Had a free rental car went n cruised to the top. great views. next time well hike the trail for a longer visit.
Lots of ups and downs around beautiful mountains. Nice easy trails if ya just walk around the bottoms. Road that goes from the bottom to the summit and multiple trails that take ya back to the road if you (or your kids) are too tired and want an easy way out.BREATHTAKING VIEWS AT SUMMIT!! Can see almost all the islands. Can view all the way south to Stanwood, turn around and you can see all the way to Mt. Baker. In the middle, the Olympics.Sunset is amazing at the lookout. Misty days full of rainbows.
Nice place to visit on a non cloudy day
I chose the wrong trail and it was extraordinarily terrifying but it was also insanely fun!
Nice hike trail and great views. The disappointment is there is a road open to cars that goes straight to the top removing the victory celebration of reaching the top as one needs to share the space with crowds stepping out of cars in parking lots.
Its a city park and no fee to use. Porta potty on site. Great views and walking trails.
MUST SEE when in Anacortes. The short drive up the hill to the look out point on the top of Mount Erie wont disappoint. The iconic photos from the southern look out point are taken here.
Photo Credit: Raven Danielle TaylorBeautiful park. Perfect for a cool photo.
Love the view at the highest point
It cant get better than this.
Nice place to hike.
Nice park! Very busy, no parking.
Creepy at night!
Beautiful view. Lots of trails. Limited parking. A lot of visitors. Not a place for privacy.
Nice easy little hike. The view wasnt very good at the top though unless you like a view of a oil refinery.
Awesome trials and scenic views.
Very nice view at the top
Great place to climb well worth the drive
One of my top ten Favorite places to go
Its so beautiful!!
Great trails in the area, whether you want something several miles long or just a quick quick walk. (Or, if you really want, no walking is required!) Go on a clear day and you can catch a glimpse of the Cascades and Olympics, and maybe even the lovely Mt. Rainier to the south.
Awesome views, somewhat impeded by the trees that have grown up. It was pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon with people flying drones and driving R/C trucks on the rocks. Also, watch the potholes where you turn off the main road, they can eat small cars
Views are simply incredible on a clear day. Worth the drive up even on cloudy days. Never seems crowded and so few seem to know its ten minutes off of main road.
Nice place to visit its nice to go all the way up to the top when its not windy or rainy when its nice or not foggy you can have a picnic lunch up there its pretty neat you can rock climb you can go on trails theres a lot of neat things up there that you can do thats if youre not scared of heights
With the exception of all the macabre memorials about people falling off the cliffs, this site offers fantastic panoramic views looking south.
A hidden gem. Road is too steep for any snow though!
Fantastic place.
Clean, beautiful well kept trails and view points.
