First time at the theater and I must say, the ambiance and service was great. It was comfortable, intimate and mature. The food was good (barring the popcorn shrimp/calamari, which was pretty sad). Be prepared to spend $$$$$ though! At least the parking is free (in the adjacent garage)! Word to the wise: Choose your seats early. Ideally, >1hr in advance

I had a amazing time here. I took my mother out on a date night and Brooke and Justin made sure that our experience was superior. The managers were extremely professional. They greeted us with enthusiasm. The staff made sure that our food and drinks were delightful. It was my mother’s first time here since we drove from Washington DC and it was well worth the trip. Thank you again Brooke and Justin you guys were amazing.

My niece told be about this venue. Being new to the area, I wanted to take my husband out to dinner for his birthday. She took her mom and the four of us had an amazing experience. My husband is very picky about where he eats at. Needless to say, he loved the adult atmosphere. We arrived early and was seated at the bar to order drinks to your liking. Champagne was my husband selection. You could also sit by the fireplace if you wanted too. Like clockwork an announcement was heard that our movie was starting soon and we were seated and given a menu. I especially liked it because there was no KIDS. Grown people atmosphere. I might come back next month for my birthday. Thank for providing dinner and a movie in one place.

This was my first time dining at the movies. It was a nice experience. The atmosphere was nice. The food was mediocre. The staff were all nice. The menu selections all sounded great however the food did not live up to the menus presentation and there is a mandatory 18% gratuity on top of the already grossly inflated prices.

My husband and I came here for date night to see Knives Out and while its not cheap, its definitely worth it. The experience was phenomenal. The food was amazing and came out in a very timely manner. The seats were comfy. Id definitely come back again.

Seeing negative reviews, I was hesitant at first. Im glad I didnt listen. The staff was great (even pointed out the added gratuity). The bathrooms were clean and they did not smell. Was top notch when it opened. Still good though. New cooks recently, back to the original standard. Carpet stunk but cleaner last i went. Huge screen. Roomy seats. Adults only. Worth the extra cost once in a while.

Great theater, excellent and polite staff and all around great experience. Just be advised that there is a 18.5% gratuity added to the bill if you order in the theater. I didnt see that until I got home and looked at the receipt. Server could have mentioned this when I gave him a tip in cash. To be fair the website does state this but I had no clue prior. I know better next time...popcorn and drinks, go to the window.

This is the most amazing Movie theater ever! Its like home! We always start at the bar with appetizers and a cocktail. Once the theater opens we order dinner with a professional, experienced and communicable server! Theres nothing better I can tell you. The service is amazing! Its like its not work! Thats what makes me come back. The seats are the comfiest! And recline! Cant tell you my favorite seats because i need to keep them lol. The bartenders always change so the uniformity at the bar could use some work (fresher fruit please). But that wont keep me from coming back!!

This was my first visit to this theater. I hadnt been to the Rotunda since the renovations were completed. The theater is lovely. Its in a different location from the last theater. The courtyard in front of the theater, the condos and surrounding shops are all new. If you havent been here, or havent since the renovation, its worth the visit.The management and staff were very professional and friendly. Three meals wet ordered were fantastic. My rib eye steak was seasoned and cook perfectly and the presentation was on point. The draft lager was just as it should be.The seats are arranged in pairs with wings standing in for the separation between seat-pairs that some similar theaters have. The seats are very comfortable and wide. I do not believe they are recliners but did miss that.Make sure you ask for a take-home container at the beginning. You wont be asked if you need one at the end, unless you leave the theater and seek one out. Perhaps thats different at an earlier show than hours.

This was a onetime experience. Staff is very nice and friendly specially the reception area. Very nice atmosphere when you enter and all around. They recommend that you be there 30 minutes ahead of the showing. You can sit in front of the fire place or drink at the bar. Drinks are within reason, more or less the same you would pay at the CCF. The food is overpriced. Disappointed that it took too long to get the food, by then it was cold. Once the waiter leaves they don’t comeback, so issues with your food you have to take it to the concessions and miss a big part of the movie if you chose to do so. Movie ticket, food and drink ran me $$69.36 for just myself.

