While they are closed, big trucks are allowed to park there. Do not throw out your trash in their parking lot or you ruin it for everyone.

I loved it. The staff was friendly, the seats were comfy, the sizes and prices of the food are great and the whole place was so clean.

Such a very nice and clean cinema. The staff is pretty much younger people. But very nice nice and respectful. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much. It was our second time going there. We recommend it, and well definitely be going back.

Love this theater. We come from Fort Wayne to see movies here! The free refills on drinks and popcorn is what makes it worth it for us. Love the slushy drinks! And make sure you sign up for their rewards card!

Prices were decent to better that other Theatres near by. Popcorn was pretty good. The price for popcorn was good too. And refills on all sizes. That goes for fountain drinks as well.

Comfortable and audio was good quality. Theaters often make up for audio quality with volume, and Im grateful that the theater I was in did not do this.Over all a clean and comfortable environment with a good viewing experience.

Wonderful movie theater. Local to those who live in Auburn and Waterloo. The theater is always clean and tidy and the employees are also very courteous. Im not sure of the details, but I know they have a viewing of certain movies that are sensory friendly for autistic people. I really respect that about a business. :)

I love that they have coke freestyle machines so I can mix and match what I like to drink. This offers plenty of options for my entire family and is always enjoyable. Wish they had combo deals on drinks and popcorn as it can get expensive with a large family. Tickets are reasonable in comparison to other movie theaters and they have plenty of space that I have never been in an overcrowded theater. They do a good job of keeping their bathrooms clean and the staff has alwsys been attentive. Some theaters have better seating than others and offer more comfort while watching movies. They are just average at best. The parking lot can get very full and it can be hard to find a spot as well as the spots just seeming to be smaller. Overall I enjoy coming to this theater and this chain. I have been to other theaters of this brand and have always been pleased with the experience. It is a good option compared to driving all the way to a bigger city and being crowded in a theater. We have come during the Winter and Summer and they do a good job of managing the heating and cooling which is always important while you are enjoying a night out.

Prices are not too bad compared to other movie theaters and they have a rewards program. The movie theaters are a decent size and have comfy chairs.

Just saw the movie PepperMint today, 9/11/18, so the pictures below are current with their concession pricing. My rating is 3/5 because although ticket prices are reasonable, they have increased the cost of each concession item by quite a bit and removed the idea of combos. For example, before this recent change you could get a large popcorn and drink for around $6-7 as a combo. As of now, its basically like combo pricing but without the combo itself.If youre someone who usually gets snacks, drinks, ect., you might want to reconsider if on a budget. Should NCG bring back combos again, Ill bump up my rating to a four and possibly a five.

Something has to be done to the seating in aud 1 their biggest screen. The cushions are out in nearly every seat. This is really getting bad. I want to give 2 stars for it. However it is clean. The screens and projectors are kept. Coke freestyle machines. Good popcorn. This is why they still get a 3. But those seats...

Employees were very nice. We saw Abominable which is a great kids movie.

Took my 65 year old mother in to watch the new Dark Pheonix, shes a Senior Citizen and still pay full price for everything. Wasnt even asked or offered discount for her.Sad truly Sad, wont be back will drive to Fort Wayne instead.

This is a great theatre for a small town. Some of the screens are small, but it is a clean facility. The employees are friendly and they have a nice rewards system. They have family friendly viewing and free showings some Friday and weekend mornings.

Great service. Tons and tons of flavors touch screen Coke machines with FREE refills! Popcorn flavorings by the drinks. Much lower ticket prices than in larger cities such as Fort Wayne. Much less crowded and busy than in Fort Wayne which we REALLY enjoy. Loyalty racks up points and earns free popcorn and, I think, a free . Highly recommended!

I bought my tickets off of Fandago, check in was quick and easy. I am used to movie theatres in a much bigger city. So the small audience was quite nice.

I was very surprised to find the prices are very reasonable. I took my great-grandson, bought two tickets a medium popcorn and large Coke for $21. It was very clean with stadium seating and very comfortable seats.

Great fun in a comfortable environment. If you are around the Auburn area its strongly recommended that you find a few relaxing hours in wonderfully immersive entertainment at a reasonable cost. Clean and accessible for mobility challenged patrons.

Occasionally I find an uncomfy seat .....been there regularly since they opened, cant think of anything else to complain about....concession prices are typical as anyplace else.....$5 Tix on Tuesday is great...cashiers are always courteous....restrooms well maintained....really appreciate late shows....

Clean Theater, Nice Environment, 10/10 Staff.

I went to see Shazam at the 9:40pm 3D performance its first night of release. Good movie, pretty good theatre, but then when it got to the 2nd of two post-credits scenes, they turned everything off. The scene was STILL playing, and as I stood there waiting for that sequence, the lights all turned off, then the sound shut off, and a few seconds later the projector.As much as tickets cost, they should wait until ALL the after credits scenes are finished before shutting the auditorium down.

The movie took seven minutes to start and the lights did not go off until 8 minutes into the movie.

The prices of the concession was outrageous. I took 8 ppl 6 kids to see Frozen and it cost me over 120 dollars for admission, popcorn and drinks.

NCG is not a luxury theater. But what it is, is cheaper than all the other major theater chains, great for refills (they offer free refills on slushees, sodas, and popcorn of all sizes a piece!) and they are always very clean. Are the theaters the most comfortable? No. Are they decent sized? Yes. I go to NCG over any other theater chain in my area because they are honestly the best quality for the price AND offer the cheapest concessions. You will not be disappointed.

Recently visited and saw Solo (which is a fantastic movie. Do NOT listen to the critics). The movie was great, the beverages were delicious, and the service was excellent. What more could be asked for besides reclining seats? *hint hint*

This theater is by far one of the best I have ever been to. The prices for the tickets and the concessions are the best around. The free unlimited refills on the large drinks and popcorn is literally the best deal I have ever came across. I will continue visiting and recommending this location to people as long as the atmosphere and the prices stay as they are.
