The trail map located at the trailhead parking lot is incorrect. According to the map key, you are here is not in the right location. Thankfully, the trails themselves are well marked once you get going.

What a wonderful find! I dont know how this place stayed under the radar for so long, but Im so glad we recently came across it. The trails were challenging enough to be a good workout/jaunt, but manageable enough for my little shitzu to frolic about and enjoy the time, as well. Great way to spend a few hours, and Im excited to go back. Highly recommend!

So much glass!!Do not bring your dog or wear sandals. It was not just near large boulders and other spots that attract drinking... It was spread evenly across the entire Cascade Trail as if there were some malicious flower girl with a basket of glass just sprinkling it everywhere like rose petals.I have been on many trails in suburban areas and always anticipate some glass, but this was just wild.

Beautiful park at the edge of a Worcester. Plenty of walking trails of various lengths and the moment you enter you can’t tell that you’re still in a city. It really shows off the natural beauty of the area. Parking can be a bit tough as it’s technically in a neighborhood, but it’s well worth it. And it’s free, so win win.

Beautiful woodland trails...good cardio workout. Well marked trails but the sites, “Beautiful Rock,” “glacier kettle ponds,” and ancient foundations are not marked at all and easy to miss.

Great place for day hikes

Gave it a 3 star because it was hard to find and Google couldnt bring me right to it. Seems there used to be parking but the 3 areas we found were just turn arounds off the main road. Once we found it, it was great hiking up the trails, seeing the frozen waterfall and enjoying nature. Nice to bring our dog on a leash and it seemed others did great at picking up after their dogs. I will return!

The cascades park is a nice collection of hiking trails that go through the woods. The trails are peaceful and very clean, making this a very nice place for dogwalking!The cascading falls themselves are actually located on the road (not on the trails), but its still a very nice photo spot!

Nice trail

Family outing for the weekend was a pleasant surprise right here in Worcester! Halfway up the hill and there was no interference from the neighborhood.Great for our six year old all the way up, explore, then back down for climbing on the rocks. Two hours of wonderful nature time.

This place is so absolutely beautiful, with paths that snake in every direction for a few miles. When the waterfall is.. Falling, its gorgeous. There ARE a ton of bugs in the summer though, so if youre planning on a hike youd better bring along some bug spray. So glad this place is basically my back yard.

Nice little rocky waterfall right in the city. You can reach this waterfall from the top by parking in Boynton Park and hiking downhill through the Cascades East Conservation Area. Alternately, you can drive right up to the bottom of the falls on Cataract St. Parking at the bottom is limited to on street parking on a residential street, but its not usually too busy. You can climb the rocky falls or take a couple of different trails up to the hilltop. The hill and falls are pretty steep but totally climbable. Kids have a great time climbing the falls, just be aware that it is a loose jumble of rocks...trips, tumbles, falls, and broken bones are possible. There are no picnic tables or amenities here, this is just a slice of green space in a residential area. Please be responsible and clean up after yourselves so we can all continue to access this little gem! Its the best waterfall you can visit without leaving the city.

Great trails! Wide array of terrain and difficulty. Lot of small side/interconnecting trails that spiderweb throughout the entirety of the Cascades. Feels like you arent in a city!Want a basic trail map go to Greater Worcester Land Trust website.

This Park is NOT A DOG PARK!!! Read the Park Rules and Regulations that include ordinances of the City of Worcester. In the Rules and Regulations #9 states NO ANIMALS in any Park, Beach, Playground and Play lot. It carries a FINE of up to $200.00.

Great for off-leash dog walking. and it meets up with Boynton dog park. A lot of hills too :) bring proper foot gear!

Love the waterfall in the winter when they covered in ice. Also like the large split boulder.