The best movie customer service Ive ever had. Ages 21 and up is great for the mature experience. The Chicken and Waffles were great. The seats were comfortable. The prices were on the high side. Overall, I do recommend this full service movie experience. Give them a try!

One of the best experiences Ive had at the movies in years. The food was great,and to dine and watch a movie, and to have the food bought to you is so much fun. It might high, but worth the wait.

Simply the one of the *BEST* theaters in Baltimore. The food is excellent, the screen is digital. Its expensive. A dinner and tickets for two are about $80, depending on what you get. No children under 18 are allowed, Its very clean, the service is great, and if you complain about anything its taken care of quickly. I go here a lot to just relax and have a good meal. The only minus I have about the venue is that it *does not* show 3-D films. For some thats cool, for me Id like to see them expand in that regard.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with Cinebistro. Food was good and prices fair. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Theater was very comfortable with high quality sight and sound. Will go again for sure.

We have gone several times and the theater itself is pretty nice but ordering food is hit or miss. This last time we were running late and ordered directly from the kitchen and had no issues. Other times when we ordered through the waiters, it never came out quite right...or at all.

The movie experience here is one of a kind. You get to eat a 4 star meal while sitting comfortably in an oversized recliner chair and watching a great movie ! The experience is a little pricey but you definitely get what you paid for!!

Very nice movie theater. Comfortable and wonderful staff. Cost equal to dinner at a restaurant only you get a movie too. No senior discounts. Only thing I can say bad is the popcorn needs to be served in a different container. It spills out of the present one. Popcorn was all over the place. Highly recommend this theater.

This was the second time I went, I still did not enjoy myself . The staff and service were good. But the first time the move took 40 min to start, and the lights kept coming on even when the movie started. I also was told to go to concessions to buy stuff but kept being told Concession wasn’t open. This was Christmas when we came to see Cats. Just this Saturday I came back to try it again with my boyfriend. I really don’t feel like it was worth the money. My food was soggy and I had sliders and the side salad tasted weird!! Service was still good but I will not be back again. Thanks

The 21 and over makes this nice for a night where you know you dont want to be disturbed, but be warned, it comes at a (literal) price. The tickets are $15+ ish, and the food is more expensive than it should be, but I guess they have to offset the cost of relatively low capacity theaters somehow. The seats are adjustable and quite large and comfortable.

Such an amazing venue. I went here for a date night and had an great time. Let me start with the food. I had pan seared salmon and shrimp. It was so delicious and I had a brownie for dessert. The atmosphere was excellent and the customer service was top rated. I would definitely recommend this movie theatre to enjoy the ambiance and good company for creating good memories.

I has been wanting to get to this location for some time now, however we always choose to go closer to home. We tried it out for the first time a month ago and it did not live up to my expectation. The movie and theatre chairs were super comfy however the food was not at all what we were expecting. Approximately a $90 bill which I don’t mind spending if the food is good, but my steak was not cooked correctly very dry and unseasoned. I honestly don’t remember what my husband had because I was upset about my food; I do however remember him saying his food was not the best either. No refills for the Watered down drinks. Just overall not what I was expecting. Just go to a regular movie theatre or don’t order food would be my suggestion.

Very clean, and they have a fun drink menu from the bar. Only complaint I have is that it took a while to get our drinks and there were only a few of us at the bar. The prices are pretty insane as well-- honestly I think thats just a fact at every movie theater.

I ordered the Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon and the Snickers Brownie for dessert. The entree was delicious; however the dessert was not tasty at all and the brownie was hard. My babe ordered the 8 ounce steak medium well and it came back very well done. The waiter was nice and ordered the cook to prepare the steak the right way. Once that was resolved, we were fine. Overall we had a great night and the service was excellent. We went to see Creed 2, if you havent gone, its a MUST see.

