My husband and I went there this morning and had the best experience! The young lady who helped us was wonderful! Friendly, professional and knew exactly what we were looking for! Very happy with our purchase and will definitely make that our new spot!

As a former employee (with 2nd top sales in my location) and as a customer last night I HATE the vulture approach and I HATE trying to be upsold, essp. when I already have something in hand I am satisfied with. My husband and 1 of our girlfriends just gave up and stood back because there was no room for us to discuss anything we were looking at privately, our other girlfriend is shy, they are supposed to be able to tell how to approach different customers, and they didnt. They were pushy, assertive, and made our shopping experience less than fun, although they were very friendly, we wanted a very casual shopping and exploring experience and we got neither. I may try again at a different time of day, hopefully Ill be able to shop with more ease.
