The gym in Pavillion has eroded significantly since Morgan took over. Dirty, broken fitness equipment, TVs, scales, dirty bathrooms short on soap and paper towels, A/C not good. Removing desk staff just to save money not good. What was once a well-maintained amenity has sadly becime barely usable

The pool is never open! The lifeguards are never doing their jobs, they don’t clean the pool before it’s supposed to open, and they’re on their phones when they should be life guarding. The pool hours posted are wrong, and they never inform you when the pool is closed. In three years that I lived at my previous residence the pool never closed except for thunderstorms. I’ve lived here for 1.5 months and the pool is closed multiple times a week without notice. I’m paying $350 a year for the amenity fee for the lifeguards to “clean” and close the pool during opening hours instead of before it opens.

Pool hours for summer 2019 are:Tuesday-Sunday: 12:00p — 7:45p

I am giving it a big zero - the people have been changed. Their customer service is ZERO. I have been using its business facility (computer and printer). Most of the time (over 90%) the printer does not work. When you ask for help, they would not come or it may take 5-10 minutes and after another 10 minutes would say that I am sorry, I can not help. Same with the computers (complicated, not easy to use, and will put you in a difficult situation) - you can not get help from the customer service. The people sitting in the customer service are not professional, their behavior and attitude is so bad. I will definitely not stay in this community, will encourage others to leave it, and will never recommend it to others for living.

They have the worst business center...the printer has never worked, I don’t know what they think people need business center for?? Using google or Facebook??

The worst place ever. The guy at the Front desk has no manners at all. Hes so vulgar. You will not received a notification of your package delivery. Its a disappointing place dont even move here.
