It wasnt to bad, the sound quality wasnt to bad, the seats are comfortable and recline, the tickets arent that expensive compared to AMC, the food is decent, and the bathrooms are clean

This is a great theater if you don’t like crowds. Flagship Cinemas has done a great job at revamping this place since they changed it from the old “Movies 10” that used to be here previously. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years, and this place gets better and better every time I come back

This theater is never really that crowded. If you go before Say seven or eight. Its usually pretty clean. Spacious youve never had an issue. Its always a pleasant experience. Teenagers yes, but not too many.

I came here to see a movie that was supposed to start at 3:15 when we got there 3:00 the movies was already about 10 minutes in & we talked with a manager that was very understanding and she gave us a half refund for it! I love how they remodeled the place & the popcorn is so good! The staff are friendly and very helpful

Soft recliners huge space between rows so you dont have to worry about feet in your ear. The recliners are soft leather I LOVE them. In every theater. Also they have security. Also huge and wonderful. Unobstructed view and always room because this theater is like a gem no one knows about

I guess its ok. Seats are cool but they use to be cheaper. but still cheaper than most movie theaters but I suspect they will go up soon. would give more stars if they had video games but then again that would cause them to raise the prices

Plenty of Parking space available nice clean theaters. they do need a better food selection, real food that is not everyone wants to eat popcorn, nachos cheese dips sodas, Juju beads, gummy bears. If they can upgrade it just a little bit more with real food selections. You know try to make it a little bit classy like it is at the Rotonda. Im sure business would pick up even more. Customer service need just a little bit more work as well but other than that I have no complaints.

Snacks are great, popcorn tastes great, drinks always work, lovely staff,huge screens, clean bathrooms and the best part...reclinable chairs. It is absolutely wonderful here and makes my movie-going experience a fascinating one. Even when the movie may not be good (I watch a lot of movies here) the experience is still enjoyable due to the atmosphere and overall feel of this specific Flagship Cinema. I enjoy my time here a lot. Keep working hard guys! Much love and appreciation to the staff here! P.S I find the prices a bit high BUT they are tolerable. It is a movie theater after all!

Im not sure why I had previously given this place only two stars but my girlfriend and I recently went and had a great time. The prices are quite reasonable and they cover the essentials quite well. I highly recommend the reusable popcorn pail if you go to the movies more than a couple of times a year. I havent tried any of their hot food though so I cant comment on that.Oh, and Tuesdays have reduced prices all day! Good prices and comfy lounge seats, what more could you ask for?

The seats are adjustable with heat. The theatres are small and cozy with amazing quality everything. I go here all the time now when ever it comes to watching a movie out!

Nice and clean inside but we didnt have any human beings to sell us tickets. Dimly lit so you couldnt tell where to purchase movie tickets and there were no signs directing us on where to buy tickets. But the theater was clean, recylning seats and lots of isle space was great.

The womens restroom was HORRIBLE. Paper towels overflowing from trash can and all over the floors. Almost every stall was covered in tissue and urine and /or stool. The toilets were not flushed. Customers are mostly to blame but Ive worked at a movie theater as staff and as a manager. It was obvious that restroom had not been touched for HOURS. Disgusting!

Very nice. Employees are nice and the seats are comfortable. I even like the decor through the halls. Best part for me is they seem to be cheaper than the larger theaters I wont be going to anymore

The last time I been there I wasnt that impressed butbrecently I went to see Dr.Doolittel and man the place was soo nice like the seating was great and the price was good too I only paid $8 I would go there more often when I feel like going to see a movie.

Go in the middle of the week during the day and there are no crowds. They have great recliner seats that are very comfortable. They had a Senior popcorn size but the catch was that you had to buy the soda also. They were not cheap.

The seats are great: large and spacious leather recliners. The picture and sound is good. The reserved seating saves time on finding a good seat. And we always get to see the movie we want and its not sold out. The food is good too.

I bought my tickets online. When they were preparing my popcorn, the gentleman asked by the way, what movie are you seeing? Oh, that one. Theres a church service in that theater. Its there every week, so Im not sure why they list the morning showtime. So, yeah.

I havent been to the movies in years and i am so glad we chose this theatre the staff was very warm and friendly i got to choose by touchscreen where i wanted to sit the seats were reclinable and best of all i was admitted for free because it was my birthday

I have to second that it is very cold in here. There chairs are comfy but if you lift the cushion of the chair up you could understand why you see mice running around...under the chairs are filled with popcorn and candy. The soda dispenser is diguisting.

I went to this theater all the time as a kid & this was my first time back & it was a great experience. I love that you can buy & reserve your seats online. Plus the recliners were very comfortable. Very good customer service overall.

My husband took me and our daughter for movie night last Saturday evening.... It was a good experience. We had a really good and fun family evening.

It’s an alright theater I guess. Decently clean and the seats are comfortable however the place gets terrible at night and security needs to be better. I’d rather just pay the extra cost and go to White Marsh, it’s better there.

Went to go enjoy the night and watch the new Starwars. Only to find out the theater is freezing WITH NO HEAT. I would suggest going else where to enjoy a movie!Reading more reviews now other movie goers had the same issue at this theater

This place is Bomb now, since the last time I was here About a year ago, they have made so many changes to this place and Have invested in making it look better and more comfortable for the people. I love it since its nearby love the changes, looks very updated plus the service is always very good. Now I feel like its Worth to come here.

