Mostly friendly employees, and the snack bar is as reasonably priced as anyone else. If you get their regal card, you can save a lot of money on movies and snacks. Just beware that when using the card you can only purchase tickets at the box office if you are a couple. Also, they have extremely comfortable seats!Dont enter the drawing they have for a free cruise;its a timeshare scheme.Update: Their app now allows you to purchase tickets for friends and family to sit together. Better late than never.

Hard to want to go to other theaters after experiencing the leg room, reclining comfort seats, and space at the end of every row for people to exit easily.Can book tickets online and pick your own seat.Lots of unnecessary menu items offered at concessions like flat bread pizza and sandwiches for high prices but, just ignore them.

Going to the movies is rare these days, but when I do this is the theater I choose. There is plenty of parking, as its located by a mall. It never seems overly crowded. I suggest purchasing tickets online. You can pick your seat in advance to make sure you sit exactly where you want. Bonus is that they have recliner seats. Even when reclined all the way there is plenty of room for people to walk by.

Large cinema multiplex located in the auburn outlet mall. They have a large selection of food, besides the usual popcorn, soda and candy - I was impressed with the “Excellent,“ posted food rating, on the door. You wait the usual 15 minutes worth of commercials and coming attractions on-screen before the main feature starts - useful to know if you’re running late. The seats are large and have power recline with cupholders. The theater management does a lot to remind people to not talk, be respectful, and silence their cell phones. Large screen with a bright picture and excellent sound, but not too loud or deafening. All in all an excellent movie experience. Tuesdays are half-price tickets all day. They do offer a free movie club card which rewards you with freebies based on the number of visits.

Yes this place has comfy recliner seats. Automatically makes it better than most theaters around. Never have a problem with cleanliness or rude employees. Assigned seating is a plus as well. Sometimes people do sit in your seats and you have to ask them to move. Only once have i seen someone have to go get a employee to tell someone to move. I do wish there was some way to use gift movie tickets online and not have to go in a week before you want to see your movie to reserve good seats.

Dunno if Id call them recliners but the seats are nice! Saw Rise of Skywalker and the sound was great. I ended up on the edge but could still see well enough.

This is a very popular theater,so plan for that it being really busy. Be a little early so you can get closer parking otherwise your walking a little ways. But still isnt that bad of a walk. The staff was nice and friendly and also helpful. My time there was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend going there, oh and the seats recline!

Very nice theaters. Seats are incredible. I would ask to install barriers between mens urinals. Us guys really do not enjoy standing 18 inches from another guy while finding relief. Imagine no stall walls for the ladies when they have to go. Thats about how we feel.

Great recliner seats, staff is always helpful and friendly. Really like to see a theater that is cleaner than most this is a great place to bring the family to relax good food. Carmel popcorn buttered popcorn. Its games are not broken or disgusting. Love this place, I dont even live in Auburn but my family travels just for the efficient facilities!!

Seats are comfy. Employees are nice. It was almost 100 to take 4 people to a mobie and get popcorn and drinks. Expensive but what movie place isnt.

It was very dirty. Lots of popcorn everywhere even in the womens bathroom. Why is there no one cleaning. Also need to clean theatres better. Been here many times 1/18/20 was the worst Ive ever seen this place. Management needs to manage these people. Like the place but keeping it clean is important. Customers continue to come back to clean environments just saying.

This is my favourite movie theater around here. I love the assigned seating so I can make sure I get the seats I want or wait for another showing. The seats are very comfortable and recline.

This is my all time favorite theater. I love that you get your seat ahead of time and its all assigned. The chairs themselves are comfortable and reclining. If this place had margaritas Id never leave. As for audio video quality its all solid, but not remarkable. Id love for this theater to get a great RPX screen or 2. One can hope.

I love the neon tower above the entrance. The comfortable leather recliners are the main reason why I now go to the theater exclusively at station 17. Fantastic sound and picture resolution, which creates complete immersion.

Always enjoy coming here for movies. Only criticism I have is that you need to reserve seats ahead of time unless you want separate seating if you are seeing a movie with friends/family. Did not warrant subtracting a star in my opinion~

These are the seats everyone searches for. This theater has not only soft cushion seats but they recline back just like you would your favorite love seat. Crammed is not the word to use for this place. Its very spacious and you dont have to worry trying to tip toe sideways past 6 people just to go to the bathroom. You can walk comfortably and relax.

This movie theater has a great location, and the pricing is comparable to other theaters in the area. The reclining seats are very comfortable, and seating is very spacious. My only complaint is the volume never seems loud enough.

The sound quality here was great and I also adore how they have reclining seats instead of the boxy seats in most other theaters. Not much else to say since snacks are pretty similar to most other theaters.

I am so glad they remodeled the place. the seats lean most of the way back and the footrests go up to match. and as a plus size person, i dont feel cramped or crowded. there are cupholders on either side of you and every other seat has 2 arm rests between seats instead of sharing.the staff... is mixed. some nice, some teenagers who act like they could be somewhere better.the lobby is outdated for sure, carpets and bathrooms old looking. but its bitter sweet since i grew up at that theater.

