Rented a trailer here and it was the worst experience ever. Needed a cheap place, so we sent the deposit after being shown pictures of a unit that was just like the one we were going to rent. It was almost a bait and switch!The front door did not close. Someone either had to be home 24/7 or we had to padlock it. The back door was welded shut, so it wasnt usable.90% of the windows were covered with boards. Only two windows actually opened.The floor was so bad in the bathroom you could see the ground. The tub was falling through the floor, so to use it, you were at an angle. There were holes covered by carpet.We had to use extention cords and power strips because maybe 5 outlets worked.The ceiling was sagging.Worse part was what finally drove us out. The sewage leak. It smelled so bad. We would call or text to complain and the handyman would never fix it. He would tell the owner the septic tank was full. It was not the septic tank!!! We have pictures of the literal lake of sewage under the trailer. Not to mention that it backed up into the tub and the toilet did not flush unless it was plunged. But they refused to fix it!The rent is laughable after being exposed to toxic fumes. I ended up in the hospital with issues, and would pass out because it was so bad.If you need something cheap, there are so many other trailer parks in Yuma. I am going to try to post pictures of the sewage on here.

Somewhere along the lines of a mental hospital and a looney bin ..... its just a fun place to be at

Place sucks. Do not not rent at DMC, STARLITE, WALNUT PARK or DESERT ROYAL

The owner is a slumlord and will cheat you every chance he gets
