Overall not the best. Especially from a performers standpoint. My niece was in a show and they are not the most kind people. She often came home crying over things the production team had said or done to her. If you have children I certainly do not recommend having them audition for shows it is not a good environment. This being said the shows are mediocre, but the performers have passion.
