Theater was too cold for kids and I to be even comfortable (winter)!! Snack prices are not unreasonable, this was a nice change!! A nice waterproof wood looking laminate would be a nice touch to the nasty looking concrete floor I witnessed when the lights turned up. Movie screen and volume were adequate.

Small little theater located in the finger lakes mall. Always good service and well kept theaters. Sometimes its worth stopping by just for the selection of drinks and snacks.

My family and I love going here. Nice mom and pop local business with great prices and a very friendly, courteous staff. Not to mention they give refills on all size drink and popcorn...not just the xl like every other theater. They have had great kid movie weekends and events also. If your in the Auburn area and want to see the newest flick, do yourself a favor and go to Track Cinema.

Cleaniest theater in Auburn with the BEST staff.

My husband and I went to a matinee showing of Star Wars and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The staff is personable and fun. That is not something I usually would say about a movie theater. The theater itself was clean and the seats comfortable, sound/film quality fine. The womens bathroom could have used a sweeping, but otherwise, well done!

My son ran movie plex 10 Aurburn NY. Going out to the movies is hard to do for us since he was killed in a car accident. I went in for some delicious popcorn to share with some friends. The place was clean & hade some games to play which is nice. Their snack bar is a nice size & from what I saw very clean.

Love to go here and take my son also. Vwru clean theatres, prices are excellent and affordable. First run movies all the time and some times have special events for kids showing an older movie, and usually tickets for this are 25 cents, so like their facebook page for updates and showings. Family owned and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for anyone to visit there and especially families as the prices can fit any budget! Love, love, love it here!

Since this place took on new family ownership this place did a 180. They give 100% of themselves to make it the perfect experience. Its a very welcoming, accommodating experience. They are nice and the place had a makeover. 5 stars for sure. Havent experienced this type of customer service in about 20 years.

This is the only theater that I will go to see movies, not just in Auburn, but also anywhere in Central New York. Family owned and operated. They treat everyone as if they were a member of their family. They also keep the theater as clean as they would their own home.

I would like to give this place a 3 or better but I have been here 3 times and the bad Ben little improvement. Time one, hole in the roof, buckets laid out and seats corridored off limiting where you could sit to watch movie. This was not mentioned when we bought tickets. The next 2 times the theater was filthy, floors sticky garbage everywhere and a feeble attempt made to clean while we were seated to clean around us before movie started.

Pretty decent venue with reasonable prices and comfortable seats. Only 4 screens but tends to feature the movies that Id like to see.

I will never go here again! Drove all the way out there with my daughter to see the 9:30 pm showing of pitch perfect 3 on 12/28. We were told there were no more movies scheduled to play that night. The schedule was right in front of us. The girl then proceeded to try and tell us that those were the showtimes for last week. This movie wasnt even released until 12/22 so how did you have a showtime listed for the day before the movie came out in the US???!!! Clearly, they just wanted to leave early and instead of telling us the truth they chose to lie to us like we were idiots.

Im here for the star wars episode 7 release and Im having the time of my life. Every movie deserves to be experienced this way with dedicated and ecstatic fans. Of course the courteous staff.
