I took my Grandsons to this place and they hated it. Due to Covid they had zero games. We looked past that issue. Then we got our food. That was a disaster. No plates or eating utensils. Nor did we have napkins. Now to the food. Hot wings served with no celery and again zero eating utensils. Also, the pizza sauce was weird. I ordered ice tea, which was obviously old. The boys got flat cokes. They had one song on the monitors that continued over and over during the meal. They even told their parents how horrible it was. We were the only customers there btw. Thumbs down
THE BEST CHUCK E CHEESE IN ALBUQUERQUE!!!!! If youre planning on going to chuck e cheese, go to this one! Ive been coming to this one sense I was a little girl and its always been fun!The workers are nice and friendly and they will help you with whatever you need! and Guaranteed your kids will have a fun time at this chuck e cheese! the pizza is good I recommend coming to this chuck e cheese it was great!!!
They ARE OPEN and COULD REALLY USE THE business just to keep HEAD ABOVE WATER int
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I wouldn’t come back here to save my life. The staff is AWFUL the manager crystal has no idea how to properly run an establishment. I payed for and ordered a large pizza and was clearly a medium or small when I received it. When I told the manager she wanted to take the pizza and just slice it some more she said it’s not any larger it’s just extra slices. That makes NO SENSE. The staff is young and always on there cellphones, the machines never have tickets and they treat the children like chopped liver. It’s seriously Chuck E Cheese from hell. Save your time and money.
We ordered food & bought unlimited play for the grandchildren... then found 1/2 the machines NOT WORKING!!! Then, when the food came - we tried to pause the play cards and one would not pause - we went to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do... so I ask if they really wanted their guests to have to eat COLD FOOD or lose their expensive already purchased play card. The knucklehead manager said corporate treats them like thieves - giving them no local way to fix a guests problem... Wont waste $100+ here ever again!!!
What can I say. It’s a germ infested, parents nightmare. But the pizza is pretty damn good and the kids have a good time. No one caught Ebola so I think it’s safe to continue coming back. Check out the coupons on their website to save a few bucks.
This place was DIRTY. We had to clean our own table.Spent over 200 dollars for a dirty table, overflowing trash and fifthy restrooms
I havent been the biggest fan of Chuck E. Cheese for a long time so I may be biased. That said when I did visit yesterday I was less than impressed, heres why... Of the maybe 5 ticket eaters all but 2 were having issues resulting in lines to get ticket value slips, even after reporting this it didnt get much better. Most of the arcade attractions worked but a few were out of order, even though there were no indicating signs. And of course the prizes, sure its Chuck E Cheese so everything is going to be overpriced, from the food to the play tokens, but at 1 cent per ticket, with a 2000 ticket prize of socks($20 for a pair of socks)...it seems like things have kind of gone off the rails...but my son had fun so its not too bad I suppose.
Its a paradise of our own design. Pizza? Never heard of it. Should be called Godly Cheese Circles. My kids enjoy the clock ride, if its still there. Reminds me of the days when i was small and truly a joy to be around. The staff goes over the top by actually keeping their jobs when it must be an unpleasent experience, being around kids and all.HIGHLY RECOMMEND haunting here if you die. theres nothing like that kind of atmosphere for a ghost
Do not come here! Had booked my RESERVATION and paid my deposit for my daughters bday party. Then they tell me I will have NO Host or bday show for her and charged me for it anyways! Place was dirty, trash cans full where trash was being stacked up and falling, trash where you eat and play! Soda machine only had two drinks working the rest were out. Manager Krystal was super RUDE and immature. Only half the games worked. Left my review on Chuck E. Cheese, then got confirmation of thanks for your feedback, hours later THEY changed to great. Unprofessional.
I had my sons party here. It was great. The staff were attentive and friendly. My party host did everything for me. Because the party hosts go above and beyond between dancing and singing, serving pizzas, and cutting cake, you should definitely remember to tip them! A couple games were broken, but someone was quick to fix them and give us our missed tickets. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn’t want to lift a finger during their child’s party.
I was easy and awesome..!
This store has incredibly rude employees. The machines don’t give the kids there tickets and when you ask the attendants they don’t help! When you spend all that money coming gets I expect more professionalism! Not surprising the store is so slow probably won’t last must longer!
Just had my daughters 4th birthday party at this location. I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews, but I figured I would take the chance. To my surprise, everything went extremely well. The pizzas were made relatively quickly and the young lady who was attending to us Abigail (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was amazing. She was very attentive to our party and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. Great job Abigail, your help was greatly appreciated. My daughter had a wonderful time!C. Herrera
WAY CLEANER THAN PETER PIPERS!!!!! Employees could be a little friendlier. And it would be nice if, when chuck comes out, maybe he could visit with the kids a little longer. Not just with kids that are having birthday parties there!!!!!
