Great classics. Saw The Land Before Time for the first time in Theaters with our 5 year old son. Great family experience, clean theater with great reclining seating They need our business I would definitely patronage this business.

The seats are the best!! The screen is big and very nice quality. The popcorn is not the best, I have had better, but its decent. The prices for snacks, pop corn, and drinks are ridiculous!!! But if you have the Regal Membership, you can save a good amount. The tickets arent badly priced if you go on Tuesdays. The staff is polite and courteous.

It was a good experience. They have Pepsi now. I like Coke better. The air conditioning didnt seem to work.

We decided to give this theatre another chance after the fire, then the shooting incident. Reserved seating is convenient, and the reclining seats are very comfortable. Leg room is a plenty. Theatre is cold though, I know its February but were indoors, bundle up. Staff was friendly, served quickly at concessions stand. They could benefit from from frequent janitor rotations. Popcorn and straw wrappers covered the floor. All that being said we will return for the seating and spaciousness of the theatre, may just bring a blanket. To add, if you show up at movie start time, expect to sit through 35 to 40 minutes of ads. Is this the new thing at movies? Im used to previews for a bit, but 40 minutes of it? Too much.

This location seems to have projection problems, film is either way too dark or it has a purple/blue tint. Paying 12 bucks for a movie in supposed HD/4K and not seeing the color or details is pretty disappointing. Complained multiple times but seems to keep happening . Not sure if the person who runs projectors have no clue how to set them or management at this theater is lacking in knowledge of how movies should look . Some of the movies they show look like they were recorded on camcorders, hopefully they resolve this but it’s been two years of complaining about it and regal customer service and the theaters managers saying “ they’ll look into it “. Attached are two photos of Rocketman, the purple colored one is from Regal, the other from another theater . Obviously the movie should not look purple, including all the previews beforehand . Also not looking for free tickets, just fix the issue and stop ripping people off by showing half arse quality, maybe time to update your projection machines and or screens

Nice theaters. Comfortable seats. Expensive, but all theaters are. My only complaint is it takes a long time to wait on each customer. Ive stood in line for 30 minutes before. You can save time if you buy tickets online in advance, but then you cant get refreshments and you have to pay a service fee. Get an Unlimited Membership if you go a lot.

Have you guys,closed yet? I was told that all of the regal theatres was closing.

Ive been here a couple of times and while the quality of the movie has never been bad and I cannot recommend the recliner seats enough, there is a lack of presence from the staff during the movie. Ive seen the ushers show up once, stand at the side, then leave during the movie only to never be seen again. This last time we had a louder group of people who eventually a fellow movie goer had to speak up to ask them to be quiet. Also, Im not sure if the heat was broken but it was easily 75 or more degrees in the theater. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Now to fix either of these issues I would have had to walk away from the movie I paid to see where as an usher having more of a presence could have addressed either.Good theater but needs to have their ushers be more present to address issues.

Great seating even for bigger folks like myself. Not to many seats so its over crowded. Up to date movies.

The box office was closed and everybody had to get their tickets through the concession stand. The lines were outrageous and even though we were there 40 minutes early for our movie we wind up waiting in line right up until the start time of the movie and we still had not got to the register. We decided to leave after all of that waiting. It was our first time checking out the place and it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be returning and we will not suggest to anyone. You would have definitely thought they would have had their stuff together especially on a day like Valentines Day!!!!

First of all we saw the movie 1917 and it was great. We got there at 6:10 and the movie started at 7:00. The ticket booth outside was closed. I dont know if that is all the time or just the night we were there, so we had to wait in line at the kiosk for about 10 minutes to get tickets, they had 2 kiosks but 1 was out of order. Got in line for a soda and it took another 15 minutes to get through that. We finally got to our seats and had to sit through 25 minutes of ads and coming attractions. The movie finally started about 7:25. On a bright note the seats were very comfy, movie picture and sound were very good and the bathrooms were fairly clean. Bottom line is, get there early, especially if you want to go to the concession stand.

Outstanding as always. Enjoyed myself.. Go early shirt lines choice of good seats. Onky disappointment they took out the hot tea dispenser. I can only drink hot or warm drinks. No soda or juice. But it would be nice if they brought it back

I always have a good experience here. Ive been coming here since 2001 and they have kept it up to date over the years. Its also clean which is a plus in my book.

