Even after a day of hard rain the course was in great shape. Not even kind if sloppy. Still in great shape for November.

Fishing is not allowed in their ponds. Golfing is great though. Its a shame they wont allow fishing.

This is by FAR my favorite course in the county. Im a relatively new golfer, and no place has made me feel more welcome. The staff members are always so kind and helpful. They have a wonderful driving range with yardage markers. Even caught up with an older man who works there on the 17th hole, and he offered for me to play the last 2 holes with him, even though our skill level was hilariously different. I cant recommend a better, pound-for-pound course in this area. You wont be dissapointed!

Briarwood has the best greens I play. I play many courses in central PA.

Booked tee time online for a Monday morning. Price said $42. After checking in I noticed I was charged $50. Very shady

I only stopped I to buy a gift certificate to the pro shop. Im not a golfer, BUT MY DAD IS! They took excellent care of me. Even the lush sitting in the lounge pointed me to the pro shop! Very friendly! Excellent service!

My all time favorite to golf. I am more partial to the west course but both play very well. Greens are usually fast but manageable. I recommend this course to anyone of any skill level.

At 1st glance, course isnt much of a challenge UNTIL youre on the greens which are small, sloping & undulating but not overly fast. Many are sloped back to front & you dont want to be above the hole. Has 2 18 hole courses, one shorter and easier. Course is usually in good shape for being public. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with 3 teaching pros, has a relatively small pro shop which does sell used clubs. The bar is nice but the food is a bit pricey imo. Overall, nice public courses.

Golf course was in fine shape . greens were mowed and free of debris / fairways were free of leaves and sticks which is very hard to do in the fall . Overall I gave it a high rating because it was a beautiful day and I shot 91 which for me was a great day

This is a beatifully kept golf course. Its easy to get to and has great parking, plenty of room. The courses are not difficult so if your an advanced golfer you may not be challenged much. Its a good course to learn on and is fun the way its set up. Plenty of places around to get food and drinks so get out there and enjoy!

Really nice staff, the pro shop is fully stocked with great prices. Two course, I prefer the West. This is a go-to course for a fun and quick golf round. Also have leagues every night of the week for varying skill levels.

Been a long time since i played here. The new tee boxes are great. Few new sandtraps as well. Will play again before fall.

They have two very nice public golf courses with some of the best greens and high quality sand in their bunkers that you will find on very reasonably priced, challenging, but fair public courses in Central PA. Their staff is always friendly, courteous and accomodating and both of their 2 options in West York, an East and West course. They also are the originators of the Capital Region Golf Card, which is an excellent Christmas Gift at $44.95 before 12/31. My daughter buys it for me every year. This card gives you a $4 - $7.00 discount on every round you play at the 18+- Central PA golf courses that participate in the program. Check these two courses out and I believe that you will be glad that you did!!

When here to use their driving range and had a great time make sure you ask them for their bucket of balls deal they have a punch card that you get free buckets of balls once you purchase a certain amount there bar is fantastic cheap beers and the golf course is nice

Played the east course. It was well maintained. Course was forgiving with open fairways and well groomed tree lines. Prices were fair for a public course. Will be back again for sure.

Briarwood West, Worse golf course Ive ever played. Tee boxes are dirt. Fairways are dead with 3/4 ft crab grass growing in middle. $ 41.00 that shoulda been no more than $10.00. Horrible. Only good thing was most greens were nice. Shoulda asked for my money back. Used to be nice place to play now never go back again.....save your money....

Great fall rate, as a senior paying only $24 for a course in very good shape. All tee boxes are perfectly flat and the course is traditional country club layout. Would be five star rating if players would fix ball marks - very heavy play - very popular in the area.

I have not been here but Google keeps saying that I have been even when I tell it that I have not it look great from the road though

I gave one star only because of greens. Tee boxes are dirt .Fairways that do have grass the grass is a foot high .This course used to be very nice .Needless to say I will not be back .Save your money .Play somewhere elsethis review is for the West course
