More a plaza than a park. There is a large sculpture area and the obelisk to look at, but not much green space (several levels of stairs, benches, and the path along the waterfront). It isnt really a destination but more somewhere you travel through. But still pleasant!

Great waterfront walking trail. Good for strollers. Not too many bikers, mostly people walking. Can be breezy. Lots of planes going overhead. Watched an air show from here one time and it was, made my day.

Beautiful looking on to river and looking towards the Capital.

Excellent for a short 3 mile run along the water. Most of it is gravel and its course is very squiggly butplenty of signage so you stay on track. Take full advantage of this quiet beauty.