Really nice seats. Pretty good screens and sound. Theater 1 is probably the biggest screen, and if the movie is dark the stretch factor can make it a little hard to see at times. All the other screens dont have this problem though. Occasionally you might have to remind the employees to turn off the lights or turn on the screen, but Regal Unlimited has taken this theater from 4 to 5 stars. You cant beat unlimited movies for $18/month.

Horrible experience and especially for a highly anticipated movie. I give you one star at least for cleanliness. Apparently the heat in theater was broken but the AC worked very good, it was extremely cold (heat should be on, 48° outside) movie quality was horrible, wasnt even shown on entire screen (letterbox??!) We pay for full screen experience and comfortable atmosphere, very disappointed. Hope you correct your theater because I will not return.

Reclining seats. Spacious (if sparse) lobby. Quite a number of cinemas. Snack bar has a decent, but expensive selection, but not many entree choices. Plenty of parking. Nice theater, overall.

Nice reclining seats. Sound system is good. I would have given them five stars if the 7:00 movies started anywhere close to 7:00. Its nearly 7:30 and nothing but commercials and previews.

Arrived To see a movie and the doors were locked. They say the hours on Google are wrong and we have to go to Fandango to get the correct hours. Another person was locked out of the building that was in the middle of watching his movie. They were still selling tickets through their kiosk but their door was locked and claimed that they were closed. How can a place still be selling tickets but claimed to be closed? Miserable experience.

Sound is good, picture is usually good (though theater 1 is somewhat dim) and seats are comfortable. As others have pointed out, the movies are running later and later after the showtime. Now, Regal has brilliantly decided to start running ads after showtimes. So, a 7:00 show might not actually start trailers until 7:10, and then there might be an Android or Wal-Mart ad in the middle of the trailers. The average movie now seems to start 25 minutes after showtime. Since the digital switchover, films are no longer properly masked, though sadly this seems to be something at all theaters. Because I dont make six figures, I dont usually get concessions unless its a Tuesday (half off popcorn) or if I earn them through the crown club. The lines are extremely slow and the staff seems easily confused. Apparently, theyve changed management numerous times in the past couple of years and its really starting to show. The trash cans disappeared and now the box-office is completely gone. Also, why no posters up for movies currently showing?

The theatres are very large, the seats are very comfortable, and it is overall my favorite movie theater in the area. The popcorn and drinks are very good and big, but theyre very expensive. Most of the employees are very friendly, and Ive only run into one who wasnt.

Awesome experience seeing Rambo! This theater is better than Frank Theaters in every way. Reclining leather chairs, friendly staff (not glued to their phones), and very clean. I will gladly drive the extra distance to give them my business.

No one in the ticket booth, no signs saying no one would be in there. One employee asked about 25 people in line at concessions to splint into equal lines which ultimately annoyed everyone in line, especially the people who were waiting there the longest. No garbage cans anywhere after the movie. No soap in any of the bathrooms, male or female. What happened to this place? I will not be returning.

Reclining seats super comfortable. Staff is friendly. Theaters are clean. Seems like they stepped up their game past few years. Only thing missing Imax screen.

The staff is slow and unfriendly! Arrive early so you have time to stand in line. They also dont have a salt shaker but instead have the small packets of salt you get when going through a drive thru so you need to get a handful. We were also refused our free refill after our movie got out (yes it was kind of late but they had just started their final movie showing so... yeah and they also wouldnt refill the drink either).... Seats are very comfortable but those negatives sometimes overweight that 1 positive

Great theater not really a bad seat however they are often alittle loud on the speakers and alittle slow at concessions. I see room to improve quality of service. But a very solid experience. Just be careful not to lose your keys or other objects to the seats can be hard to retrieve.

I like coming here since the renovations have been done, but today (11/23) I could not purchase tickets through the box office. I had to wait in line at the concession stand where the employees are incredibly slow already, and the kiosks would not work either. Not very efficient! I really hope that this is not going to be the way they do things now, because thats a huge mistake.

Best movie theatre in York! Recline s are comfortable and clean. Renovations to this theatre was well thought out. While chair is reclined, folks can walk through your row to their seats without infringing on your personal space. No more spilling over to let someone pass. Theatre has assigned seats

Its a great place to go. When u go late at nite the snack bar closes to early.

Consesion counter is very slow. We arrived 20 minutes early and were 3rd in our line and still ended up being late for the movie. There were 2 other lines open and moving at the same speed.

