When I attended my nieces birthday party there.. my whole family had a great time! We def created memories and we were treated with great customer service. I know that I I definitely will be back there again. It. Was def worth it.Only thing is.. maybe it was a bit expensive.. but other than that it was one fun place to be.

Decided to have a family day with our girls, (i call them girls but theyre over 21) Both live up north, so it was a special occasion. I was amazed at the numerous activities. We all decided on bowling. It was our first times bowling. So we had the side rails up to prevent gutter balls. After our first hour, the staff had giving us a free hour.We had a lot of fun, were definitely coming back to try the gravity ropes.

I went there a while back. Absolutely LOVED it!!! Amazing time. Good prices, the dude running the bowling event, my man had great energy! The servers are on point and attentive. I hope they reopen SOON!!! One of the best places in Albuquerque to have fun.

Great place to take the family.Ask about there specials, as you might save a few bucks. The bars is a little pricey. The food and service is really good. We bought a pizza and a few beers. The staff is really friendly and will help you find the best deal,Just ask.

Worst place to do a birthday party if you dont like being treated rudely and getting ripped off. The waiter was terrible and did nothing but bring us our food and try and cash in on a 20% tip for our group. The lazer tag was unmonitored and resulted in our injury that was refused to be addressed, and the management refuses to follow up or take any actions to resolve the problems we faced while there.

Great place to bowl. Make reservations. Food is really good and the seating in the bowling area is very comfortable (not the typical weird, connected chairs with tiny tables). There are bumpers and bowling ball slides for the kids.

We visited on a Sunday morning to go bowling. We had a fun time. No problems with the lanes, equipment or anything. They have a great ball selection too. I was impressed with the amount of staff and their eagerness to help even though they werent busy. Prices are slightly higher in the morning hours verses evening. There are plenty of activities for kids and the food choices are abundant as well.

First time ever going and it turned out to be a great time. Pricing was reasonable and we were able to play many many games. I even lost my wallet, had a mini panic attack and was eventually relieved when one of the employees, Leon, found my wallet and returned it to me. Great and honest employees and great games for kids.

We booked our Super bowl party at Main Event in Albuquerque. It was one of the best Super bowl experience weve had. We had the barbecue buffet serving 25+ people. The service and food were great. Very good server and it was easy for all of us. I had good comments from our family and friends. Definitely we will di it again and fully recommend it for all events

The definition of fun with so many things to do from eating good food to laser tag and so much more. It has become one of my go to places when I want to let loose. I spent hours and hours having a blast with family and friends. I recommend anyone and everyone check it out for yourself

We held our company’s district meeting here awhile back and was taken away by the customer service we received! It was great! The food and drinks were great plus the bowling at the end of our meeting was fun. We will definitely be back!!

This place has it all..lazer tag, gravity ropes, video games, food, drinks, bowling and pool. The drinks here are so good as well as the food. There is so much to do. The prices are a bit high for some of the activities and games though. This place is a good place just to meet up with friends for a bite to eat and a good drink. I would recommend coming here and at least checking it out.

Great fun! Hadnt bowled in years, but it was still fun. The food was ok, place is very clean. The bowling shoes looked like the were used from a bowling alley in the 70s. The nice thing they provide socks which I highly recommend. The holographic game was the blast! You have to play the Zombies. Our company took us there for a team building experience for work.

Wanted to wait to visit multiple times before writing a review, but by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 45 minutes for food in the restaurant area. Moved over to bowling and never saw the server again. Got the wrong drink once as well. Fun games but horrible service during every visit.

The club sandwich was great! My 11 year old had a great time bowling and playing games. Four hours here felt like 45 min! Will definitely go again soon.

Games and bowling fun, food is pretty good, but workers dont clean areas, food and drinks came out slow while some staff messed around! everyone should chip in and keep the place clean! For the price we pay we should have a nice clean atmosphere and not have to see the dirty cups of people who left over an hour ago!

We just had our son’s 5th birthday party here. Everyone had a blast! But, as the hostess, it was a bit disorganized. I kind of felt that both of the people assigned to my party were in training. But either way, all my guests fully enjoyed the party!

Fun! The bowling was excellent, the scoreboard console was simple to operate and easy to follow. The environment was a bit too loud and the food a bit in the bland side, but it was a good night out with family and friends. Will definitely be back in the future.

