Went to the Manchester location last week and will not go back. I would have expected a place that is so hands on to have better cleaning standards during this time. There was hand sanitizer at the front and at the bathroom, nowhere else. I saw one game get cleaned the whole time we were there. There should have at least been an option for customers to clean games before use, or more of an effort to have them cleaned between uses, or at the very least, more sanitation stations for cleaning hands between games. During our dinner, the wrong food was delivered to my friends but I knew the burger was mine because I had ordered it without a lot of the trimmings. She placed it in front of me (she was helping our waiter and didn’t wear her mask correctly, it was below her nose the whole time) and when I told her I was pretty sure it was the right food she laughed and took it away. My friends food arrived moments later and I still had not received mine by the time they were finished. Then, when paying the tab I gave part in cash and the rest was supposed to go on my card, they charged my card the full amount and took the cash! Luckily I caught it, the waiter did apologize. It felt like a situation in which a manager should have at least acknowledged the dinner situation was less than ideal. I didn’t expect to be comped, but it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge that the rest of my table was done before I even received my food...honestly for the price it just was not a good experience. I would say that I am someone who is aware of Covid but not super worried about it, but I do think they need to take better precautions due to the nature of their business.

Games are great, food is great, prices.. not so much. I would say for one person to play games and eat and be satisfied it would cost around $40 - $50. Me and all my friends received $20 for unlimited blue card games for the entire day instead of for only 1 hour because there was so much confusion and we went at 3om so there was like 6 people there. Even the blue card games are very fun.

I always enjoyed going to Dave and Busters for the food and also the arcade games. But I was there with my girlfriend on 10/17/20, we ordered Nachos which were good, and we waited a long time for are entrees to show up and when they did they were ice good and my French fries were cold and rubbery. I dont know why we waited a long for are food to arrive considering they have a limited menu options due to covid. However they did take the food off of the bill and the manager came over and apologized and gave us a coupon for our next visit, but right now I dont know when that will be, last visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our friends who live in Chicago recommended this bar and actually met us there. It was very busy as it is obviously very popular and rightly so. Service was excellent and although we did not eat the food being served all looked delicious.

My kids had a blast. The only short fall was when they were cashing in their tickets for prizes. We were 97 tickets shy which related to $1.00 short. I handed the cashier a dollar. Their machine was broken so I had to go upfront and pay the attendant $1.00 for tickets then go back and have them rescan the items and the card which was a mess because of several reasons.Anyhow the people and games were awesome, we will be back.

Such an amazing and exciting place! The food is also delicious as well! Cant wait for this place to open again!

When you dont know where to go to consume your day, you can choose to come here! There are many fun video games, and you can eat here when you are hungry, or sit at the bar for a drink, which is very convenient.

This place is a good family place and they should not be hit on just because the food and service you don’t expect the look amazing commercial food it is just a place for kids to have a good time and grown ups to have a a mild alcoholic beverage so I give you D&B 4/5 because even the Service could be better it’s just a family place where you can get a lot of fun out of yourself for a good two hours.

Outstanding staff, games and food. A huge variety of games and all of them were working. Great bar area. Multiple TVs for sports and easy seating. Food was on point! Drinks were amazing as well. New drinks are a must try. Dangerous water mix drink is my number one and its just crazy with flavor. Clean and not super packed. All around great!

Pros - Bartender and bar was awesome, would return just to drink here! Fun games, decent amount of game and prize options.Cons - About 30% of games were broken or had issues. Kids everywhere at night, witnessed young child crying and searching for parents for at least an hour. Long line upon entry to obtain cards to start playing, staff could care less and waited over 45 minutes.

