I placed an order over the phone and the young lady who took my order was extremely nice. When I went to pick up my order, I was greeted with a Hello and smiling eyes under her mask. The two young women who were at the counter automatically complimented my hair, my glasses and my mask! Very pleasant to walk into an establishment and be greeted so gracefully! Especially with all the rudeness in this harsh covid reality we now live in. A huge thank you to the ladies, give them a raise!! Exceptional customer service and always delicious food! Highly recommend this location!

We had so much fun! Ive never been able to win a prize from a claw machine before and I was able to grab up 2 balls and made my sons day. Food was great! Employees were so helpful and kind. We had an incredible time here!!

Pizza at this spot - delicious. Definitely one of the best places in the area. The prices are good for what you get. If it wasnt far from my work I would come by more.

If you love fresh baked thin crust pizza??? The I, without reservation, recommended triple P pizza. The salad variety is small but delicious. Great place to take the wee ones as a family day out.

The wait for pizza was a bit much. And having us move tables after set up & seated was crazy. Dont get me wrong. But an hour & a half wait? I know you are busy. Get it, but dont inconvenience people more for spending their money there & waiting that long.

My son loves to go there. It seems all his friends are having their birthday parties there. The games are fun, and the pizza is not bad. The prices are not bad. Fun for one & all.

Hit the spot. Clean areas and helpful staff. The restaurant IS practicing safe hygiene food management during this virus and looming closure coming. It is buffet style but PPP staff now have to serve public. So its basically an all you can eat served up by staff. Weird but sign of time!

I like it here great for the children especially the small ones. You can keep track of your children very easy. The food was great and the service was amazing. Kids were having a blast they didnt want to leave at the end. Would totally recommend this place if u want to have fun with the kiddos

This location is always clean and organized. They have added some new games and a little jungle gym for the little ones. The food is great! The customer service is always friendly and quick too!

Been there a few times...and I have to say the service was amazing. The staff and the supervisor on shift were very attentive. Even though it was busy (around 6pm) the supervisor came to see how we were doing and how our food was. Just want to say Thank you.

Peter Piper was a great spot for my nephews birthday!!! It was very clean, the games were a lot of fun and all the kids loved it! The pizza didnt taste good, but no one seemed to mind. The staff were friendly too! :) Would definitely recommend it for kids parties!

I give it 5 stars because my kid loves it. Im vegan so not much i can eat there. Im not one to slam a place. I use to eat there myself in the past. Pizza partys or just pizza just because you want pizza.

I went last week with my kids. I bought a large pizza and waited close to an hour for it. My number was 309 and they called 306 for about 30 minutes. I finally went and asked about my pizza and it had been sitting out the whole time. The guy was calling the wrong the number the entire time. I told him my pizza looked cold and old since it had been sitting out for so long but he didnt care. I took it to my table and it wasnt even warm. I talked to the manager and he didnt do anything either. Just apologized and said accidents happen. What a waste if money and very disappointed on how they didnt do anything for THEIR mistake.

We always come here! Whether for the buffet or for birthday parties or to get pizza to-go. We love peter piper pizza lol This location can get busy on the weekends, but I’ve never had any problems with long waits for food or bad service.

This location boasts a play land for young kids and since we were low on funds and getting tired of McDonalds food from our frequenting their play lands, we went to the San Mateo and Candelaria location. The play land is a remarkably small tented area with a minuscule play apparatus. I would estimate up to 4 or 5 kids from 1 to 3 years of age could be accommodated in this area. And they had no special menu offerings that included tokens so we ended up paying about what a good sit down meal would have cost us for 2 large pizzas and the $20 token special. Oh, well. Were used to sacrificing for our kids fun. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food is okay but it is way over priced. They have a really good game room. I entertain my son there a lot. One time he was playing on the coin machine shown in the photo. He was obsessed with winning the free ticket card but once he was done with his coins I wasnt buying him anymore. The card came really close to the edge. Once we were done the attendant came to the machine and took the card out.

We love this place cause its a kids game time but yesterday wasnt as great we had order easy sauce n it was too much sauce but we had no choice but 2way it, i would take 2stars away until they make it right!

Good pizza for the prices, and fair game selection for the kids. I remember when there was more selection in games growing up, shame things have slimmed down do much, but understandable.

.....This review will be in relation to Cicis @ Montgomery & near San Mateo.its more like 3.5 * I think...but there was more disappointment than I noticed at Cicis.......also more wow but the disappointments win..at least for now...depends on perspective and what I wanna type.....so the wows. ...lots of room for kids young &/or old to run around and play/be crazy/be Jennish....games...etc. the Strawberry desert pie was ommmmm yum!! even not fresh.....which is + in my book. the ranch dressing or that salad was near wow so I just say wow for now...although it had cucumbers somewheres ..IMHO so that also kept it from being really wowished. ...so deserts and salad were surprising vs cicis...the pizza crust wasnt wow but it was pretty good...maybe better than Cicis...but again not quite wow.People seemed almost as interested in helping get me what I want..so pretty wow nearly too..the pizza sauce was there it seems but I didnt notice the flavor...while the bread stick sauce wasnt even available without help and man it was too spicy.....like wow someone dumped lots in there!! This was probably the final reason.. why I think I gave cicis 4* but not PPP. The breadsticks are like most Little Caesars....they need to be in the oven nearly 2x longer...maybe more sometime.....undercooked almost always...no way near Pizza Huts for sure.Price may of been near same or $1 difference..but definitely not $2.well hmm thats it....yea better main course crust but the sauce made it seem not very flavorful.Id rater pay $1-2 more and take my own salad dressing to Cicis.

