We just bought a home in the park. It is a very clean park all streets are paved and I love the speed bumps, they are huge so nobody will come speeding through the park. We cant wait to move in there. Rick and Debiseem like as long as you follow the rules everything will be good. I am good with following the rules. It seems like a nice family park.

Its a pleasant community and the neighbors that I use to live near are very friendly.

The managers wife is very Tude told us she does not like kids we had massive water leaks that we had let the office know in writing about and never did anything and alot of druggies

Relaxing environment. If you got kids its a great place for them to meet new friends and most of the kids keep it old school and play outdoors somethin you dont see too much anymore. The neighbors are friendly and the atmosphere is like a yearlong summer vacation Enjoy a lunch poolside in the neighborhood pool and chillax

Pretty clean neighborhood. The mobile homes are not so old and the signs at the corners are visible.

Ive lived here for years and I have no complaints. The park managers are on top if things and keep the tenants informed of things happening, its a clean place to live

Speed bumps are too aggressive, doing maybe 1 mile an hour and they feel like it is going to tear my car apart. Looks like a low income trailer park.

I love this place a great wonderful place to raise your kids schools are fabulous. I like that we have stores close, doctors no need to go anywhere but here in the foot hills

Seems to have a bit of a cat problem, other than that out seems to be a typical lower Middle class trailer park. I think it has potential but I see a lot of cats, dogs on the loose, lots of law enforcement activity and have been told there are drug houses in here.