Everyone is so nice. I’m visiting my family from Texas. My niece is extremely allergic to gluten and I was not aware that the boneless wings were breaded until they came out. I brought this up to one of the managers I believe Megan, and she was more than willing to accommodate the confusion and replace it with two plain burgers and take care of us in speedy way. Because it took awhile for the food to come out, she offered us a game of Laser tag so my niece didn’t get mad that she didn’t have food yet. Great service and great people and we will be back this week.

This place is so fun, so easy to get a party done and everything is pretty fairly priced. Food was alright, the cheddar cheese bites are glorious but the pizza is meh. But bowling, laser tag and all the arcade games are sooooo fun.

Overall not bad. Kind of pricey. We have had a Birthday party two years in a row. So it cant be that bad.

Main Event is a pretty fun place. Some of the claw machines are rigged so high you never win.As far as food and t.v. screens I have no complaints. They always show the games and the food is off the chain.

There are employees that truly dont care if the company make money or not. There facial expressions and actions show it. Extremely slow bartending. Very slow food service. Nice service will earn about 15% -20% in tips. Good will earn 20-25%. Repeat customers is earned by good service. You have completions, you will loose with bad service.

Amazing prices for awesome entertainment options. Unlimited activities for $7.99 per activity per day. They have a ropes course, bowling, laser tag, and more. We did laser tag. Great set up and well working equipment. They can accommodate groups, we were 11.

Fun place to have fun haha. Arcade games are a bit expensive. Best time to bowl is before 5pm, cheaper and less people. The queue youll encounter after 8pm is not even worth it. Might take hours. Air rope course is not that challenging even for kids.

Very nice attraction with interest for all ages. We had my grandsons birthday party . I felt overpriced for what you get . our host was slow or she had other responsibilities that took her attention away from us . signs and symptoms of understaffed, at least for partys. At the end of afternoon wife and I just wanted to play pool for a few minutes. 3 empty tables so were told an hr wait . huh. They couldnt figure out why they were empty so we decided to just leave after plucking 250 for party. I couldve done something better for that and with better service

Pro 1: The laser tag Arena has two floors which makes it super fun! Con1: The music and noise level is very high in the main room which makes it difficult to communicate while eating at the restaurant. Pro2: Food at the restaurant is pretty good.

Must try the VR game there! The day pass is a great deal for all-you-can play arcade or everything else (billiards, bowling, gravity ropes, & laser tag). The food is pretty good as well! Go on a weekday as itll be less crowded and less wait time for things.

We had our preschool graduation here. The staff was super amazing and accommodating. We had a large group, and the staff made sure we had plenty of room for everyone. The area was set up nicely. Everyone was friendly and polite. Our preschoolers couldnt do laser tag or gravity ropes, so instead of a $10 game card, they received one with unlimited video games for a few hours. I dont eat pepperoni pizza, so they gave me a personal cheese pizza. They helped give the children a wonderful day. I would absolutely book here again. No complaints.

Great fun but a little pricey.. Especially for the amount of points (tickets) you need for prizes!! We played $50 worth of games and my daughter got a mine craft key chain.. She had fun, and we spent time as a family.. So.. Worth it?? Ya, maybe..

Most people wouldnt think of Main Event as the place to host a corporate events. Well, guess what? It is! We hosted an employee appreciation event here, and we were so pleased from start to finish! Even during the planning stages, they made us feel assured things would go smoothly. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and prompt. The food was great and all of our employees had a wonderful time. They truly went above and beyond in our opinion. Needless to say, we highly recommend this venue for your next corporate event or meeting! Thanks again for hosting us, Main Event!

We went early and were able to do it all. Got the wrist bands before 12 so they were $15 each. Pricey but very fun if you can afford to dump cash.

A ton of fun things to do. You might have to wait a while before you can play certain things, so plan ahead. We have already had a fun time here.

Its slowly becoming me and my daughters place to go when were not sure what to do.The video games selection is decent.Bowling is awesome just a little overpriced.The laser tag arena is our favorite.The food is kid friendly but not super quality.Plenty of TVs, pool tables. And more theres so much more Im still looking forward to exploring more.So I just returned to enjoy a meal at the bar and it was the rudest service. I was absolutely discussed with the attitude I couldnt stand being there.

