Nice tame roller coaster. I prefer more thrilling myself, like the Goliath and Acrophobia. However, my children love it and it’s a good starter coaster for those new to the game. I recommend it for all. Even those a little scared. It shouldn’t scare you and is a lot of fun.

The new paint is absolutely gorgeous and the new trains are extremely comfy. Unfortunately, this is basically putting a band-aid over the underlying problem: Blue Hawk just rattles throughout its layout. Even though you no longer have anything to hit your head on, the shaking in tandem with high G forces and some awkward transitions can give you a headache. Its fun if youre feeling lively and hydrated, but if youre tired after a long day or are easily sickened, this ride is not a fun time.

The first time I rided on it, the air was really nice I recommend in the front seat and not the middle and the back and this should be recommended to beginners too.I was 12 years by that day. (first time was on october 2020)

New life for the little Vekoma that could! New trains and reinforcement to key supports on the trickier inversions worked wonders! Its forceful, smooth, and extremely enjoyable! I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement since the Ninja days. Easily one of my favorites at the park now

Solid ride. Never rode it as Ninja, but if it was half as bad as they say, they mustve made massive improvements. This coaster gets overshadowed by SFOGs other offerings, but its totally worth riding.

I didnt really like roller coasters, but when I rode this it change my life of roller coasters! I will definitely recommend this to beginners!

It’s a solid ride, it’s like a wooden coaster feel on a newer coaster. Something you wouldn’t expect. It’s good fun and decent a decent experience. Check it out it’s crazy!! 5 star ️

The ride is just average. It could be worse though (Like they never renovated it) When I went there was a decent line and they were running only 1 train, which made waiting longer than it had to be. The loops were fun though

Sadly people instantly put 1 or 2 stars before even riding it just becuase they rode he ninja I can assure you this is a 100000000 times better than ninja and is very smooth I would recommend to everyone

Fun, but skippable. The tight turns make the ride more about surviving it then enjoyable. I didnt ride it as ninja but the trains and restraints are weclome!

Last time I rode I relaxed my body and had my earrings out of my neck which helps you relax. All items left off the person. Love this ride. Just go and like a Italian race car driver whats behind dont matter. Fun fun fun.

Terrible. Even though Six Flags renovated this ride it is still absolutely terrible and easily my least favorite in the park like the old Ninja. It is seriously rough and jerky even with the new restraints and trains. Six flags, please tear this thing down and put something far better in its place.

I never rode it before the renovation, but the new coaster here is honestly my favorite in the park. The ride is really smooth, quick and super thrilling. The restraints are tight and safe. Never once felt like I was going to slip out at all. Definitely the best in the park!

This ride is an instant headache inducer. If you’re gonna ride it, either save it for last or make sure you have some Advil on hand. Otherwise the rest of your day will be ruined.

Its pretty good, but it needs better headrests on the trains. Its much better than Ninja.

This has been renovated and no longer hurts! Its actually the most comfortable ride in the park now. And omg is it fun! We went on it twice!

Definitely not my favorite ride. I really hated the ninja. That ride hurt you so much. Blue hawk isnt quite as bad, but it still hurts. They quite simply re-painted and changed the car that was on it. The new car restrains your chest to a point where it feels as if its hard to breathe, and your head jerks around the entire ride. Your ears arent broken at the end of the ride due to the way they made the car, but your neck sure does hurt. Still not my favorite and I guess it never will be. I appreciate them trying to make it better though.

*NOTE* THE FOLLOWING REVEIW IS ABOUT THE FORMER NINJA, BEFORE IT WAS REMODELED INTO BLUE HAWKI only rode this as a last resort. My family was waiting in a long line for Southern BBQ Chicken, and the ninja was nearby. Only I wanted to go on this, even though I heard that it was the roughest ride on the planet. So me, and my infinite ignorance, went right up (with little to no line) and rode this skull-splitter. Even when you first turn out of the station, you hit your head on the restraints (Over-the-Shoulder restraints of course). The whole ride felt like a real ninja, propeller-kicking your skull to pieces. This ride was the sole reason I brought Ibuprofen to the park. A whole bottle! I needed that after riding this.Now this thing is Blue Hawk, featuring retracting, better trains, and new paint/theme. If I ever revisit here, Ill ride the new Ninja. I know it will be better.

Blue Hawk just received a very nice renovation for 2016 and now its great! Fun coaster thats not too extreme. Veterans get to go to the front of the line too.

Ok here is the deal the new ride is cool but OMG those new restraints will choke you to death as you ride. The new design allows the restraints to tighten as you ride to the point of making you feel claustrophobic or as I would say trapped like a dam rat. Its off my list. I have seen people freak out and have an anxiety attack. They need place a health sign if you have heart problems stay away

This was my very first upside down ride and was very very fun.

This is my least favorite ride in the whole park. It is Ninja 2.0. The last time I went it was so rough I was slammed and hit my face on the metal hand bar. I would not recommend this ride to anyone!!!!!!!!

One of my favorite rides in the entire park. Ive ridden this dozens of times over the years, and everyone who complains about hitting their head, simply were not keeping their head held back against the headrest.Brace for the high GForces and youll have a blast.Act like a ragdoll, and prepare to be thrown around like one.

This is the worst roller coaster Ive ever been on. it really hurt my neck and it might look like a smooth ride but its really rough and I never feel like throwing up on roller coasters but I did on this one. this roller coaster ruined my whole day because it shook me up and made me really sick!

I rode the old ninja and like everyone else, I hated it because of how rugged the ride was. I never rode again because it was just as painful as the cyclone.Well, apparently I wasnt the only one saying this, and enough people relayed the message to the park for them to revamp and modernize the thing. I rode it again as its new self, and while it isnt a coaster that makes you feel a lot in your gut or otherwise, its now a solid ride. Coolest part about it is looking around as youre on it because of all its loops and inversions over its very own man-made (albiet disgustingly polluted) lake. For that reason Id recommend that you ride the very front or back. It looks big and scary, but I think its tame enough for people who are afraid of roller coasters.

This rollercoaster is a headache waiting to happen! I would avoid it, the twists and turns and corkscrews are fun but not worth the head banging from side to side throughout the whole ride :-(

Ninja SUCKS. I went on this before the Blue Hawk rennovation and oh boy was it trash! This ugly mess of filth had a one hour line (on a busy day), and it bashes you around relentlessly. I had a book that told me that due to track rennovation it was smooth, so I expected that from the ride. As soon as we plunged down the ten story drop, my head was bashed like a rag doll against the terrible restraints. I give it zero stars because of how WRETCHED this stupid dirtbag of a coaster is! At least I got the credit!
