It seems to be a very clean, secure and friendly place to live and visit. I always look forward to doing work for the people that live there.

Second winter in this park love it.

We had a great time relaxing here. Though my 12 year old granddaughter was a bit bored, because we didnt know anyone here. I met a woman the second to last day here that has had her grandkids with her since July 3! Wish wed known. Amryn wouldve been in her glory. We went to the pool a few times but the other kids werent there when we were. With the 116° temperatures, its not easy hanging out at the pool unless youre in it or sitting in full shade! It definitely was too hot to walk around the neighborhood and my father didnt have his golf cart here at this house. It definitely would have been a plus.

Great place to live!!!

It is an age qualified, mobile home community. It has a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, pickleball & horseshoe courts. It is a very active community with many ongoing activites. The people who reside here are very friendly and helpful.
