and also the staff was very cold and left me hanging waiting to cash in my tickets. After waiting and waiting i just left the card with my winning tickets on the counter and walked out. I just wanted a fun sunday activity with my kids and it was wasted here.

The service from Anna was awesome she greeted us welcome us but the manager seem racist as well as the team they treated us as if we was getting on there nerves i work for a business called chipotle and that is not how you treat your guest we will never return didnt make us welcome.

I forgot to write a review for this place but the birthday party we had there back in August was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave little extras to the kids which was well worth the price. The kids had fun, no clean up for us. I would definitely plan a party using this place again.

The area to have the laser tag was ideal place. Dark environment with limited windows or light areas. They have great deals for all night play or all day play. Its great for almost all ages. Great way to compete against family and or friends.

Ultrazone Baltimore was good. I actually had the time of my life over here. I went laser tag with the St. Ambrose family, and prior to laser tag, it was my very 1st time because before today, I NEVER gone laser tagging in a arcade before in my life, but today, Im really glad that I experience it and I had fun! So thank you Ultrazone Baltimore!So for those of you who are like me who never went laser tagging before once in your lifetime, I would reccomend Ultrazone Baltimore, if youre in the Eastpoint Area to come check it out. And trust me, you will have the best time in your life like I did. Thats all.

The customer service was terrible we were in a room that half of the lights were out which made the room real dark. Each activity they gave you 10 minutes to do it a total 4 of the 10 game machines were broken a total wsstevof money

Probaly one of the best places Ive been to for laser tag. The staff are both friendly and helpful. If I didnt live so far away (I live in a different town) Id go every night.

Came here with my nephew and got a unlimited laser tag pass and Ive been here for almost 2 hrs and havent played not one game of laser tag yet.

In a word-INCREDIBLE. awesome place with a pretty large play area. they have an arcade also with plenty of games. we el oh vee ee this place!!!

I like bringing my kids here for the laser tag but 60% of all the games are broken or have some form of defect. Management needs to take the time and truly address these issues.

Half of the arcade games werent working and they didnt eben have laser tag.

Good laser tag course, but would be better if vest didnt reset until u where back at your base, these 5 second restarts are lame. Equipment is well used, but still a good time

Lots of fun. Went for my partner’s 25th birthday, and surprisingly played a full game of 15 players. Staff in charge of briefing did not give any instructions despite some of us have zero experience playing - but we had a good time nonetheless. Can’t wait to go back!

Definitely a lot more fun than I expected. Especially before they remodeled everything. Now its looks a lot better.

Ive been going here since I was a small child. Since then theres been a few changes, but all for the better. I love the modifiers, and the added things like mines make it a bit more interesting.

Booked my sons party online, Paid the $25 deposit. Everything went way too smooth!! We had our own personal party host whos name was James. He was absolutely amazing. He took care of anything and everything. I couldnt have asked for anything more. Only problem I had was with them remodeling the front area which didnt look too good but they definitely made up for it. Worth every penny! We will be back! Thanks so much!

My kids love it but they do need to repair alot of games an upgrade the place...

Half the games dont work... Tickets dont come out... And the games malfunction sometimes & you have to swipe card several times... Never again its gotta be someplace better

Fun, Fun, Fun!!! We had a great experience at Ultrazone, staff very friendly and helpful, clean environment and affordable. We had our sons birthday party here 2 years in a row at his request it was so much fun. We felt the parties were VERY affordable and parents got to join in the fun as well.

I booked a party last Saturday 10/14/17 as my son has had his birthday there for 2 years in a row and was going to do his cousin party there in November now we will not….the first year sadly enough wasn’t much better as I had to talk to a manager and get time to open presents and was credited 40 dollars off my party!!!! This year we didn’t even get to open the presents this year basically told they needed the room for a party which I understand its timed and parties can be back to back scheduled…. so let me explain what happen first the 1st game of laser tag started at 3:15 when the time I booked was 3-4:45 after the first game we had pizza and drink by the time all the kids started eating they were calling for the second game to start kids didn’t even finish their food as we were playing party host threw away the kids food so we let that slide after the second game we had cake and my kid got to open exactly 2 presents. It’s a shame we won’t be back because of this but Ultrazone lost our business by far !!!! it wasnt so much the staff fault it’s just poorly planned out and a manager or owner should be responsible for fixing the problem...

Ultrasound is a lot of fun for the whole family. Its been around a long time and is one of the few remaining laser tag places around.

Awesome!! Fun, clean, and lots to do. Arcase games offer plenty of tickets for prizes. The blowup bouncy houses were kept. Attendants were lively and helpful. The parents lounge is especially nice, not only for adults but for kids too young to play.

Our birthday coordinator was wonderful! Drinks & food were included in the bday package, which really helped. They had everything we needed. Goody bags (filled w/ lots of toys & candy), plates, cups, utensils, even a cake spatula were there for us to use! My son left a bday card behind w/ cash in it & they called us to let us know we left it. The kids got to play laser tag twice. Plenty of arcade games. Rock climbing wall. Very large laser tag area!

Recent addition of redemption arcade machines has made the wait to play even more fun. The location has some very recent games and a motion simulator. Theres also a race game called time freak. Always busy with parties on sat and sun

The game was overall fun, although the person giving the instructions at the beginning talked so fast I couldn’t really understand her. I couldn’t get one of the power ups to work either.

I go to one thats in virginia ... This one i bought 3 all day passes and in about r hours was able to go about 6 or 7 times... There was noone waiting in lines and the staff were chillen around ... I would go to this one if i could get my moneys worth! ... The one in virginia was full of alert active staff and when i came out was almost immediately back in ... They are alot of times packed full of people yet everyone has fun ! As of right now i dont recommend this one !

Place is clean and well managed. Things can get backed up depending on how busy they are, which is a lot especially at night. Its affordable and has an abundance of friendly staff. Great for parties or to walk in and play the arcade. It is in a convenient location between the city, Dundalk and Essex. Best place to play lazer tag especially in the local area. High recommend.