I went there today at 1 o’clock with the family. The place was kinda of busy and the bar was real slow. It’s because the bartender was slow and had zero social skills. I asked for 3 drinks but had to settle for one. Two of them were coffee drinks one alcoholic one regular. There was no coffee. The bartender said that they were brewing fresh coffee but it never happened. I tried to get help from the bartender and two servers for coffee but none of them could care less or give a pleasant greeting. I had to leave the establishment and go to Dunkin Donuts down the street.Michelle up front was very polite and actually cared about guest satisfaction. I spoke with Chloe who was a manager she was nice and listened but left it at that. The culture there is for them get you to spend a lot of money in a short time and give you sub service while your at D&B. I told Chloe is was going to yelp and never come back and she gave a big “whoops” shrug with a I’m sorry smile.

Arcade section was good and my family and I had a good time. However, our experience at the restaurant was poor. After being seated, it took several minutes before our waiter attended to us. Once we placed our drink orders, we waited 25 minutes or so for our alcoholic beverages to arrive. We Waited another 30 to 40 minutes for our meals. It was a lot of waiting and poor customer service. We will visit the arcade section again but will definitely chose a different experience for lunch or dinner. Arcade 4 stars. Restaurant 0.

Fun place for young and older. My kids came here for a birthday party and had fun. I had a good time myself. The games are a bit pricey but they are well maintained. The food is decent and environment is fun. There are many big screen TVs so it is a good venue to watch sports and have some drinks. They have a decent alcohol menu.

The food was not bad but the restaurant staff was too busy (we had to get up to go to the counter and pay) Anyways, I really enjoyed playing games and had a lot of fun! I thinks it is a great place to hang out in winter

Had a great time. They have some good deals as well. They do a really good job keeping there machines up and running. Every time I go there, theres no machine that says out of order. There food is really alittle pricey but still good. And the bar is a nice place to take a break.

It’s super fin place, plenty of games, easy to lose track of time.The drinks they make at the bar are amazing.Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience with the food.I ordered a Thai Salad, first of all my order was messed up, after they brought the right food I was left to realize that chicken on my salad was old and super chewy, and all the greens on the salad were dark. My friend’s food though was good.Nevertheless, personnel was nice and friendly, they took my salad out of the bill and got us a drink in the house.I definitely will return to the place, but if I’ll ever order food there or not is another story. I also work on the kitchen, so I wish they took better care of the food they serve.

Ive ask for birthday party with well done hamburgers. They were not more or less medium rear. Fries way to salty. For 140.00. we will never go there again. Children only liked games. 3 stars is better than what we really think. Trying to find someone to redo order is a joke.

We all had a great time, but it seemed like they were understaffed the day we went and it took half an hour to get a bottle of water from the bar, which was the only place we could get from. Very expensive and it take forever and a lot of money for kids to accumulate points to even get to exchange for any prizes. Food was ok.

Is a little bit expensive but really loved the food after playing for a while.

Tried to overcharge us by 80$ and sneakily did not give us an i itemized receipt and all of a sudden when we asked for the itemized, they realized you overchargee us.

Came here for a friends birthday. Hour+ wait to get a table, okay fine; it was a Saturday night (but they dont take reservations). Then we finally get seated and it took a half hour for drink orders to be brought to the table (in batches) and over an hour before we saw any food (which came out in several different waves over the course of another hour). 2.5 hours for a meal. Ive never seen such horrible service in my LIFE. Will absolutely never be returning to this location and will warn away anyone I can.

Birthday party for tween on a weekend morning. Kids had fun. Serving staff was attentive. The odd part at the end was the hostess kinda pressuring for tip. I signed the default generous tip but came away with a feeling of being put through a used car salesperson wringer. Feeback for staff training.

I was disappointed with my visit to Dave and Busters. We sat at the bar. The server was almost nonexistent. When we got our philly steak sliders and chicken tenders there was barely any philly cheesesteak in them and the buns were crunchy. The tiny chicken pieces were good and so was the dipping sauce but they were little. I tried to pick out what little steak there was. We never did see the server to settle up. We kept waiting but he never came back so we just left money at the bar and walked awayThe person who greeted us at the door was very friendly and helpful. That was the only good thing about our visit

Here with my kids on half day Wednesday. For it being a weekday and lunch hour my expectations were not very high but the food was delicious and the wait staff are very friendly. They have a full allergy menu that is very detailed and having a kid with a peanut allergy it is priceless. I had the tacos which were so yummy and the kids got fun drinks and shared the ribs with sliders. They are picky eaters but thought it was yummy too.

