Love this store and everything in it! The prices are pretty good as well compared to other stores Ive been to and online shopping also. Will definitely continue being a customer of yours!

Probably what customer service should be like anywhere. Greets customers as soon as they enter as well as checks in on if theyre finding everything ok or need help. Clean floor, neatly organized shelves, and knowledgeable staff for the trifecta of the store itself. The products are pretty good quality and some things you must expect to pay for what youre going to get. Little bit of something for everyone here.

The woman working was not helpful at all. She never came from behind the counter to assist us. However, she did ask what we were looking for and made a rude facial expression when we told her and pointed us to one of the back rooms. We were back there for maybe 5 minutes. And we opened a box (that was not taped) to see/feel the WRAPPED item we were looking at and then she walked in the room we were in and took it from us and said we couldn’t open boxes (which is fine) and walked back out. Made us completely change our mind about purchasing from there so we left and i purchased what we wanted from Pure Romance.

They dont stand behind their products (shoes), tell you to go to the manufacturer and the manufacturer says that its taken care of at the store. Customer service run around nightmare... I will never shop here again!
