There is nothing not to like. Prob.8ft.a way from people front and behind. Sanitary and they only allow limited seating. The seats are wonderful. The whole place is an. A plus.

Had a great time with the wife. We spent an hour in the arcade area and felt like big kids. The only frustrating part was that when we called to check the movie showing times we were misinformed by the automated system. Other than that we enjoyed our time and loved the movie Two Hearts

The theater was immaculate! We felt safe and comfortable! So good to be back at the movies!!

The new RC theater team took over Franks theater and it was significantly better. The concessions has a lot more food options and the prices were much cheaper. I think we saved around $7, on concessions for two people. The staff are making upgrades to the seats; heated reclining seats are coming, which I am very excited for. The staff were open and honest about the upgrades and improvements they were going to make. The hearing handicapped tools were in excellent condition and worked well. As of right now, I am going to continue to support RC instead of driving out to West Manchester. If they maintain the quality and keep up with the changes from Franks, they deserve the business.

IMAX was horrible. Way too loud. Watching a movie while holding your ears closed is not a fun time.

Did not see IMAX. I saw a regular showing.. Sound and color was great. Great prices too. 10 dollars for an adult for a regular viewing .. Not bad at all.. I did not partake in concessions... Due to me being a healthy person. But overall clean with comfortable seating.

IMAX was extremely and painfully loud. Could be because the theater was empty, and a room full of bodies dampen sound. Nevertheless, we wont be coming back for an imax film.

Ive been here several times & its been great, although the 2nd occurrence with staff that doesnt seem to care about the patrons & just mumbled, didnt clarify which screening to go to & nonchalantly waved in the general direction of the showing I brought my son to see...caused us to end up in the wrong screening...& we missed the first 20 minutes of the movie we intended to see.Previous staff were fine for other movies...but the moody fat kid tonight taking tickets FOR THE 2ND TIME IVE ENCOUNTERED HIM HERE cost this theater a 5 star rating.

Big theater, new recliner heated seat, I love it!

Used to go to west man just because of the seating, but now with the new seats at queensgate and being heated recliners as well, this will be my theater of choice all the time.

Usually this place is great. Today I had an issue. The popcorn was awful. It was way to salty and somehow had a stale texture. Im not sure how that is possible when they pop it there. I know this sounds like its not a big deal but it is. Movie popcorn should NEVER be a complaint.

This was our first time to the theatre under new management and my family was quite disappointed. We went to see Little Women on Christmas Day but heard most of the IMAX Star Wars movie in the theatre next door for over 3/4 of the movie. Several other movie goers complained as we walked out at the end of the movie. We talked to one of the managers and questioned why they put a loud action movie next to a soft one and they simply said it was a poor setup and they wouldn’t typically do that under previous management. The new management needs to address this. There are plenty of other louder movies that could have been put next to the IMAX Star Wars and they need to improve the sound proofing. So disappointed.
