Surprisingly lovely park with fantastic bird watching opportunities. The boardwalk is in great shape. The trail is not well marked, but its short enough that it isnt frustrating. The trail conditions can get a little muddy directly after rain, but clears up pretty quickly.Be sure to check out the Indian Mound Kinsey Park just a couple miles away.

Easy trails in natural setting. Boardwalk area was nice. Lots of side trails lead down to the creek.

This is a beautiful little park that provides a nice sampling of all that Ohio has to offer (via a short loop hike), from wetlands (with accompanying boardwalk) to old growth forest to a lively, healthy stream (complete with fossils).

Last weekend we werent able to make it out for our weekly hiking trip because it was quite honestly the busiest week of my Real Estate career? This weekend we decided to see what Greene County had to offer... they did not disappoint! We chose to hike Sara Lee Arnovitz Nature Preserve this morning in Xenia, OH!This park has a great trail system with multiple bridges and access to the creek! We saw tons of wildlife and wildflowers throughout the entire hike!! The county is doing a fantastic job of preserving the beauty of this land!!This is the 16th Park, Reserve or Preserve that #TeamClark has hiked in the last 18 weeks!!Our goal is still go hike a different park, reserve or preserve every weekend until its too cold to walk!!#FamilyFirst #DaytonStrong #TeamClark #SaraLeeArnovitzNaturePreserve

Im not always in a mood for a long stroll. On a day you just want to get out and hear the sounds of nature this is a quick one about 25mins.

A very nice place to walk and very beautiful, but it was mush better before people came in and changed everything. they fixed the broken bridge even though it was completely safe, removed trees that were over the water, made the water only go up to your knees, and extended the shoreline out. it has become much worse.

Short walking trail, but otherwise, not much to see. I do like the fact that state wildlife patrol the parking area closely.

Enjoy a short hike on well maintained path exploring a piece of the perserve. There are not many trails- really only one and it is pretty short- but is still a beautiful chunk of nature.

Short unpaved trail next to a creek and surrounded by wet lands. Abudant wildlife. Several more hiking options now that the bridges are repaired. Personally, this trail is best to visit in fall through early spring. Ticks and other pests are problematic during the warm season. No facilities.