Went to see a movie which started at 11:00 a.m. Sign on exterior door said doors open at 10:00 a.m. We arrived and were standing outside at 9:55 a.m. The doors hadnt opened so at 10:07 a.m. we began knocking. The interior was not lit at all. Someone did open the doors at 10:09 a.m. but it was clear the staff were not prepared for a 10:00 a.m. opening. We asked that the fireplace be illuminated while we sat in the lounge area. We ordered Irish coffees but when the bartender brought them to us, the she shared she did have whipped cream and so served them with milk froth. There was an inaudible all call announcement at 10:30 that seating in the theatre was available. The announcement was repeated and could be understood the second time. We stood and waited at the corridor entrance to be escorted to the theatre but no one greeted us. I went over and asked the bartender if someone was coming to escort us, as is customary. She said that since it was so early, we could seat ourselves. So we walked down, found the theatre, and were greeted by waitstaff who promptly took our meal orders. Food came out exactly as requested and was very good. However, waitstaff forgot many items such as sauces, silverware, condiments, etc. which delayed our actual eating. Our second order of Irish coffees were ice cold and sent back. Theatre was very clean as were the restrooms. Waitstaff kept coming back to ensure we were satisfied which was nice. Have always had a five-star experience at this Cinebistro but giving it a 3 today due to issues above.

Perfect date night spot. Customer service and meals were excellente! Bar staff was very personable prior to the show and suggested a drink for my date that made me shine brighter.

I visited Cinebistro twice within the past 2 weeks. I enjoy Cinebistro because of the age limit, but I noticed a disappointing change in the menu and the portion size. I ordered crab dip tonight and not only was it a significantly smaller portion it was more cheese than dip. I enjoyed the fries but they have been replaced by tots. I also really miss the chicken and waffles. So this is the only reason why I gave you 4 out of 5 stars.

The help here is wonderful. So many host and hostess with common courtesy. This is my absolute favorite theater. Ill forever be a customer with that kind of customer service. I hope they pay their workers well, they deserve it

I give two stars (instead of one) because in spite of all the distractions in the theater, I actually liked the movie. I should’ve known something was amiss when I noticed a uniformed Baltimore cop wandering the lobby the entire time we sat at the bar. While I was waiting for my wife, I wandered around and noticed some interesting movie memorabilia in the display case but couldn’t spend too much time on it because I was waylaid by somebody who was already drunk and didn’t like the look of me. Fortunately the cop noticed and he and the manager shooed me away while they intervened. Unfortunately someone sat next to us in the theater who had even more trips to the bar, and had a lot to say during the movie, and did not appreciate being shushed. When the credits rolled, this gentleman decided to find the bottom of his bottomless bucket of popcorn by throwing it up to the ceiling, scattering it over half of the theater.I’ve been to this place a couple of times previously, I’m not sure what’s going on, but stick to matinees I think.

The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. For the price, the screens are of excellent quality.On the other hand it is a bit pricey so its definitely a special occasion type place and the seats are semi recliner, not full recliner like the other modern theatres. However, theyre still comfortable.I would definitely return again for any must watch movie.

The price was over the top for what you get. Great atmosphere but the seats dont recline much. Food is very pricey as well. Once movie start you must go out of theatre to get refills. Parking is free up to 4 hours which is good.

It is a nice thing to have a movie theater in my neighborhood..the seats are quite comfy..dont like that they dont have senior fees..and the popcorn is costly..sure you get refills but how much popcorn can one eat..they have diners akso..but if I want to watch a movie and eat..Id stay at home..I know that these prices are high because its a newish place..with giant seats so I guess that how they make up the $. Each time Ive been there there has never been a lot of peeps..actually quite empty..I did buy a loaf of bread locally and the management told me I could not take it inside the theater..and had to leave it in the office..with picking it up after the film..geez..what where they thinking..that Id eat the bread instead of buying their expensive food..Im giving this place 4 star only because this is near by..convenient..the seats are nice..the people working there are also nice..it certainly isnt their fault the is so expensive with silly bread rules..