Had a really great time with my family. My kids totally love this place. 4 stars because they got my order wrong but it was promptly replaced with the right order. Other than that everything else was great.

Not a bad experience. Sundays are a great day to come, joint is jumping but not crazy like a school vacation or Saturday. The food is a little pricey, and if you arent a fan of spicy food the choices may be limited, but it does taste good.

There was something for everyone! My husband and I went on a date night but I could have easily been a group or family trip and potentially a business event. The facility was extremely clean and easy to navigate. Great experience all around, we will be back.

I like Dave but Busters was kind of a drag.... JP so this place is great for kids, adults and adults who want to be kids. Life size classic arcades that play tribute to the classics but bring a whole new respect for the modern gaming world. I nearly jumped out of my skin during the enclosed 4D zombie game. To top it all off they have beers and sports everywhere so if you dont like this place you are either not human or didnt have a childhood. Then again you could be a zombie....

Just love this place.

The night was fun. I give it a generous 4 stars but it would receive 5 if there were more than one maintenance worker walking the floor available to fix broken or stalled machines. Also, it would be beneficial and paramount that the public have access to hand sanitizer. Fix these issues please.

My first time last night going here. We got there around 10 and they close at midnight so we decided to order some food before playing games. We ordered the avocado toast cuz the picture looked really good on the menu( first pic is what it should look like and the second one was what we got delivered at our table) don’t get me wrong it was still good but idk if it was cuz it was 2 hours before closing tho that’s no excuse why the food wasn’t what i ordered (just looked like they didn’t care enough to evan spread avocado on the bread) The nachos i asked to be without any meat on them came out dry and wasn’t much stuff on them. The drinks tho were good. I will prob go back again and hopefully my experience is better next time with the food.

The food was good. Service, not so much. It was later in the evening and the section we were in was getting ready to close. Lets talk about the games....SO MUCH FUN! My daughter and I had a great time. Add a bouncy house to make it a perfect experience.

Me and my kids love this place, but it is always a nightmare to deal with these people. I have had a handful of bad experiences, but lets just focus on the latest one. If you try to book a kids party here, just go somewhere else. I wanted to schedule a party, and the rude lady told me to just come in the day of and wait for a table. I wasnt sure exactly how many people would be there, and this was something this lady never heard of before. She wouldnt book the party without knowing the exact number. She treated me like trash, and acted like it was a hassle to just do her job. The employees here all hate their jobs and life. It is really a good time to go here and have fun, but if you have to deal with the workers you will not like your experience.

Bought a game card, $23 for 165 points. It lasted me and my date anout 40 min. A little much, but fairly reasonable if you ask me... great for family fun or a casual first date. Its a clean welcoming environment

After 45 minutes of waiting I asked the waitress if it typically takes this long for food to come on a busy Saturday night. She then realized she forgot to put our order in and made sure we werent charged for our food. After an hour of waiting we finally received our food with only an hour and fifteen minutes left to play arcade games.While the food was delicious once we received it, the frustration we felt overpowered our appetite. We havent decided if were going to go back to this specific location, but we hope to try Dave & Busters again.

This place is amazing. New and fun games! The restaurant area was just as fun and amazing. The staff and managers were in very good spirits. The managers checked in with me during my meal and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back.

Best Dave and busters I’ve ever been to. They have So Manu new attractions I’ve never seen before. Highly Recommend this location. Also a good tip is to go on Wednesday’s when the games are half price.