The staff is always friendly, love the Regal Rewards program. Seats are comfy recliners and the theaters are always cleaned well.

Love this theater with recline seats makes it more comfortable also love that they have a rewards card where you can earn free stuff even movies I go every Sunday to see a new movie with my son since he is a teenager now and don’t really like hanging out with mom anymore this is the one thing we enjoy to do the most together and can be real expensive but with the rewards or regal card it helps with some of the cost

This place gave me one of the worst movie experiences ever and I would highly suggest to NOT going to this movie theater. You should go to Franks instead.

Staff is weird. Bypass the ticket line by going across from the snack bar sends using the computer ticket booth. Plenty of space in the aisles ...and the seats recline!

Drove 40 minutes to see Knives Out Thanksgiving night. We bought our tickets and the power went out a minute later. Got sick of waiting after a half an hour and left. Drove another 40 minutes the following Sunday. The kids in the ticket booth failed to tell us that the snack bar was closed....information that would been a little helpful. Left again without seeing the movie. Thanksgiving break is over for 2 of the 4 in our party, so I guess will have to make 2 more 40 minute drives to use up the 4 tickets. Not happy AT ALL. An offer of a refund would have been helpful.

Join the reserve seating and the power reclining seats at the theater one nice thing is even the seats up close to the screen arent too close so dont be afraid to select some of those closer seats if youre at a popular movie and thats all thats left.

Terrible venue. Dirty, poorly staffed and the movie started 10 minutes late. They had 30 minutes of Regal commercials & movie previews. So a 0930 showing of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, didnt start until 1010. Forty minutes later the movie started! The seats are squeaky when recliners are in use, which is very annoying when there are people who cant sit still! The movie was good, but would have been better to see at a Fox theater (Fox Berkshire is where we used to go). Overall, not impressed.

Overall a good experience is to be had at Regal West Manchester. My son a I have visited this theatre many times recently and my wife has joined us from time to time. Our visits have generally been good, but on occasion the restrooms could definitely be cleaner and better stocked, as later in the the evening hand soap is often low or non-existent and the restroom is generally in a shambles. The concession area is also quite messy. I do understand the it is the late showings when this is occurring. The have been occasions when the lights in the theatre will be left on 10 minutes into the feature. I realize mistakes do happen. Just offering full disclosure. But again, overall the experience ranges from good to very good. I would give 3.5 stars if the full-in stars would allow. As far as the movies and projection equipment that would get 4.5 stars minimum, but probably 5 stars. Prices are a bit on the high side, but somewhat understandable if the above mentioned problems were non-existent. Otherwise 3.5 stars is my top rating if these are not addressed. One more point, some of the employees are top notch and I hope you are able to keep them there. I do understand that this is not a high paying job, but they are the ones keeping people like my son and coming back. Just my something to think about! Have a great day!A movie fan KPW

Ticket sales are done at the concession counter. Concession lines are slow. They use an old cell phone that is slow to focus to scan barcodes on tickets. Ticket checker told multiple people wrong auditorium for movie resulting in multiple people with same seat assignment and people needing to relocate to proper auditorium. Once the old Frankss theater on the other side of town is upgraded with recliners we will probably stop coming here.

The consession stand was closed when we got there from a fire the day before so no drink and for the first time in my life no popcorn but there was popcorn all through the theater where we watched the movie even in my cup holder. Ive never seen it that messy b4 and to add injury to insult the consession stand was open as we were leaving.

I like the place with the chairs but the popcorn is always too buttery, the other snacks are always too expensive

Great theater with huge high quality screens and loud engrossing surround sound. Comfortable recliner seating accomadating movie goers of almost any shape or size. Concessions sold at prices similar to other theaters in the area. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Convenient location.

They sell tickets at the concessions stand. The problem is, not all cash registers sell both tickets and concessions. If you get in the wrong line you buy your ticket and then get in another line to get popcorn. If you get in the right line you can buy both. These lines change weekly But they dont designate which line sells what. Also, there were no trash cans. Dont ask them why, no one has an answer.

