Great experience, a must go if visiting Baltimore area. Unfortunately, I was not able to book the night tour. If your going and wants to do the night tour for the inner pier city lights, you have to book the night tour in advance.

45 minute Inner Harbor tour.Pre-recorded harbor history with extra information given by the Captain. Boat was clean, plenty of space. Snacks & beverages sold on board. Restrooms are small but get the job done. Totally family friendly.

So glad we were able to catch this beautiful cruise right before it left. Unfortunately my klutzy self managed to lose my phone over the edge of the boat walking down the stairs during our ride. Max an an employee who saw this happen,was kind enough to tell the bartender without my knowledge that the drinks I was on my way to get were on the house. This wonderful display of true customer service literally did make losing my phone so much better will definitely use Watermark tours again.

We took the 45 minute inner harbor cruise. It was fun and informative. It gave us ideas of places to visit for the remainder of our trip.

Tool the evening cruise. It was a nice experience. Drinks cost extra.

Loved I 4th of July celebration

Great way to see the inner harbor in Baltimore. A 45 minute cruise around the harbor. Staff super friendly and attentive. We traveled with my girls 88 year old mother who was in a wheelchair. They were able to accommodate her and even took her into the boat and off when the cruise ended. Priced reasonable. Connseson stand on boat and a full bar. A truly wonderful experience. I want to thank the staff members that day for their help, in making that boat ride special. If your at the inner harbor take a ride you wont be disappointed.

We enjoyed it, had it been any longer my son with Autism probably couldn’t have dealt with it. Very happy it’s one of the shorter sightseeing tours! All of the staff was friendly and the bartender (Ron) was great at quickly serving the drinks/snacks; we didn’t have to wait more than 2 mins in line.

Just ok. The recording of the historic trivia was hard to hear and overall a bit boring. Not sure how they’d spice it up, though. Good bathrooms and good air conditioned area! Might have been better on top of the boat, if it hadn’t been so hot. I suppose we did get a $19 experience.

We were on a Watermark cruise for the Fleet Week Airshow, aboard the Lady Sarah. Boarding the boat and the cruise itself were great, but seating could have been better. Lots of seats occupied by other guests personal belongings that could have been enforced better by the staff. The captains were both knowledgeable about the area and the landmarks around.If I can give some additional feedback, during the actual airshow, the captains were misinforming guests about the aircraft flying (identifying the wrong planes, making assumptions). I would have appreciated them either being better informed about the event, or having someone on-board or over the radio that was knowledgeable about the event. Especially given what we paid for the cruise. They were also not well updated on the delays with the show. We had to stay updated over Facebook, since the captains werent keeping us updated. Not the captains fault, as I suspect that they themselves werent kept up to date, either.During the booking process, I would have liked to see more info about the boat that wed be on before we booked. Some of the other Watermark boats appeared to be better suited for the event (more open deck seating).Overall, I would consider another Watermark cruise.

Really pleasant. Great perspective of the great city of Baltimore. Sound system inside for our announcements was a bit weak.

We sailed the Lady Sarah from the Annapolis Harbour dock for the first time. A beautiful boat, clean and with friendly staff. Nice air-conditioned cocktail lounge with tables and booths below deck. Sandwiches /nibbles/ crudites/sweets provided. We docked with a great view of the spectacular fireworks show. Attendees were families and couples, all well-behaved. All in all, a very enjoyable experience!

Best music cruise around! The staff and bands ate amazing! Such a fun night for a bachelorette party

The cruise had excellent views of the inner Harbor and the price was great. The narration volume could be louder but other then that it was great.

We were on the New Years Eve cruise. The staff was very pleasant and the seating left plenty of room to move around with a dance floor and DJ. A fully stocked bar and good quality finger foods. Would definitely go on another cruise on the Raven.

Great trip, easily booked and easy to find. The boat was nice, and they had a bar available with drinks/food. Definitely something I would do again when I come back to Baltimore.

I did the 45 minute harbor cruise. Worth it. Gotta do it. Has an audio tour hard to hear.

We missed our 5:45pm trip and when we spoke to them they did not make a big deal out of it and offered us the next ride which was for 6:45pm using the same tickets. We didnt have to pay again.Thank you!!

I was on the Raven for the fourth of July fireworks. It was a nice boat. Clean, nice crew, and nice view of the fireworks. There were a variety of very small sandwiches and cookies but they did allow you to bring your own food which I would do next time. The only thing I didnt like was that there wasnt much music so on the way towards the fireworks and the way back it was kind of boring. So all in all I would say its a nice relaxing way to spend the evening and particularly for the fireworks it was nice to not be in a huge crowd. Its more of a family, chill scene though for those like me who are imagining something else.

I taked the basic tour around the bay. 45 minutes around the historic place. The staff was so friendly.

The cruise was nice but incredibly short. Basically just took us out into the harbor, turned around, and came back. It is a pleasant way to see Baltimore from the water, providing a totally different perspective on the city.

We recently took the 45 minute tour. It was an enjoyable and informative way to see some of the historic buildings of Baltimores Inner Harbor without walking or crowds. In addition to the pre recorded narrative, they also took time to point out some of the chance happenings nearby as we cruised. Well worth the price.

Nice trip. Wished that there were places to sit on the outside on the lower deck for people who cant climb steep ladder to upper deck. Otherwise good.

We had a great experience on our recent Watermark cruise. We did the Light City cruise and had a great time! I would highly recommend this company for both casual cruises and yacht charters!

Took my mom here for a mothers day gift and had a great time. The captian and the boat crew couldnt have been better. This is deffently something you should experience when visiting Baltimore.

We took the 8PM City Lights boat ride which went out around Fort McHenry and came back after the sun had set (hence the name). The trip lasts an hour, and provides a great view of the harbor. The captain doesnt do a whole lot of talking, so you just enjoy the view but wont get much in the way of explanatory/historical commentary. Tickets were $25 for adults and maybe half that for kids. Virtually everyone went to the upper deck for the view and good weather.

Very beautiful cruise around the Harbor. You can go on a dinner cruise. Very nice.

I saw some... things

The cruise itself was great. However the email stated that I could pick up my tix the day of the cruise at 11am i get there at 1130 am i eas told to come back in an hour to pick up tix. My cruise was for 8pm that evening but i am a planner and didnt want to stand in line. Then passengers were not allowed to board ship until 745pm even though email states we should be able to board at 730pm.

Took the kids on the Fireworks cruise for the 4th of July. Had a great time, and the staff was incredibly friendly!

A great way to (re) explore Annapolis & Baltimore!