If you decide to get a playcard for an hour it starts at 22 and goes up from there. I think in one hour I accumulated about 700 tickets, larger prizes start at 800. Ticket counters were all broken, there was only one. So everyone had to wait in line for one machine. Cleanliness could be improved.
1 star only because the Pepsi was amazing.Manager Kristal with a k.Say no sauce on pizza is how they are told to make it.Vegies at the salad bar are all brown.I WILL NOT EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE TOMORROW. I WILL UPDATE MY COMMENT.
Great place to have birthday party for younger kids. The pizza n salad bar was awesome. Loved the green chili pepperoni pizza. The kiddos enjoyed playing games.
It was awsome I had a fun time and if you put a lot of effort into it you will get a good amount of tickets
Ex employee here slot of things went wrong with this visit. Sadly the deal breaker that made me post this is the bugs in my food. Half the games were broken they used packing tape for long term solutions as a repair. LCD screens flickering and the pizza wants proofed correctly it was thin thus causing it to over cook in the single pass it made in the oven. Dont take your kids here or give them their money until corporate cleans it up. Top it off manager was jus thg hanging in the lobby with friends visiting and on their personal cell phone while on the floor and on the clock.
The staff are always friendly no matter how busy they get. Kids love this place!
Usually clean. Good customer service. my three-year-old daughter has a blast here. I wish they had tunnels like the other locations. I really like that Chuck-E-Cheese offers sensory play for autistic children! Super cool!
Better than all the other arcade places in town. Most things are only one point or you can just buy a time card which is wonderful so you dont even have to think about the cost of each game.
My son loved this place the food was good service was amazing just all around great experience
We went for my sons bday and he had a blast. They have a good deal that gets you unlimited play for a certain amount of time. The salad bar was fresh and the bbq pizza was great. The wine was good too.
The pizza was good but we had to wait 35 minutes for 1 medium pepperoni pizza. It was a Monday night around 6 and they were not busy in the slightest.
We all know what to expect. This location was super nice and handled all customer issues very well. They did a singing routine for a birthday reservation.
$25 I ordered the special of one large one topping pizza and a salad and three drinks. It was $25 and then I bought points for my grandson $10 for 30 points the 30 points lasted him about 40 minutes you can get a all you can play but when the time has run out thats it. The points if you dont use them all you can use them again a different day. The pizza was good the salad bar all the vegetables were not fresh.
Horrible experience. The entire order was wrong. The wings were dryer than the Sahara desert. The play card would not pause. There’s literally 4 workers in the entire establishment. Of course one of them is a damn rat that walks out of a closet every 30 minutes. Half of the machines were broken.Very disappointed
Safe. fun. clean. they do need more ticket counters though. haha
Usually a decent place but we went tonight and there was some skinny redhead girl (dyed) that had a very bad attitude, didn’t greet us just stood there like a moron with the stamp in her hand then after she stamped us she rudely asked “are you eating or not?” What an idiot we turned around and walked out. Management choose your staff more carefully, I will not return nor recommend this location ever.
Only half of the games worked correctly but none of them had out of order signs. Two of the ticket counting machines were out of calibration so we lost out there as well.
Kids luv to have birthday parties there n take advantage of the pizza, salad bar n hot wings. Their food are so delicious n afterwards game time.
Had good birthday. All staff were nice.Chuck E. was cool. All the kids danced. Had a great time. Thanks for your hospitality.
This place is always packed. Good is over priced and the games dont all work. They do have the stamp codes for kids and parents, that is was a great idea.
Run by 13 yr olds so service is slow and unenthusiastic at best. Pizza is decent for cheap pizza much better that Peter pipers pizza. Good amount of games for small kids and ticket payout is good. Over all not horrible but not amazing either. Kids have a fun time and thats all that matters.
Took my kids to this location to have some fun and was thoroughly dissapointed. First of all, this isnt Dave n Busters, or Main Event, so the bar isnt set very high, but come on.The kid at the register seemed nice enough, and I was too preoccupied making sure my kids were good to realize the scam this guy was pulling. We ordered our food, got the play cards, finally sat down to a semi clean table, and ate.Kids had a good time on the games, and I enjoyed watching them have fun.Got home later that evening, pulled out my receipts for the day, and thats when I noticed that I was charged extra for the wrist band for the play cards. I didnt ask for them, and the guy who rang me up, Alfonso, didnt offer them at an extra price, just gave them to us so I thought they just came with them. In the end it was only $2 for both of the bands, but I felt robbed. This is not a good practice, and any charges should be disclosed to your customers. If you go here, watch out for sneaky scams, and check your receipt. Will not be going back.
