So much fun, for children and adults! The go-karts are a blast and the games they play in the bar area are fun also. The food was delicious. Had a great time!

The food is pretty good/cleanliness needs to be better

First, the good... They have brought in more arcade games that were actually working. The go-carts were fun and the kids were able to ride them for awhile, so good bang for your buck with them.The not so good...the new menu is lacking and the food was not great. We ordered the fish taco basket, which included 3 fish tacos and fries. The fish was similar to chopped up fish sticks and they brought tartar sauce!! Yes, tartar sauce. Here in Yuma, we like our fish tacos with salsa, and a crema sauce. And shredded cabbage, not large chunks of cabbage.They didnt have a large beer selection, so that was a bit disappointing as well. Our waiter was polite and personable, but he was the only one for several tables. We felt bad for the guy, hes was running around working hard, but definitely needed help....But, at least this is a place where kids can go and have some fun.

Brought the family out for lunch, great service and the food was delicious. Family is having a blast playing games and just enjoying our weekend. Joseph you and your partners are doing an amazing job. Place is clean and your staff rocks! Keep up the awesome work! We are grateful to have such a wonderful place in our community. Can’t wait for the water park to open once more.

This place was a lot of fun. It had one of the best mini golf courses Ive ever played. My niece was even like twenty tickets short if getting a prize she wanted and they just let her round it up, which was super nice of them. When we were there they had some kind of water issue so the bar was closed, but I would probably give them five stars if I could have had a beer, too.

Z fun factory was a very pleasant surprise. Our bartender was very attentive. The food was good. Theres tons of stuff do do there. And would be a great place for kids. We will definitely be going back.

We had fun playing the miniature golf. Then we went over to the batting cages. At that time only one cage was working and that was the super fast pitch.But the golf was fun and the workers were friendly even though it was late, close to closing.

The reason for the 1 Star is on the arcade alone. We buy $40 to play for our kid and more then half the games don’t work food was good server was amazing. But arcade was a total waste of money and no refunds on already purchased cards even though 60% of games ARE BROKEN OR MALFUNCTIONING don’t spend more the. $5 on Arcade money cause you won’t get a refund for broken games and they malfunction Or be safe and check to see if games are working most games are $1.00We should have gone to Chuck E. Cheese

Fun times here at the Arcade, batting cages, and mini golf. Food wash awesome. Server could have been a lot more attentive to us. It was not that busy and we would have consumed a few more beverages if she would have frequented our table a bit more.

Great fun! Never seems too busy. Prices are a little high, but decent for having some family fun. The arcade has some great choices and some that are a little run down. I like the mini golf courses.

I dont like bashing places it wasnt very clean I sat down at the bar and I had to ask for a menu then it took them 45 minutes to come back and get my order then it took 1 hour and I gave up waiting for my cheese sticks I asked the guy for water and it took him 25 minutes I time this because Ive seen nothing but bad reviews on this place and thought these people are just nagging but no theyre not service was horrible with hardly anybody there this was on a Sunday about 2pm. Workers were sloppy. I didnt even have the courage to check the bathroom out.

Enjoyed the Waterpark as did my entire family. Seemed like the water was cool and refreshing even though it was 108 degrees the day I went. Food was great and the service was excellent. The Arcade kept the family entertained for hours. Will go again.

Went to the Fun Factory for our favorite pizza in Yuma, only to find that for unknown reasons the recipe had been recently changed. Still good, but no longer the best in Yuma. If I here theyve gone back to the old recipe Ill be back, else probably not, at least regarding pizza.

My son loves it and i like the go carts they are fun. wish the track was bigger but its cool. like the arcade but most games are so exspensive kids can go through 20 bucks in no time at all and you gotta watch the machines you swipe your card and i guarantee at some point it takes more than it should. has done it to me everytime. Ive been there and its so hard to find an employee to help you when that happens

Had a blast at the z fun factory. Most arcade starts at $1 each game, which is a little pricy. On Wednesday though, this is half price off arcades. I did enjoy the fact that all arcades did not use a paper ticketing system and loaded points on to a card (can be reused many times). If you have multiple cards, points can be combined. This is great if you have buddies or family members that want their own game card. Z fun factory does have go karts and mini golf with family package deal on certain days.

Good spot to take kids of all ages,also to have birthday parties. Has a bar for adults too.

This is not a complete review as I have not yet partaken in the complete Z Fun Factory experience. This review is based on my dinner experience with some friends today. I arrived hungry and not sure what to expect, my drink and food came in decent time. I had the mexicali burger with fries and it was great, very filling with my long island. It was kinda empty but it was a Thursday so I wasnt expecting a big crowd.

Yuma is so small and hardly with anything to do, this place is definitely a spot to take your family and friends. So many options from waterpark, batting cage, go cart, arcade miniature golf and nice bar for adults .....its truly I nice gem in Yuma Arizona. I love this place and so do my kids!!

Food is average at best. Service on the food side is non-existent. Only reason I give 3 stars is because the people working the games side are great.

The mini golf and go carts were a lot of fun. None of the employees seemed very happy or motivated to be working there. The icebar was empty on a Saturday night. They didnt have a drink menu or drink list but the bar food was decent. Drinks were pricey.

Resterant and bartender are slow, food is good but nothing special. Plenty of ways to keep the kids entertained, I need to remember to ask for kids food to come out with the appetizer so I can eat in peace while they play.

Nice place for family. Got a small jungle gym set for kids, mini golf, go karts and a small arcade. Also bar setting for adults.There is usually a discount day for the arcade. The swimming place usually opens late/mid may to june.Best time to come is the Summer.

Service is extremely slow! You have to chase down your servers to get a refill even when the restaurant isnt that busy. Food is too greasy as well. The arcade and mini golf are great fun for kids of all ages. Havent tried the go kart racing yet or the bumper boats, but they seem fun. All in all, if you want to have a good time, go here. Just skip the restaurant!