Its way under staffed most the machines are broken and dont despense tickets and theres only one kid working the floor and the toys. Half the ticket counters dont work. The ticket games maybe the stingiest in the industry, caravels give you more for your money. If you want to see your kids cry this is the place to go, mine didnt even want to use the 2nd 50 token chip.

We stopped here 4 lunch, As we finished a Native man walked in and sat behind us. He was alone & yes buzzed! I noticed him writing in a notebook w small pictures next to his papers. I offered him lunch and he said no ty, I insisted since we were done. He greatly accepted. He handed me a shell necklace w a hummingbird charm. He said its 4 you, Im from Canada and I made this last year. I was deeply touched, I tried to decline it but he insisted. I accepted. He left and 10 mins later an officer walked in looking around. Never thinking it was 4 him. He only came in to sit n write a bit. People.. Lets try not 2 judge others we dont know where 1 has been or going. Cops were called on him n yet a guy walked in a food establishment w a dog?????

Dirty, very crowded, which is why the play area had to get smaller to accommodate with majority of the place filled with tables.

Best quality pizza abd games and prizes

I called at 4:50 Pm ordered two pizzas And a dessert pizza got here about 5:07 and my pizzas weren’t even making and the place looks like a ghost town everybody was talking about what time they were getting off work earbuds in their ears maybe if they were listening properly they would have heard an order pop up and if they wouldn’t be worrying about what time they got off work they could have focused on making food!

Took granddaughter for her birthday not bad but a little pricey for a private room

Super awesome! We had the best experience here on a Wednesday night. The pizza was crisp and delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very rare nowadays. They took great care of us . I cant wait to go back.

Ive been eating here my whole life it seems like. This is my favorite pizza. A bit on the pricier side, especially when you add tokens to your meal. But soooooo worth it. Perfect for birthday parties, babysitting, or just family fun.My favorite thing about the pizza, is it is all fresh, made to order. I especially love that they use cornmeal for the bottoms of the pizza, not flour -- I think it gives a more crispy crust.They also have a lunch buffet which is pretty good at a great price.

Had been invited to dinner by my visiting sister. Was running late, so the wife and i ordered a medium Werx pizza ($16.49) and 2 medium drinks (2 × $2.49).Waited over 30 minutes to an empty store. The pizza did not looked cooked throughly. The veggies and crust were crunchy.The pizza was fair, could use a few more minutes in oven, service was slow for only 5 groups eating. Overall, would not recommend this place. Better pizza offers at other places.

Better than the original, I havent been here since the remodel. It looks better and cleaner all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. I just did not like the salad, no chicken in the cesar and no croutons (croutons upon request though) the rest of the meal was good, pizza and wings. My daughter (2 yr old) had loads of fun, they have a mini play ground for her it was big. She loved the prizes of course, candy and a ball. She had fun and a good time, daddy and mommy had fun too.

Pizza on the buffet was great! Hot and fresh!! Salad looked like it had way too much dressing so it didnt look fresh to me. I didnt try...

The worst customer service by their cash register employee. She was completely rude and in front of her the person who seemed to be her manager. She needs to learn better customer service and to be held at a higher standard by her manager.

The eating area is huge and the game area is very small and not realistic for more then maybe ten people. Food was decent but made everyone cramp for six hours afterward.

We went there for my daughters birthday! It was clean and the staff was super friendly. The games were great! The food was good. If you have a smaller child I would recommend the one one Juan tabo and Lomas. They have more small games for toddlers. But she had a blast in their little jungle gym and the dinosaurs was her favorite.

Since the renovation PPP is pretty cool. The pizza is fine for what it is and the atmosphere is excellent for a crazy fun afternoon for the kiddos. However, I dont recommend throwing a weekend birthday party here. It was wild and hard to keep track of everything. Thankfully there was a host to help us order pizza, supply cups/plates, re-order pizza and almost everything else. We had fun but probably wont throw another weekend party.

Weve been to this establishment for at least 30 years. Its never disappointed. However, the prices are outrageous! The young man cleaning/sweeping the floor might have the hardest type work. Ive seen some messes that looked uncleanable but he managed. Of course, we will always be back. Its always somebodys birthday.

Came here on a Friday night with some friends, we had the free pizza card (from the grand opening) and used it to get a large pizza with chicken and a 10 piece boneless wings. Well 10 minutes in they told us that they didn’t have chicken so they offered beef and I accepted. Then when I got my wings they had given me a 20 piece to compensate the chicken. That was really thoughtful of them! I really love their customer service, they go the extra step in making their customers happy.

The only thing is that the cinnamon pizza needed more time we couldnt eat it.. We through it away. We asked one of the workers to put it in the oven for more time and he just heat it up instead of cooking it.
