That park was my childhood. I loved it. There was no good reason tearing it down to replace it with some pc bs. A waste of town money getting rid of something that was just fine and loved !

Great views of the Blackstone River, Textile mills & factories that are over 150 years old, and theres a huge tree in a ball field near where the bikepath terminates on the Massachusetts border that is a roosting site for GIGANTIC vultures at dusk.

Clean no litter, plenty of space to run around, kid friendly, trash cans for convenience, enough benches for different areas. Basketball court, tennis court, 2 baseball fields, swing set, playground, bike racks. A scenic river, bike routes alongside the park and river, small stadium for concerts, bleachers. Dogs allowed in certain areas. I dont see public bathrooms

Go there to relax .good place to sled down hills in winter ..few baseball parks and tennis ..also added boat ramp to river

Excellent place to visit with kids

I love that there is lots for the kids to do here but I wish they would update the park a bit. Mainly, swap out the pebble and mulch combo for the rubber bits a lot of newer parks have. I would also love it if they brought back the tire swing!

Best Park around.

Cold Spring is a nice, bigger park for a family day or just walking your dog. The tennis courts are great. The jungle gym & swing area is fun. Weve also used the softball field for practice. The volleyball net & area could use some attention but still works for us and 2 kids.

My son loves this place.. Usually there are lots of kids there (if the weather is nice it can get crowded) lots of things to do there and big playground.. Lots of space to roam!!

This park hasnt changed o er the years. Very peaceful place to walk. Watch or play sports. Plenty of shade on the hot summer days.

Not taking care of very well we went down for memories and always saw you walking down the hill where the spring water used to come out is in terrible shape the walkway of evidence overgrown I am very disappointed and seeing that like that in our city waffle

Easy parking, good disability to watch children. Park play stations are worn, but nothing not to expect in New England. Park below play ground!

Very nice park! Theres ️️ and oh and courts as well! They even have a play area for children or a parking spot near the river where you can just relax. Its very clean and wonderful to visit during the summer time!(where the livings easy) lol

I spent a lot of time at this park as a teenager. Today I took the boat ride from it and it was a pretty good ride with lots of information I never knew. Its worth the 10 bucks.

Walking paths, basketball court, baseball/softball fields, water access, playground, areas for picnic. Porta potty. Plenty of parking.

Stadium grass needs to be cut up on those stairs or their seats whatever you want to call them and on the stairs around that area needs to be cleaned up very nice people would like to sit down on the stadium but theres nowhere to sit because of high grass

Went on the Blackstone Valley Explorer trip. The river was relaxing and the park looks clean and well used.

One of Woonsocket best parks large and spacious. Peaceful during the week days to relax but can get crowded on weekends.

Its a nice area with a park, basketball court, fields and the Blackstone river running behind it. The park is a little out of date, but its in a nice shaded area

Really nice park except for all the dog crap everywhere. Our sons cant play in the baseball or softball field because of this problem.

There are a few parts on the walking path, near by the castle pillar monument, that needs fixing. That being said, the rest of the park seems fine.

Its ok, no water source and no real restroom, only a porter potty. Not really a relaxing atmosphere. Its ok if you have kids and you use the playground