This theater is a Trojan horse. The ambiance is beautiful and greeting, everything else is misleading and over priced. I actually was there last night and it was just as cold in the entire building as it was outside. ( i really wished I had a Snuggie to keep warm. Then there was the food!!!! It was horrible. my sandwich was soggy as well as the tater tots (WHERE DID THE FRIES GO??? Serious Question tho) and in order to get refills on drinks and pop corn, I had to walk all the way to the bar! It was just too much! Too much money, too much discomfort, too much sauce on my sandwich!!! I wish the old theater was still there.

Nice clean theater that serves food. Good menu but I thought it was over priced. Half of the what I ordered was cold! Popcorn was burnt in the middle. Only 21 and over admitted so you dont have to worry about hearing crying.

Second time coming here, and its excellent. Theres a nice bar out front if you want to start off your experience with a glass of port. Im not a drinker so I cant speak to their alcohol selection.The theatre seats are spaced pretty well, so you dont feel crowded while dining next to your fellow movie-goers. If you order a large meal, you can get a popcorn stand for your bowl. Its free popcorn refills, but between large tub size you get and your entree youll be hard pressed to finish it. The bowls are angled to facilitate ease in grabbing, but they also come practically overflowing so keep that in mind if you get it with butter. Draping your napkin across your lap helps just in case.The entree selections are great, I can recommend the crab cakes and ribeye cheese steak. I hear the salmon is great too. They have specials on Tuesdays, so you can get a 3 course meal for a great price. Great for date night or if you just want to treat yourself to great meal and movie.

Great 21 and older movie theater. Allow for a more relaxing atmosphere. Seating is awesome with just the right amount in each movie room. Food is truly delicious but a bit pricey. Not good when they dont have all of whats on the menu. Some days there is a limited selection. They have to work on getting customers into their seats at the appropriate time. If we only have 30 mins to eat before the start of the movie, losing 10 or more mins isnt good. Overall, it is a worthwhile experience.

They (people) said this is a luxury movie theater. The seats do not recline. The Chicken & Waffles were not good. The chicken was not seasoned. Sauce for the chicken was extra. They give you half of a waffle. Definitely was not worth the cost. Bathroom near the theaters was beautiful and clean. Bar area looked good. They validate parking in the garage. I will not return, as the bar does not make up for the regular theater seating and food.

I love coming here and always had a good experience until I took my mom for her birthday to see Downtown Abbey. I was so disappointed her first experience wasnt as pleasant. From the moment we walked in a young man was rude and unhelpful when were we having an issue with our downloadable tickets. He must have been new so he wasnt knowledgeable but instead of taking the time to find out to answer he just said he didnt know. We find our seats and were in time for the in theater ordering and but it was so short staffed they focused on the people in the upper sections. Even people who came in long after we did got orders taken. I then saw the same young man get into it with an older female customer which was unpleasant. We also didnt get to put in an order until the movie started. Thankfully the server was nice and apologetic but mom didnt get to experience what i usually did and I felt bad about that. I havent been back since may try again for the holidays.

Its a lovely place but when it comes to the food im gonna have to say Ill eat before attending my next visit its just not worth the price nor the menu i saw.

Once you FIND a server, get everything you need the first time, unless you plan to go find them later....and once in the theater order a cocktail, because you might not get water if you ask for that. My first time but definitely not my last. Your manager Daniel Hill was such a professional you couldnt ask for more professionalism. Not only was he busy making everyone comfortable so was his staff from bar tender to ushers.We had such a great time we sat in the comfortable cozy lounge for HOURS after the movie just enjoying the atmosphere.Oh yeah, the food and drinks were on the spot.Keep up the good work and youll definitely see me and my gang again.