Auburn Regal Cinema is my favorite movie theater of all time. I grew up around here, and this theater has only gotten better. I always found it sad that they got rid of the current movie titles on the front of the building, which made the slowly updating theater seem a little nostalgic. But its a small price to pay for the most convenient and comfortable theater Ive been to.You can reserve seats online or on their app, which is possibly their best feature. They have very comfortable reclining seats. Inside the theater is clean; I havent stepped on a sticky bit of spilled-soda-floor in years. Event-takers are generally quite friendly. Once I dropped my phone back behind a seat, and one of the employees was extremely helpful and nice about it, which was great because I was really embarrassed (just my social anxiety).All in all, I believe this theater has stood the test of time. Its prices are sometimes slightly higher than the next theater, but their commodities are much better than any theater Ive been to. I live in Kent now, and I still drive down to Auburn if I want to see the latest Marvel movie before the internet spoils the hell out of it.

I really do like this theater. But, after last night experience Im very disappointed at them. My wife and I went to see Steven kings it chapter two. Im not going to put out the whole problem. Just say someone under 7 years old and parents on the phone not caring. I got up in the middle of movie to talk to a manager. I really feel the needs of movie guest where not taking care of before hand. I hope things can be changed Or looked into.

The friendly service is super amazing! I love coming here and have been coming here for nearly 10 years. I feel for the staff due to the technical difficulties they have been having since recently going. We went to see Toy Story 4 and the projectors went out, then the sound when the video came on. Later we went to see Childs Play where the surround in theater 15 was out, the only speakers playing were the front.For Toy Story the staff was calm and very attentive in returning refunds due to the difficulties. Because of my love for the theater, and it not being too bad since we had row D, we stayed for the movie on Childs Play.I will ne a dedicated customer, and always, always, always enjoy the friendly service and the comfortable theater ^_^.

Honestly this is the only theater I like to go to nowadays. The recliner chairs are so fabulous. With this type of seat I dont feel like I have to be readjusting myself every 10 minutes because have a leg cramp or something.

Nice theater but really slow when it comes to some of the people working the concessions. Comfortable reclining seats lots of leg room. They need to clean up the main area by the concessions stands alot more often, popcorn everywhere on the floor.

Clean and friendly. Some video games, air hockey, and claw machines. Free refills on the large drink. My reward card got me money off my ticket and 50% off popcorn.

Huge megaplex, clean and the staff was acceptable. The outside is a little dated, the interior was kept up well.

Of all the cinemas in the area this is my personal favourite. It has excellent staff, great popcorn, and the movie watching experience is almost perfect.I’ve never had a bad experience here, and it’s also situated perfectly next to restaurants, and an outlet mall. So you can eat, shop, watch and play. It’s the perfect little day out.

They really shouldnt even sell seats in the front row corners. If what is offered isnt a good experience then it shouldnt be offered at all. I would have chosen to come a different day if I had known I wouldnt be able to see the screen.I like Regal just fine, but they should make sure every seat they sell tickets for has a good view of the screen.

This is our go to theatre, we enjoy how comfortable the reclining chairs are. Also, the ability to reserve your seats beforehand definitely makes going to the movies a more enjoyable experience when you dont have to worry about seating for everyone when you get there.

The reclining seats and IMAX screen combo is to die for. There is no better way to experience a movie than in a reclining chair. Honestly, I cant even go see a movie anymore without wanting a chair like that. I dont want to go back to the old style of uncomfortable almost airline like chairs.Regal cinemas is and always will be a great chain of movie theaters too. They are always clean and have lots of times open for any movie. This location is in fact, even cleaner, friendlier, and better than most regal Cinemas. It is worth coming here.

Just watched the new Avengers movie there few days ago and it was epic!!! The theater is decent, but it needs more cleaning efforts. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere.. it is disgusting. The seats are comfortable when they work!

Arrived late and got two seats in the very front row. Despite the reclining seats, we had difficulty watching the film due to the extreme angle of our seats to the screen. Next time well get tickets to a later show, or but them in advance.

First of all, the place is clean and well maintained. Unlike other movie theaters Ive been. Ive only been there about three times and watched five movies so far and the experience was fantastic. As for the staff and crew members, its five stars too (so far). Approachable and ready to help. Keep that up please. Visual and audio experience wasnt bad either.

Went for the last 3d showing of a movie Id wanted to see. Wanted to try the reclining seating. Very comfortable. Too comfortable! I couldnt stay awake. I would definitely do it again though. Shared a large popcorn and Coke with. My boyfriend. Popcorn was great. Added butter and it wasnt greasy! Very clean. Only 2 other people.

I love how nowadays the move theaters have better seating. Im not understanding why it cant be simple like before. Now you choose seats? The lines would go faster if you just bought ticket like in the past. I get the reason behind choosing of seats, they want to fill seats. But when we got our tickets, chose the seats and arrived for the movie. The CS (Customer Service) said there was only a few seats BUT that was not the case when we went into the actual movie. Maybe your app needs to update every an hr so its accurate when choosing seats after purchasing the tickets. There were more empty spots then when we bought the tickets. Also we came on Sunday. Only 1 cashier? Its a weekend they should have more then 1 cashier.