I arrived here at 9:50 am for a free showing, PURCHASING popcorn and drinks for a once in a life time opportunity to see A Clockwork Orange in theaters, the show time advertised for 10am. When I arrived in the auditorium I discovered the movie had already been playing for at least 30 minutes. I was excited to see this movie in theaters! After the movie had played most of the way, with only 10 minutes remaining, it was cut off. No credits. Lights on, screen black. NO ENDING. Just abruptly cut off.Id give ZERO stars if I could, but I must give one to be able to post this. NOT HAPPY! I was SO excited to see this movie! I took off work to see this IN THEATERS. I PAID for concessions instead of bringing my own as was suggested by many others.

Good pricing. Very comfortable seats. Only complaint was the box office employee who was rude on 2 separate occasions. I just skip them now and buy tickets from the machine

There was no heat in the theater and the popcorn was cold. They said they would make some fresh popcorn but they didnt.

The reclining seats are one of the best things about this place. Tickets are cheap, especially with the Tuesday special. This is definitely more of an ‘old school’ cinema and I definitely think they should embrace it. Let’s not forget the popcorn

Everything about my experience was great EXCEPT if you go take a blanket, coat, handwarmer, ECT. Its literally freezing in there. Was really hard to pay attention to the movie when your busy shivering. Otherwise it was fine.

This theater is our favorite place to see movies in the Baltimore area. The prices are reasonable and the chairs are comfortable.

I love, love, love the seating at this theater. It allows for a really comfy movie viewing. Who doesnt want to be relaxed while checking out a movie ? I know I do. If I feel comfortable, I enjoy the movie more. The theater is clean, prices competitive and the staff attentive enough. Its right in the middle of shopping, hair cuts & good food so go check it out.

One of my favorite theaters. More reasonable ticket prices than other theaters in the area. Seats are very comfortable and spacious. It does not feel like youre sitting too close to anyone like some other cramped theaters. The design of the rows/floor allow for the perfect viewing angle.

Its a beautiful and wonderful remodeled relaxing cinema theater.

So theater 6 had no heat at all it was colder then it was outside in the theater but the chairs were comfy also the candy is like expired and popcorn is recycled daily or at least it tastes that way

I havent been to that theater in years. It was beautiful!!!! The reclining seats were comfortable and alot of leg room, I think more than White Marsh movie. They dont have a very large menu like other theaters but they had what I like, nachos.

Staff, theaters and cleanliness were all amazing and exceeded my expectations. Asked for a tray to carry my many concessions to the theater for the family and counter staff personally assisted me to the theater and seat. Cleaning crew were on task and respectful after the film and kept the whole place spotless.Would definitely return again and recommend to others! Keep up the great work guys!

It was nice and clean. The service was ok. The staff was teenagers they were more into what ever was going on on there phones then service. But once you got there attention they were on the job.

5 stars for The Loin King Movie. I was with a group of Youthworkers. The woman worker (Miranda) that waited on us was rude. She had attitude and was disrespectful. I got a Soft Pretzel, it was cold and nasty. My experience today was unacceptable. I give the movie theater 5 stars also. But for Customer Service they get 1 star from me

Horrible experience. The theater had no heat and my family was freezing. Not to mention lastnight was the coldest night this fall. I ask the manager to turn the heat in but they just shrugged it off.

Was not bad. Pretty cheap and the seats reclined back. Only thing is the staff behing the popcorn counter could have been nice/had a sense of humor. Tried to be cordial and even made a joke but nothing. Anyway i will definitely be coming back here. Great experience

So gorgeous, its been redone and it looks amazing! The seating is so comfortable and incredibly roomy, and some screens even have oversized reclining seats, no extra fees! Plus, all day tuesday, ANY show, plus 3D, is $6.50... ALL DAY TUESDAY! And bonus, its never too crowded. And parking is abundant!

This is my go to theater, Ive been coming to this movie theater for decades now, way before they were called Flagship. I love how they did a full remodel here adding the comfortable reclining chairs, but also still keeping the admission prices down compared to other theaters like AMC in White Marsh. This year is the first year they finally increased the price of admission up by 50 cents, but with the increase it is still affordable and still cheaper than AMC.

Always clean. Sucks that even if you get tickets online you still have to stand in the concession line to get the actual ticket.

Tuesdays ALL day movies are $6.50. This includes new releases. No fancy membership needed. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly. Seats are comfortable, recline and there is plenty of walking space between seats. Kids pack $6.25, drink refillable. You can have an inexpensive date night for under $25.

Great movie place. There might be quite a line if attending at a premier movie otherwise its not bad. They have few movie Tuesday which is great to bring your kids. They have nice reclinable chairs once youre in the movie. They are wheelchair accessible and have dedicated wheelchair sitting within the theater.

Theater was clean and comfortable. CO² cartridge wasnt working properly the night I was there, and no soda is, for me personally, a big mark in the negative column. No lines, no wait, which says A LOT considering that it was the second Friday that Avengers 4 was open.

Not bad. The reclining seats are nice. Wish there was a way to make people shut up while watching the movie. Trying to get food or drinks is a little hard, so I just gave up.

Glad they were able to remodel, but of course all the other places did theirs soon after. When there is the option of going here or some place else most will choose the latter. However you can avoid most crowds by going here and they do have refillable popcorn buckets for a cost. Tuesday specials are available, but major chains have adopted this too and seem to be cheaper.