I had preordered tickets 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE AT THE MOVIE THEATRE for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie, so my wife and I could see it on Valentines Day. When we got into the theatre, we saw a couple in our seats. We told the couple, You are in our seats and they told us, No, we have tickets, and they showed the tickets. I said, I preordered mine 10 days ago, and they replied, We bought ours 2 hours ago online. Apparently, this couple wasnt getting the idea, first come, first serve, so my wife and I got the manager. The manager reviewed our tickets, and then reviewed the other couples tickets, and then the manager told US (NOT THE OTHER COUPLE!) that she was sorry for overbooking, and she would get US (NOT THE OTHER COUPLE!) free ticket vouchers for another movie at another time. I kept repeating to the manager, It seems unfair that I preordered tickets 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE AT THE THEATRE, and we lost my seat to a couple who ordered the tickets 2 HOURS AGO ONLINE. The manager NEVER told the other couple, They bought the tickets first. You have to get out of the seats. We will get you free movie vouchers. The manager kept telling US, Their tickets are legitimate, not even acknowledging we preordered 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE AT THE THEATRE, as opposed to the other couple who ordered their tickets ONLINE 2 HOURS AGO, and she kept offering US (NOT THE OTHER COUPLE!) free movie vouchers. The manager also eventually threw in paying for our concessions, and by that time, the movie was already a quarter hour in, so we gave up. Worst part: we found another couple in the theatre that this happened to, and they ordered the tickets 2 weeks in advance! Moral of story: dont preorder tickets here because they wont respect it. Im probably going to call corporate this week and demand a refund because I really dont want to go back, even with vouchers.

The reclining seats are awesome! I will drive a half an hour to watch a movie at this theater, just for the seats. It is kept very clean and the movie selection is good. The concession stand has real food, unique popcorn, ice cream, and candy. They have a good rewards card that lets you upgrade your popcorn and sodas, as well as buy tickets if you get enough points.The concession stand is the biggest problem. They never have enough people working it. The last time I was there, I was in a line at the concession stand for over half and hour and there was still 3-4 customers in front of me still waiting. I ended up having to trade my ticket in for the next showing because we started missing part of the movie. They really need to streamline their concession stand to make it more productive with the employees they have.

Since their renovation, weve had mostly positive experiences. The seats are spacious, comfortable, and they recline at the push of a button. Theyre also assigned (you can pick your own ahead of time on the app, which I prefer). There were 2 separate incidents where we went to our seats and other people were in them, so not everyone follows that arrangement unless you ask them to vacate. The theater has been clean everytime we went. Our last visit was to see Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, so it was recent, and the only issue we had was that our buttons for operating 2 out of the 3 seats we reserved, were broken. All in all, we really enjoy seeing movies here.

I’m an idiot and booked our tickets tonight at the wrong theater and didn’t realize until we were at the theater and trying to scan our tickets. The manager here got us into a show close to the same time so that we could still see the movie we wanted and enjoy our night. We’ve always loved this theater and drive from Harrisburg to see movies here, but tonight the manager went above and beyond to help us out! As always, we’ll be back. :)

Small theater, reserved seating, recliner seats, and very open spaces so you dont feel too close to anyone else! This is my go to theater. I actually drive way out of my way to go to this theater specifically because of how nice and clean it is. I have never had a bad experience here. I call it my endgame theater because it was the one I chose after trying multiple others ( that are alot closer) for the best experience to see Avengers Endgame with and it did not disappoint.

Today was far from a good day at Regal...the same with the last movie that we watched there. I love this cinema because it’s comfy, we love being able to recline our seats. The issue is the customer service we get. Tonight we got tickets to see Aladdin at 6pm . We had about 3-5 mins before the movie actually started. By accident of the cashier Charlie, he gave us 7:00 tickets. The manger John and Crystal were the worst managers you would want. Not sorry at all...unapologetic and not willing to do anything for us. The prior visit they literally ran out of everything...the basics like paper towels and straws...unbelievable! Once again unapologetic and did nothing to give us what we needed. Just rude people period that don’t care.

I love the reclining reserved seating. You still have the feeling of personal space even next to strangers. The reserved seating is nice if you plan ahead, but you cant do a last minute showing here if they are busy at all. Personally that is a big positive to me. We also do not need to get there early with the reserved seating and can arrive near the end of the common 30 minutes of previews.

Most comfortable theater around however you need to clean the screens. Theater 1 streaks all over it

Excellent theater. Clean and rarely crowded. I also appreciate that they hire the elderly and handicapped.

The seats are amazing with the controls that put your legs up and down. Movies look good. Food is too expensive and they take long to move the line. Other than that the experience is awesome and I recommend it to anyone.