Had a great time with a family group. Many many gaming options, different screens for sports and other entertainment Food and bevs are good and the friendly layed back environment made a great overall experience. Staff is friendly :)

I do enjoy coming this place, however service here is terribly bad. Waitress is extremely rude. She probably think we dont have freaking money to pay for the damn foods. Advise for the management: please have a proper training for your staffs. We come here to enjoy the game and foods. Not to come here and get looked down by your staff!!

This was my first time there. I loved the gaming part. The food was eh for most part. I definitely go again but just for games. Wait staff was so rude & very slow. We did not even get silverware or napkins until we had to ask for them after we finished appetizers.(cantina nachos AMAZING!) Drink orders messed up.Some food looked & tasted like it was just reheated after sitting out. But overall it was a fun time!!

Dave and Busters is awesome. We did the virtual reality ride which was incredible. I have never experienced anything like it. We had food (quite the amount of calories) which was awesome. A beer tower which was also awesome, and of course played all sorts of games. Great place for the family, and kids.

Not good. I walked out after the barman walked by tossed my entree in front of me without breaking stride and left me with no silverware or napkin. I gave them about 3 minutes to correct the error but no one bothered to check in with me. My dinner grew cold along with my enthusiasm. So here I am at the 99 enjoying some piping hot steak tips that were served by a bar keep who seems to care about his customers

It’s a pretty typical D&B’s. Make sure you wash your hands after playing multiple games. The best part about this place is the bar area. They have a great tv board and others surrounding the entire floor...reminds me of a sports book in Vegas. This could also be the largest D&B’s I’ve been to.

Nice and fun arcade but I personally dont think the food is that great. Have eaten here twice and id say its just okay.

Used a groupon voucher here for 4 of us and none of the cards worked properly. It was advertised as unlimited games but that only counted for maybe 25% of the games. The restaurant was super slow and some of the food came out cold. They comped a couple of the items because they knew they screwed up. Would not recommend eating here. Some games are fun but most arent that great. There was also a cop just chilling at all times giving people trouble for what seemed like no reason

Lots of games. Something for everyone. The virtual reality was kind of a letdown especially for $6 per person. But other than that... great family night.We ordered apps and drinks before playing the games. Priced about what you would think for a place like this. Good service.

I went in my 1st real date with my now husband here. Very fun with fun atmosphere and CHICKEN WINGS & BIG SCREEN TVS. I mean come on who doesnt love arcades and chicken wings!

Dave & Busters could improve their attentiveness to their guests. Our server was nice, however most of the time she was nowhere to be found. We waited over 45min for our wings on a unlimited wing night - doesn’t make sense to wait that long if it’s meant to be unlimited. I understand wait times in busy restaurants, having worked in food service for years before, but I also understand the need for excellent customer service and D&B can definitely improve in that area. Drinks and food were both very slow - which makes it painful to wait to play the unlimited games, another thing that doesn’t make sense to me. Why can’t you play the games while you wait 45min for the wings? Kinda bummed, not worth my $20...or any of my dollars for that matter.

My family had such a great time here! There was so much to do... we couldve spent a whole day plus another. The place was very clean and well stocked. We had lunch and the meal was good, although the portionsof chix fingers were too small (even my 9 yr old said so)... they did like the color changing slushy drink! Our only over-arching complaint is that there was no surge staffing at natural choke points (reception and tix/prize exchange). Because of that fact, the staff had to be more patient for irrate customers... something that they did very, very well. :)

Todays experience was not what I expected... I usually in past, have recieved good service. However, the beginning here today, started below my expectations. We were seated at the dining area only to be forgotten. 3 tables seated after us was attended to and 2 others already seated was followed up on, as we were still waiting for service. After trying to get attention from a waitstaff nearby with no luck, 20 minutes later of stand still waiting, a manager happens to walk by. As he made sure our orders were finally taken, our food/drinks happened to be forgotten and was brought to us cold(food). Natasha (Dave & Buster, Woburn), one of the waitstaff, recognized was was happening and took over our table. After that, with Natasha servicing and Matt, the manager taking great care of our tables, things turn around for the better! Thank you both for caring and going above and beyond to bring back smiles regardless the challenges brought on! Much appreciated as we came with the family to celebrate a birthday!!! 4 stars for both of them and a huge Thank You, for ending this day extra special!!!!