The experience was amazing. The service was excellent. The only thing was that the popcorn served with my Chicken, shrimp, calamari trio was stale. Everything else was terrific.

Ive visited on numerous occasions, this was by far my worst experience. Although Sammy the waiter was friendly and the manager checked in on us numerous occasions, my food was cold and the restrooms were super filthy.....For the price, they should do better!!! Disappointed!

Beautiful venue. The seats are comfortable. The legs on the theater chairs do not lift up, but the back of the chair reclines. Its a bit pricey, but its worth it and its great for a date night. They have a range of food options. Some food i liked better than others. Theyre old bay chicken sandwich is delicious.

This place blew my mind! I went JUST to see a movie...but its a whole restaurant. Its has servers inside the theater, AND NOT JUST MOVIE SNACKS.. Actual menus, real food on a plates like salmon and steaks, silverware, no paper cup!Amazing waiting area with a fully stocked bar. Beer and wine menu. This 1 place is the WHOLE date night.

This theater is better than most. Nice, clean, 21+ only, generous pours on the alcohol, and the staff are professional and courteous. The food isnt worth the hefty price tag. Went there for the first time to see Endgame, and our theater was boiling hot throughout the entire film. 3 hours in heat wasnt fun, but the movie more then made up for the discomfort.Be prepared to have an automatic 18% gratuity slapped onto your bill. Thankfully they do tell you this upfront before you place your order and you can skip this by just going to the concession stand yourself.To be honest I would rather stick with Cinemark reserve level. Seats are more comfortable, I dont get charged 18% for service, food cost less money, and I dont have to wait long for it.

I was at you Rotunda location on 5/5/2019. My service was horrible! To kill off some of my wait time (for my movie), I opted to eat at the bar. It took over 40 minutes to get my order and another 5 minutes to get utensils. When I got my food the burger and fries were cold and the fries were burnt. I explained that to the waiter and his response was can I taste one? Im not going to get into the fact that my movie did not start on time and yes I was compensated for that with a free admission pass for a future movie. I have been a frequent patron and have taken notice of the decline in the quality of service. I understand that things get busy and at times staff is short, but that is no excuse for less than courteous treatment. I will not continue to spend my money for shabby service.

We continue to try and come to this location, but the service is horrible. We sat at the bar and no one acknowledged our presence. 45 mins before a movie, and not 1 person has offered you a drink? Has someone helped you? Nothing what kind of employees work off of tips and dont ask you if you need something? Im done it wasnt even busy when we walked in...Train employees what customer service is. A brief eye contact or Ill be right with you.

If you order your tickets online you still have to stand in line to get them printed (where you would just buy tickets) defeating the purpose of ordering ahead, very annoying and confusing.It’s a very small effort to add mobile ticket scanning and it’s completely standard among competitors.

The Korean beer battered cauliflower... TO DIE FOR... I had a kale salad with a side of salmon, salmon was on the dry side. Ordered brussel sprouts, those were good as well. The pink flower cocktail is for anyone who doesnt like to taste alcohol in their drink. It had the perfect blend of Ciroc peach and St.Germaine. I got the snickers brownie, it was extremely sweet and one of the 17 garnishes on the plate was extremely granular. Wouldnt order that again. The seats also dont recline back that far. Overall I liked it and would go again.

I would have given more stars...but the Theater is tooooo expensive for poor quality. The bartender needs training. Had to go back twice to get a drink corrected..still wasnt right. That was $15. The bar area and theater need cleaning.. the theater is beginning to look and smell (dirty carpet) like regular theaters for lower cost. Wipe the theater seats down disinfect... there was dried spills all over seats.For spending more than $100 for two on an upscale CineBistro....I expect more. Will I go back..not for awhile. Give them time to clean and learn to make drinks
