Me and my toddler had a great time playing here. It wasnt overly crowded and 98% of adults and kids were wearing masks. There were also two working toilets right next to the park. My little one really enjoyed the biggest park that has plenty of slides and things to climb. Though the toddler park is really fun as well and just behind the bigger kids area. Theres also a trail that we didnt get to today but I understand is kid friendly. Hopefully next summer we can return for the splash pad.

A lovely spot for the little ones. The trail is a big bonus, the carousel is lovely and exciting. It can get crowded on the weekends but this is a nice spot. They have picnic areas too. I hope the splash park opens soon. Stay safe and enjoy.

This is a wonderful playground for little and big kiddos! Spread out and lots of fun for the kids! There’s a smaller part for little kids as well. Also note, there’s an covered playground near the rev center (adjacent to this playground) it is also a great spot for younger tots.

Really nice place. My kid really enjoyed it. Lots of ppl on wknds though. Well maintained as far as we could see. There’s a nice short concrete trail with wooden carvings of animals too.

Amazing splash park and playground. Nice nature trail and outdoor auditorium. Also merry-go-round in season. Visited for a five year golds birthday party. Rented a shelter and a good time was had by all.

Took my old lady and the kids on a whim, and it was an absolute blast. Highly recommend if you want your kids to burn off some energy. Very cool that something of such high quality is free

What an awesome park. I cant believe Ive lived here for 2 years and had no idea this park was so close to our house. Toddler and boys had a great time in the playground and the trail. Too bad the splash pad isnt open, but will definitely he going back.

Great playground with a wide array of equipment! The trail is also fun! You can play an assortment of instruments while walking the loop.

This is such a great place. Great playground, walking trails with interactive stations while catering to all ages. The only thing missing is a swing set.

Very fun place for kids...and grownups! The nature walk is wonderful and doable for most abilities-entirely paved or wooden bridge. Its not too long, short enough that my 2 year old easily walk/ran the whole path. Its a paved walk through the woods with stops of musical instruments. Ive been here many times during the year and the bathrooms always seem to be open and accessible, which is great, especially with little potty training ones. They are cold in the winter, so be prepared.The carousel is a lot of fun in the summer months, it runs about every 15 minutes. The splash pad is amazing. Make sure you have water shoes that cover heel and toes, we got through just fine with the off-brand natives and flip flops with a back strap. They will check the kids shoes at the entrance; we definitely saw people turned away for insufficient footwear. If its art capacity, you will stand in line, but people seem to be constantly going in and out. There are family bathroom/changing rooms on the splash pad side as well.

Fun and safe park for kids between 2 to 12 years old with 2 areas. Theres also a water park and a carousel. Wich more activities for kids!

I enjoyed the area more than the playground. I love the trail. They have different carving of animals you can see. A huge stage at the end of your walk where kids can get creative and put on a performance. They also have a water park but we havent had a chance to use.

This is a huge, fun, well shaded playground with tons to do. The party pavilions are perfect for special events and they have a great reasonably priced carousel. My favorite part was the ADA-friendly nature trail with lots of nature themed play equipment like real rocks that could be spun around and animal statues to play eye spy with.

Great family park. We had a really good time celebrating my grand babys 2nd birthday. You can bring your own good, water and snacks. Heck you can even bring tables and chairs.

Great place to hang for HOURS with the kiddos! Bring a snack or lunch! The trail was awesome!

This is a really neat park. Everything here is handicap accessible, from the trails to the water park... And its all free! This place is great for kids. Lots of playground equipment and several gazebos you can reserve for birthday parties and picnics. Totally worth visiting!

Cheesies Big Backyard seems like a family dream. Theres a splash park (closed during the pandemic), two playgrounds, trails, a treehouse, a carousel and an amphitheater. On a cooler day, it is a dream. Kids love it and parents love that they love it. However, on a hot sunny day playing at the playground can be torture. Theres no shade over the playground making every slide very hot and unusable. Because of this, our trip was cut short.

Clean park with shading for the adults to stand under. There were places for parents to sit that was on the playground and still under shade. The bathrooms were pretty clean as well.

Love bringing the kids here! Accessible playground is big and has equipment for a wide range of ages. Splash pad is also big, but it can get very crowded on hot days. They cap the number of people in the splash pad area.

No doubt, this park must have moments of being off-the-charts spectactular.During each of our four visits this year, we encountered some combination of: facilities being closed, major construction, parties too large to allow for other attendees to play, warnings of archery lessons around the perimeter, damaged and missing components, and so on.Id like to see it in all its glory. I hope that does happen.

Fantastic playground. There are two large playgrounds, picnic shelters that you can rent out (perfect for birthday parties), and a trail with lots of activities for the kids to do.

The splash area was incredible! The trails were also really fun, and the playground was cute. I’ll just never understand why weed killer is used at a place where children play. Kids spend half of their time on the ground, and I was really uncomfortable with my children rolling around in an area that had been treated.

Great playground for kids of all ages. There is a little nature walk with a built in scavenger hunt that we always end the visit with. If you go, be aware the bat statue was removed. Spent forever looking for that one before someone gave us the heads up.

Splash park for hot days, a playground for cooler days, and a nature trail of good length for little kids that is fit for strollers. Overall a great place for kids to have fun for free.

A great place to go play with the kids. The bathrooms are open all year, which is awesome all my itself. But then youve got a nice, large play structure for the bigger kids, as well as a couple smaller ones. Theres a paved trail with some music features and statuary that tie-in with a scavenger hunt (info by the faux wood arch). Theres a neat treehouse/deck structure, plus an amphitheater. Oh! And a carousel! I havent mentioned the water play area, only because I havent been there in the summer yet.

Nice water park for kids, water shoes are required. Open from memorial day to labor day for the water park. It has a play ground for 5-12 year-olds too. There is ice cream on site

This is one of my childrens favorite playgrounds. Love that they have a free splash pad which is really big and a lot to do. They even have a covered playground for the smaller kids. There is a trail you can walk with animal statues and feet prints. Its a really cool and well taken care of park.

Such a nice place to take the kids. The splashpad is nice and big, make sure you have water shoes for the kids otherwise they wont be allowed in although they do sell them there. The playground is very nice and big, great for all ages. There is a nice paved trail for the kids to walk.

Great park, set up by different age group. They also they have a carousel and icecream stand. My family and I enjoyed coming here during the summer.

Good toddler area separated from the older kids area; which was also great. Wish we could have gone to the water area but it had closed the week before our first time there. Also has a carousel but its been closed each time we have gone (we usually go early in the morning).

Great park for the kids and short fun walking trail for families. There is a splash pad that will open when summer arrives, so we are looking forward to it. Lots of opportunities for play and plenty of seating for parents. Did I mention there is a treehouse and a small amphitheatre there too?