Love this place! Wish they still had the all day pass
Love me some Chuck E. Cheese., but very pricy...
Good place to blow off steam with the kids
Irene, the manager, was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Great fun!
Busy as expected. Staff was friendly and energetic.
Friendly environment!! Chuck E Cheese came out every so often to engage with the children. The Birthday dance he did with them and made each bday kid feel special. Mr.Cheese took pics as well. Nice place and the Pizza not bad. Overall great experience. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for giving our little nephew a great experience.
Very fun and kid friendly. And chucky is very entertaining. Love taking my son to this location.
Most games are broke, theyve understaffed, the short little angry manager was real fun to see angrybay everyone while doing inventory. Wont eat here. Got sick last 2 times. Only go for kiddos to play arcade games..
Very disorganized. Attended a friends child birthday party and they kept them waiting over 45 minutes! As soon as we got there we ordered some extra food and again waited over 45 minutes for an order of, awful, wings! How can you get wings wrong?
Great staff serviceVery kind and politeDelicious pizza and wingsBut most of the machines on the play area they were out of service .
The pizza is actually pretty good the service was decent I wish they would have picked up and wiped the tables a little more often during our stay. All the kids machines worked. I think the slow service was because they seemed to be a little understaffed. Not really the employees fault. For a Saturday it was really surprising to see them with only a few employees.
Great place! Employees are so nice. Very clean.
Good place for family eating. Wish they had more prize choices. Lots of games to choose from and earn tickets.
So understaffed its not even funny. One cannot get help when a machine malfunctions. My son won a jackpot and we had to leave it. Then zero help at the redemption counter. I guess you just dont go on weekemds.
Good food
Service was terrible sald bar was not kept up casher was rude.
Really fun for younger kids. Great customer service!
Pizza good. Host for party good, organized
Our grandsons birthday party was held here in April and was flawless.... BUT, very disappointed in the pizza today, 12noon, 6-23-2018. We ordered a small cheese pizza and small drink for our grandson. The cheese pizza was actually an air-puffed pizza. Practically no cheese. I showed it to someone claiming to be the manager. She said it was because the dough was so fresh. Refused to give me a refund.... but said she would make me another... but it would probably be the same way. ----- Replacement arrived, was slightly better, but still only about 60% cheese. The other 40% was puffy air crust. Poor customer service.
They are slow to service. Not mindful/attentive enough of guest needs. They took out the romper sky tube jungle gym about a year ago. Nothing but games now. No physical activities for children. And the $19.00 Extra Large pizzas are more like a medium thin light bite. Over cooked and a bit rubbery. ...I bought 2 of them for my daughters birthday party. They seem more concerned with keeping you at the entrance until every last one of you (including your infant) have been stamped and cleared for entry and when exiting - so absurd)And the Chuck E Cheese employee that wore the Chuck E. Cheese mascot costume was about as animated as a rat that had eaten rat poison. My advice? Save yourself and family some disappointments and money. Go have yourselves a better quality time by having your birthday parties at your favorite park play ground.
Toilets all dirty. Not enough personnel at location. They have to focus more on customer service. They have people waiting to be noticed when ordering. Bad for a guess coming over from other state to visit. I will take a bad impression from here. Sorry but true facts.
Food was terrible. And the toys that we got from the tickets were cheaply made and broke 5 minutes later. Definitely not worth the money
THUMBS DOWN: Took my son and his younger sister there to celebrate his 5th birthday on March 10th. We only went to play games. I liked the security measures taken by the employee at the entrance (stamp #s used for verification). It was probably the most impressive thing about this place. Some of the games were entertaining and appropriate for my childrens age, but most were not. There were probably a half a dozen games not even plugged in. I was turned off that they serve alcohol in this establishment. I doubt well return. We only spent $22, but it wasnt worth it. I wouldve rather taken them to a movie or some other activity.
My kids love this place. As I also do.The new pizza is the closest to NYC pizza in the SW...All you can eat salad bar is very popular at lunch for blue collar. Six stars.Evenings and weekends belong to the kids.