Theres something fun for everybody. I had a great time at the pool and miniature golfing. Video games are fun too.

Pretty good food excellent go-kart Family Fun Center

Great place to go with the family, friends or your special friend for a casual outing. The bar is really unique as it keeps your drink cold on the ice rink. There are a ton of games and activities for the kids to play on while you enjoy your beverage. Granted this review is just for the inside as there is another world of activities outside. The only thing I would say negatively (but not negative really) is their food is okay. Maybe good in some aspects, but nothing excellent.

Great place for even the adults. The local Corvette club went there, gorged ourselves on pizza, ran the Go carts(scarey) and then played mini golf as the sun set. A really nice fun evening, with good food.

Grest place for families. So many things to see and do. Food is good, dinks are mixed well. We will definately be going back.

A few months ago we had my sons 13th b-day party here and it was a huge success! Our server was very helpful and friendly. We had pizza, salad, and bread sticks. My guests really enjoyed the food. The best part was that softdrinks for our entire party were included in our party package. Our guests enjoyed miniature golf and go carts.This past weekend, we went back to another party and had the same experience. Good food and great fun!!!

I havent experienced the arcade or the restaurant aspect of the Z Fun factory, but the golf course is a favorite of mine. There are 2 courses of different degrees of difficulty with 18 holes each. For five dollars per person, you can play the course. There is a fountain and an artificial stream running through the course, as well as a mock town and features of old Arizona.

Nice place to have a good time regardless of ageBut customer service could be better, a simple hiOr thank you goes a long way.

Definitely would recommend the minigolf. They Had an excellent course and its only $5 a person. The staff is really nice as well.

The water park is amazing. The go karts are fun. The game center is a bigger-than-usual ripoff. The food is HORRIBLE.

Fire alarm was going off when we arrived. A lot of people were outside with no idea what was going on. Nobody from the establishment came out to notify anyone about anything. Lots of people standing around in towels waiting. We waited about 30 minutes then left.

Went to use the cages and they were out of order and was told they would be up in a week. I went back and the only operating machine was slow pitch. Hit or miss with the cages.

Fun mini golf, looking to be a little run down though

Slides are fine but they want to charge for any umbrella, cant even bring in drink containers our anything from outside at all. Not allowed to use my own container and fill with their drinks. I think this wouldnt be so bad if customer service was better. Hope your experience is better.

Great place to take your kids for a fun day, or even a birthday, they have a playplace for younger kids, mini golf, an arcade and gocarts as well. During the summer they also have a waterpark in the back. Did I mention they have a full bar aswell for the adults.

We had a blast. Took my nephew for some mini golf, go-carts and games.

One of the better places in Yuma to take kids or have a beer. The food is good and theres plenty of things to do. My boys love driving the go karts.

Good air hockey table and the 4 player PacMan was a blast. Staff was real nice as well.

Very impressed, our first visit there, good food, unique bar top with a freezing area to place your beverage to stay cold, efficient staff.

Had a group package of 10, $169. 12 showed up. Asked for two extra go cart passes Charged me more an additional $60. Most games broken.

The Website says on Mondays, they close at 10pm. We paid for mini golf around 8pm and at 8:45pm, we were told they would be closing in 30 minutes. So they just decided they were going to close at 9:15pm.

It was fun! A little warm inside but loved the playing the games.

We had a great time with the children playing in the jungle gym area. We also splurged and got all 3 girls arcade cards. What a blast they had playing Sink It to playing basketball hoops. We ate dinner and had the Baconator pizza...Yummy to my Tummy is what my 5 year old said... Give this place a chance.

Family had a great time we had the meat lovers pizza they hand make there dough and it was delicious very impressed with how many lifeguards there were as well...I was able to relax and enjoyed the slides myself. All the kids talked about was how much fun they had on the way home and even got some thank yous out of em well worth the money we will be going more often for sure.

This place makes it real tough for someone with food allergies to eat here. They cook all their deep fried foods in the same fryers as their seafood. So, if you you have a shellfish allergy you basically can only have pizza.....if youre lucky enough for them not to cross contaminate. Very disappointing.

Dinner was good...but service left a little to be desired. Needed to ask for butter and extra gravy(not much with the meal). But it was tasty for the most partThe minl golf course has been vastly improved with the new ownership. Greens were excellent and the water features attractive. Kudos for that.

Its good for what it is, expensive to take a larger family but cannot complain too much. Food we did purchase could be better or at least make it worth the cost I would think. They now make you sign a waiver when you go in so thats annoying but Im sure its for a reason.

Terrible customer service and issues with almost every arcade game. Didnt order a drink but the bartender was at least polite.

Just left and I loved it all from the games and to how nice the employee was but it was so humid I hope its just a today thing because it felt gross in the end how sweaty everyone in my family got.

Fun for the kids close to home. Go carts still use gas which feels nostalgic and can make an adult feel like a kid. Great bar!

Our first visit back since new owners took over some time ago. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt fantastic. Portions seemed a bit smaller than before. Service was good, and the food was good. Maybe Im spoiled by the old way it was. Ill go back for sure, but I go back to Taco Bell too.

We came here after a recommendation by a local, and we werent disappointed! We unfortunately didnt get to spend too much time here, but our food was surprisingly excellent, and the atmosphere was good, too. Definitely a good place to catch a game on TV and play a few yourself!

The environment was happy.there was more adults than kids hanging out I presume all waiting for the go-carts.tgey gave mini golf which I was into but the weather got too cold . The prizes for games are pretty good and you can get candy weighed out instead of a prize if you have few tickets which is better than when I was a kid and would turn in my tickets. All in all a good experience.
