Its okay. Cute. Not much to do there . The river needs some maintenance. Fishing but I doubt if anyone has licenses to fish. I wouldnt eat anything from that area. Just looks dirty.

Its called the AC. And its going down in the AC. Nice community and nice swimming area. Great place to live. Lot of playscapes. Im good for jogging

This neighborhood sucks

Great area to live in away from the city yet a short distance for the city, downtown and airport just a 15 min drive away and Less that 2 miles from the toll road 130.

Very nice. Close to the Colorado river

The neighborhood has gone from nice to nightmare... always looks dirty when you drive in now and its super crowded. Houses are are stacked right over each other. Will stay away as long as I can

Really bad place to buy homes