Very nice theater, comfortable seating .. buying tickets online awesome.. lines to buy popcorn etc, as in all theaters = a big NO (personally I’ll go without even if I want it) should be updated also. My idea ..ordering and paying for popcorn etc on your cell (only available in the preview time) sit down ..Order, pay and tip even or something along those lines ..that would make it perfect.

Understaffed, unless its food you can have handed right to you, dont order it. I waited for over 20 minutes for a pizza, and thats just waiting for them to start making it. Cashier continued to help everyone in line and grabbing there nachos, popcorn, drinks, and hotdogs but not my stuff. When I finally asked how much longer it was going to be because the movie was starting, I was told Im going as fast as I can! Yes, I could see that, but it was taking care of everyone else. I was finally told to just go to the movie and they would bring it. They finally brought it another 15 minutes later and it was cold. Terrible waste of $11

Good theater, but the popcorn is poor. For the prices we pay I shouldnt be getting that many unpopped kernels in half the bucket.

Saw Overlord with my dad. Both of us absolutely loved the theater and the movie was very entertsining. The seating is great, employees are friendly, and the place is clean. Regal has a great rewards program. You build points quick enough that you can use your rewards points after several visits. The staff is also highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing a movie here.

Seats very comfortable. Ridiculous that you can no longer purchase tickets from the a human at the ticket counter.

No IMAX or Dolby theaters. Rest of the features are very good...

Saw Rocketman with the family. The movie was great and the theatre was clean. The concession employee was not in a good mood. Theatre 6 was about 80. There was no air conditioning. Made the experience miserable.

I would’ve had a good experience here for my birthday but when I came THERE WAS NO POPCORN, CANDY, OR DRINKS. And i was really looking forward to the movie theater snacks. Also, Our movie/previews were supposed to start at 7 and didn’t start until 7:25. Not pleased.

Watched detective pikachu and loved it. I really enjoy coming to this theater. If you are selecting seats for a small theater I recommend sitting closer to the front. Theater 4 is small and the exit door makes it so that the screen is off to the right.

Theatre is well maintained, seats in some theatres are starting to get worn in since their renovation but still a great theater. They keep it cool inside so bring a sweater if you get cold easily!

Went to see Lego Movie the Second PartLOVED all the space and layout in the theatre. Oh, and the seats FULLY RECLINED!Very nice amenities! And they had the candy we like!

Its been awhile since I have visited Regal Cinemas at the mall but they have totally renovated their theaters. Their seats, I think are more comfortable than what Franks theaters are right now. And your able to put your feet up, and a more spacious seating area. I am quite impressed, makes for a more enjoyable experience. Thumbs up to Regal Cinemas. Also more affordable than Franks as well.

They really need to learn what air conditioning is. Anytime we go, the theater is always sweltering. Are they short on budget? Considering how much money this place makes, u would think they would spruce up the consession stand. All of the food and drink are very large portions. Service is a mixed bag. Some pleasant, some just trying to stay standing.

Its not good. The popcorn machine was broken, the place opened late, and the actual movie player was broken.

Had no idea that a movie that starts at 1050 runs thru ads/previews for 30 minutes. Went to restroom and the toilet paper does spin, you have to manually unroll a small amt. anyone with arthritis or disability with hands, you are out of luck. Theater was not full, cool air blowing. Will rent from home unfortunately

The theatre in itself is great but the food was a problem the tacos are not what they look like n they dont say anything to the customer while ordering. The pretzels were burned the person who took care of me did good but as he had to speak to the manager on duty she said that the tacos are as is n are not like the picure, wait what? But the pretzels were replaced. The person who took my order worked with me and was very friendly. I commend him for doing a gd job. Manager not so much.

Always a great time at Regal, instead of the regular, uncomfortable seats other theaters have. Regal has recliners in every theater, which makes the movie even more enjoyable. Staff is always helpful, and friendly.

Okay this place is just getting worse. We went to see the adventures. The whole time there was a group of ghetto kids running around I guess from theater to theater. The kept coming in and out about 45 mins into the movie and yelling at each other. The kept turning on and off the lights. Their ghetto dialect was very well pronounced. At first I was a little like whats going on. With all the crazy movie theater stuff going on. Its a good way for people to get hurt. Honestly unless you carry your weapon I would stay away from this movie theater. There is no security presence inside the theater and I think the staff is just to deal with the city trash. Its not worth beating the hell our of them and going to jail. They are minors and know you cant touch them. Just sad to see another place destroyed by york ghetto trash.