Fun games. Love that the electronic cards to keep track of points. Don’t bother eating there. Service slow, messy eating area.

The jurassic park VR ride was EPIC! Also had a great assortment of games, though it was packed when we went. My only real complaint is spending $3.50 for a coke.

Food was slow as death, cold and way over priced. Server was unattentive. When in the games area there was a lack of attendants as many games kept breaking and forget about the fun to cash out your tickets for a worthless prize for your kids. It was insane... suggest a weeknight perhaps!

Lots to do. Not cheap, can be overwhelming, but fun for elementary age through adults.

Went there last night, Feb 10th, and our waitress Dani was... not the best. She was rude, took so long for our orders of drinks and food. It finally took my friend going up to her and asking her where our WATERS and BLUECHEESE was and turning right around to get those simple things wed been waiting 15 minutes for. And I have yet to call, Im calling tomorrow after work because Im 99% sure Dani screwed up our payments and I ended up paying for me and three other people when we specifically told her $45 on my card and the rest on another friends card but I got billed for the whole $159.59. Other than the horrible waitress taking too long with our drinks and being rude, until my friend said something, I had a lot of fun! The games were amazing and I had a blast beating some friends. So maybe next time Ill get something to eat before hand and order drinks at the bar and pay as I go. Also, note to self: USE CASH with this place!! For my first experience 3 out of 5 stars

I dont understand why a company would literally fill their menu with pictures of what youre ordering when they come out looking like this, I asked for it exactly how it was.... It came out with nothing but the scrapings from the grout in the kitchen.. by far they worst letdown Ive ever seen, I would expect it from McDonalds or Burger King but for the price I would throw this back through the window at any of those establishments. Whatever you do dont eat here!!!!

Service terrible. Food served cold, waitresses either had to many tables or was not in to it today. I also was in the food service and understand but will not go back there to eat again. My daughter paid over 51.oo. i should of complained before we paid the bill, but i did speak to the manager when we were leaving. WAS NOT LOOKING FOR MONEY BACK, just saying UNIMPRESSED. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and very flavorful. The drinks were really good and the building is clean and safe. There was a police officer on duty as well. We had an awesome time. Going back soon.

The games here are fun, but as for everything else its not the greatest. Service is lacking, you can wait up to 20 mins at the bar for a beer, and the drink prices are ridiculously high. Fun if youre looking for something to do but pricey for what its worth.

I only went here because of a birthday party for someone. Otherwise, I try to avoid it like the plague. Like Chucky Cheese with alcohol (probably a good thing for parents). Really noisy and total chaos, cant even hear yourself think. The food isnt much better than Chucky Cheese either, nothing to write home about.

The first three games I tried playing were all not working in some capacity. No workers around to ask for help, so I just moved on to other games. Wish they had more Mario Kart machines. Compared to other D&Bs, it feels like there are less games. Pretty nice build- your-own nachos for group events, at least.

The services is awful here. The waiters and waitresses are very rude. They are horrible at their jobs. We sat down for a good 10 minutes no one came by and asked how may I help you. Instead they stared at us and were in a group laughing. Finally one came by slammed the menus down and said its going to take a minute. Nasty woman.By far one of the worst customer service dave & busters locations Ive been to chicagos, Albany, Tucson all these locations know great customer service. Which made me like dave & busters food service but this one is horrible. So warning if you are not from Massachusetts, I suggest you eat somewhere else before you go to this one and just play the games. I wouldnt give these jerks a penny after that. Go take a course in hospitality. No longer will I give you my money for food. We are just going for the games and thats it.

The food is good, but the sevice is consistently slow and inattentive. We have had to go I search for the waiter/waitress on a couple of occasions even when many of the tables are open.

I love Dave & Busters, cant wait for the new one in Manchester to open!
