Its ok for informal functions. One room hasA/C, the others do not. The restrooms are detached so when it is raining you deal with getting wet. Its easy to clean-up and ample parking. I wish people would have said its on the same road as APD gun range or Beagle Club... it wouldve been so much easier to find.

Local public facility to rent located in a remote area. Nice for family reunions or private parties.

Gave my kids a party there and they loved the space and I loved the kitchen

Need to add some kind of air in the large area and something in the kitchen too. Its ok other than that.

Still a nice place but they need fans in the front area