My 2 1/2 yr old son enjoyed playing. there were more games for older kids than small ones, but he enjoyed it. we spent $30 In play time and got about $15 worth back in tickets
Solid Chuck E. Chesse. It is on brand standards. The place however can get very overcrowded and it did not do well with a surge in people for Sunday lunch. The games are fine, the pizza is better than I thought it was going to be. The place is build for young kids and delivers. It is clean and well maintained, there was only one machine not working. Overall, on brand and meets standards.
My daughters 2nd B-day was a hit! She got to dance with chucky and had a blast! Take extra $$ youll need it!
Kids love it, and the pizza was good. Way better then I remember. $$$ adds up real fast
Stopped by yesterday (4/7) and although the workers were friendly, the visit was unpleasant. First, after a long wait on my pizza, they made it wrong. Then when we went to redeem the points it took over 10 minutes even though we were the only ones in line. Tried to get a to go box and ended up leaving our food because nobody would help us, even asked the man working on the floor and he sent us back to wait. When leaving, we were stopped because the girl who stamped us on our way in, somehow stamped my son a different number from us. We had to prove that we werent kidnapping our own child! Drove 3 hours to show my child a good time but this place did not make us feel like valued customers.
My nieces birthday, she had a blast, no too into Chuck E anymore
Although our situation was isolated, it took them an hour and a half to bring our food. They gave us a refund for the issue in the end but it was frustrating just the same
The lady working the register just seemed like she did Not want to be there, and quite frankly she was a bit rude. Even when she was helping another customer. The reason for 2 stars is the manager guy was accommodating and willing to work with the customers.
Didnt enjoy the pizza, didnt taste good.
The girl that worked at chuck e cheese has no business working there very rude
Kids had lots of fun workers should attend to parties better.
Lets say it was an ok visit... The pizza was good.. But as far as some games not working or having tickets or tokens in them. The lack of employees working and the wait to get get a machine fixed or attended to.. Here goes that long wait...if i didnt have a 4yr old that loves this place i would never step foot into 1 again
Staff was great tonight, salad bar rocks! a great way to have a little Friday night fun with your kiddo.
My daughter loves this place, the staff is always friendly.
Not very happy with this place the only reason for two stars is because my daughter still had fun an they tried by giving a discount a. But long story short. Over $200 for a party where expectations were set then not met. Our party was the first one in we were told they pizza would be out no later than 45 mins in an hour later still no pizza. Everyone else in the place got theres an apparently ours was given away. Then I was told it wasnt put in right! We placed the whole order online an our receipt was correct. To bad they cant read it and actually do things the way they say they will. Ended up telling off the manager an crew almost an hour and half in. Finally got our pizza an had to rush my daughter into finishing her party. I will NEVER hold a party for my kids here again.
Always a good place for the kids love the unlimited play. Had a great time with my daughter
I love the noise and the cold pizza....top it with children gambling and there ya have!!!
The 30 minute play card for $10 and a $30 point card but the 30 minute card was the better value. I havent eaten here in a while but prefer to go just for the games.
Very fun, staff is kind and helpful.
Great time for the kids, ticket counting machines need work but overall a great time.
The pizza was excellent! However, so many games were broken! Its really declined since the last time i was there. So sad.
Went for a bday party and they are so rude and disrespectful will never go to this chuck E cheese again I do not recremend anyone to eat here
The General Manager, Ruben Torres, was very helpful in a situation we had. His staff could learn good customer service skills from him! I gave it a three star because of the behavior of a few staff members, very immature. Over all the food was good and my daughter really enjoyed herself!
Great place to get fun, excellent service!!
Great customer service, fresh food made when you order and fun environment. Food prices are a little higher than neighboring businesses offering similar foods, but when you factor in the quality of the product, freshness, amazing staff and great culture and business interior this is a better value by far.
Good but expensive. I didnt know they have a buffet
Good prices and love buying by minutes
Had reservations - granted it was Saturday afternoon and expectedly busy - but even with reservations was asked to wait and no one ever came. Finally seated our party which began 25 minutes late into our 2 hour allowed time. No appeasement was offered of any kind. With the rush business on a Saturday they were understaffed. A bit chaotic. Kids working there were kind and did their best but need more management visibility. Once we were attended to the party was good. Multiple games broken and not being serviced. You dont expect white give service - this is Chick E Cheeses... But paying $200+ for 2 hours over 20% of which was lost due to delay, cmon guys.
They need more help. The bathrooms are disgusting. Some of the veggies in the salad bar were going bad. My son in law wanted a beer and they wouldnt serve him. Yet they served a guy just after him. We also ordered a half pepperoni and cheese pizza, yes you guessed it was wrong . They made it all pepperoni.