Awesome games and activities there for all ages. Prices are just right for the events, especially the all-day passes. They have VR, bowling, laser tag and more. I recommend that if you go that you experience it all by getting the all-day pass.

Its got games but you lose time on the bowling clock. Last time here, paid for an hour. But that started as soon as paid. So the finalizing at the register, getting shoes, getting ball, setting up lane - all that eats at time. Didnt get thru all frames and got 35 minutes of play time.Other places have better game deals IMO.

Cant speak about pricing as that was all covered. But was honestly really cool if you have a couple of people to go with. Plenty to do for at least 4 hours. Food was ok but all the games were really fun.

Atmosphere was great and you didnt feel claustrophobic. Nice and open environment. Fantastic mixture of activities like bowling, laser tag and plenty of arcade games ranging from old school to VR. Staff was friendly and our waitress was wonderful.

Good quality food, fun games. My family took heat advantage of the summer specials. As great for after work hangout with friends. Attentive staff.

This place has it together! We were there fir a 6 yo party and both my 8 an 5 yo had a blast. Great service, decent pizza, fun bowling (with bumpers for the littles), and they earned prizes for playing the games. Still that pop music playing in the background, but not too loud. Also, adults got to play shuffleboard on the side. Good times!

This is a great place to take your kids and hang out with friends and family. Perfect for any type of gathering event or parties. Has everything to do: biggest arcade in all of Albuquerque I think, pool, shuffle board, laser tag, bowling, rope climbing, and also has a huge bar area with TVs to watch all the big sport games. Awesome place to go whenever your looking to have some fun weather your by yourself, on a date, or with a big group of friends as well.

This is more of a birthday party place than a bowling alley. Most of the time bowling is by time only and cannot be extended even if you are in the middle of a game. There are other fun activities and I am sure kids enjoy it. There is a bar for adults that may want to get away from the party.

Main Even is very fun, HOWEVER, I wish theyd replace Laser Tag with the Mini Golf other locations have! Come on! Blacklight neon Mini Golf is way cooler!

I come here alot. I ordered food today and it was not at all pleasing. I told the greeter peter about it and he called a manager over and had it taken care of asap. Peter even brought me the new order and checked on me three times to make sure it was better. He is a 100% at his job and goes above and beyond. Thanks peter

Husband went here for work party recently. They allowed catering in. They have bowling and an arcade area as well as Lazer tag. My children have gone here for parties and enjoyed themselves. As a non drinker Im not really a fan of having a bar right alongside children playing.

This place is fun in theory executed horribly. I buy a all night bowling and activity pass for a group. Bowling ended in the 7th frame, front desk added 10 minutes and we finished with 1 minute to spare. I feel like Im going to slip and fall every frame with their bowling shoes, no traction.Stood in line for laser tag for about 5 minutes figuring I paid for all night activities, no dice, 5 minutes wasted because I didnt get a boarding pass. Pizza isnt good.

So the date I had here was incredible along with the people who work here. We were bowling and it broke and they gave us the time back. I have also been here for a holiday party with my co-workers (I work at a middle school), we are all middle schoolers at heart. The food has been great both times. The staff has been accommodating. One of our staff has a service animal and wanted to do the ropes course with us and they let him put his service animal down with one of our staff members so he could do it. He had a blast. I was terrified and exhilirated at the same time! Now my complaints are the prices are ridiculous unless you go after 10 pm, which is late for a school night. My second complaint is the alcohol is too heavy in the drinks. In my photo you can see the separation of alcohol the juice then more alcohol in my margarita. I guess come if you want to get smashed and take an uber home. I had fun though and is their a real price on fun and good memories? I dont think there Is, so yes I will return and I hope you go to!

Good place, needs more arcade games. Many games here are to win item prizes which really eat up the points on game cards. Has a nice jungle gym but it costs to much. But bowling is exceptional. Food is good and reasonable, But some items are expensive.

Let me start by saying if I could give this place no stars I would. Its new years eve probably one of you busiest times of the year I will give Main Event that. But when we walked in the greeter was rude about our reservations so we went to go pay for our unlimited play pass please keep in mind we paid 126.00 bucks when we went back to speak with him about our reservations he said I dont know Im off so we went back in line to get reserved for bowling we were told we would have to wait 2 hours. So we played some arcade games shot some pool and ate. Its about 11:00pm we made our reservations about 8:00pm so about 2 hours has passed so we went up there asked about reservations and they said oh you have 9 people ahead of you and we were perplexed. We decided to grab some drinks at the bar there was only one bar tender we waited 20 minutes to get our drink orders in. So we decided to go back up to ask about our reservations luckily we got the manager and he would let us bowl but for less then an hour before closing and the lane we got was malfunctioning. Main Event has Great potential to be an awesome place but I think they need to have more employees on hand to back up the crowd they receive on this particular night.

First time here for a work/group event. Our Host/Server, Abby, was awesome! She has a great attitude and a wonderful personality! The entire place was packed and she was running around taking care of our group and a whole bunch of other people too. Theyre definitely lucky to have an employee as great as her!Bowling was fun and laser tag was awesome! Just make sure to sign up for your activities in advance. We had a small buffet with salad, wings, chips, brisket and mini sliders with sauces and non-alcoholic drinks on the side. Food was good- wings were great( I dont eat traditional wings at all but I definitely got my fill of those! First time experience was awesome! Cant wait to go back!Thank you again, Abby, for taking care of our group!!

So much fun. We went here for a company picnic. They provided awesome food and it included some game cards that do not play for tickets.

Activites for all aged. The staff was helpful. It was very busy but the staff was still friendly. The food was decently priced. The spinach dip was spot on . I would def go back. Special shout out to Chris who made us feel welcomed.

Our kids enjoyed bowling as well as the other activities. The only issue we had was coming across a few broken games in the arcade area.

It was AWESOME! But very expensive... 50$ for 300 tickets then they offer you 1/2 hour free game play in 72 hrs.. but you have to get it in your email, then you play in 72 hrs when you go back.. Im not going back in 72 hrs in a month or two maybe... but a fun place... if you have the money to play...

Games are pricey but staff is fun and adventurous. Love the games here, and the little gravity park is fun for the kids

My X-Country team members had the best time at the Main Event!!!Leon was outstanding from the time we arrived till we left 4 hrs later.From the very first contact in making the reservation with Ian and the follow up with Jesse then having Leon on the day of our visit was just outstanding in meeting all our teams needs.We will be back next year. . The pizza was delicious as well!!!Thank You Main Event

Great place to take the kids and spend all day!! Not too bad with prices. Family of 6 to do ALL activities and eat one entree with $20 game card each for about $250. We were there for 6.5 hours. Well worth the money. Billiards, lazertag, bowling, arcade, gravity bars.

Walk in the door with my family, to celebrate my sons 18th birthday the service we had tonight was amazing, the manager Leon was so kind, he really knows how to show a paying customer a great time. The Albuquerque location does not have mini golf nor a rock wall climb. I was pretty upset when I got there and found this out as my boys wanted to do the wall climb. I was trying to find this out before I went, but no one would pick up the phone! I talked to the manager about this and they made up for it. After that, arcade was very fun!

It can be entertaining and has decent food. Overall, just ok. Many games to play. Found quite a few games I wanted to play that were not working properly. Games seem very expensive to play.

Pretty good boneless hot wings and tasty pizza (adult beverages are also available). Many things to do here, i enjoy the pool tables and bowling alleys. There are also a wide variety of games for children and a overhead harness walk/ropes course.

This is a great place to pass the time. The arcade is great, the bowling is exceptional and the laser tag is really fun. I enjoy the food and options of beer selection and cocktails at the bar. The staff and service are great and ready to help you make your evening even more enjoyable.

If you like Chuck cheese, you will love this place. A little more secured for watching your rug rats, while they play games. A lot of games keep the kids busy while you have a cooler; whatever that might be, and service is excellent, and so was my pizza. Prices are normal, and fairly priced. Plenty of parking around the building.

It was our 1st visit and we had a great time. I regret not getting the wristbands at first because we only came for 2 reasons. But after awhile we ended up buying wristbands and it was worth it. Laser tag was fun, just wish there was a bigger reminder that you have to get a ticket before standing in line. Bowling was a lot of fun, great food and service. Arcade had a lot of fun games for both young and older folks. We got decent prizes with our winnings. Better than other places where you can only get small lame stuff. My son was happy with what he chose. With my 10year old, I like Main Event better than D&Bs for sure.
