I gave em a 5 star just for the purpose of them being my childhood this place made my childhood what it was I am still growing up and I haven’t been here in years but Ik for a fact they are still amazing I strongly consider making this place a all time normal for your kids I made so many friends there. I am fixing to go very soon just to re live everything but i know that once I go I am just gonna continue to go more and more like I did when I was a lot younger.

This place was a great time. My kids attended a birthday party and they still talk about it. The laser tag is great. Fun arena for the kids and parents can go in and watch or help their little ones. The bouncy house area has good variety and is CLEAN and well kept. The sitting area has plenty of tables and space between them for multiple parties so not cramped. Free coffee was a nice surprise and the video game area has several games of all types. Can win prizes with tickets as well. Great place for a memorable birthday.

This place used to be a fantastic deal for my kids to get out their energy. 10 dollars each for unlimited time in the bouncy castle area. Got here today to disappointingly find out they have jacked the price up to 13 dollars a piece for a one hour session. Additionally my four almost five year old who has been navigating these structures perfectly fine for the past year is now required to be supervised by me. Guess what that means? I have to pay for myself to enter the structure so that I can watch my children same as before. What was a chill 20 dollar afternoon with flexibility is now a rigid 32.50 hour long session. I get capitalism. I understand maybe it was TOO good a deal before. Still, I travel to get there and it simply has become not worth the trip

Awesome place I went with the kids for the bouncy house part and the time slot was for 55 mins and we got to stay a bit longer because we were the only ones there also the staff where real accommodating to us and made us feel like family Id give this place 10 stars if I could

We love this place. There is laser tag (I think ages 6 and up), an arcade and plenty of bouncy houses. Not to mention yummy pizza prepared how you like. Whenever we go, we make a day of it. Awesome place for kids

Loved the new air park! Super fun and i appreciate the cleanliness! Just think the air park prices are a little over the top. Not going to tell someone how to run their business but it is for kids. Kids should be able to have affordable fun. Just for me tp accompany my 5yr old it costs almost $20 for 55 minutes. Cant put a timer on fun. Id understand if the place was packed but there were no other children around. Thats my opinion all in all i love this place

We had my 11 year old sons Birthday party here. We had a blast playing laser tag in their giant, state of the art room. The little ones loved jumping around on the bouncy houses too!

Weve been coming here for a couple of years, and my elementary school-aged son and his friends always have a great time. The facility is immaculate and well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the clientele are typical suburban families who are well-behaved and respectful of other guests during competitive laser tag games or when playing in the airpark. For the first time ever, we had a issue with another customer who repeatedly teased my son and his friends about losing in laser tag. The management immediately handled the situation in a manner which left a wonderful impression about the level of care they have for their customers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety. Many thanks to the manager nicknamed Tye-Dye (sorry, I forgot your name - I think it was Tyler) who immediately addressed our concerns in a highly professional and empathetic manner. We hope the trial run of Nerf Wars works out; my son will then be the happiest kid on earth to have such a great place to play his favorite game :)

This place is crazy, but its in the name. My son loves it here. 3 big bounce houses and a good amount of arcades. The arcades arent stacked against the kids, so getting tickets isnt that hard. My son is 4 and we always leave with about 500 tickets.

Basically think a mini Chuck E. Cheese, but with a gigantic laser tag room and nicer employees. The manager here went above and beyond to insure we had a fun time. Unfortunately, I cant give the place an extra star for his work because Google limits me to 5. The games are quick and fun, there are multiple different modes you can play, and while youre waiting for your turn you can play arcade style games. The pizza was good, and it was a great place to have a bachelor party! 11/10 would go again.

Yes! Super Fun Laser Tag and arcade. Fun climbing structure for the kids. I would suggest more video games and more claw machines. Had a great time and cant complain. I especially loved the laser tag setup. So cool to have the tv outside with the players faces on it. i would definitely go again just for the laser tag.

The worst experience ever .we bought tickets through groupon, we came at 3 pm they said you cant let your kids in until 5 pm .we asked why since the inflatable air park is not full .he answered because it maybe e gonna be full of in 10 mnts....waw they treated us this way only because we got our tickets through groupon .huge disappointed.the manager was not helpful at all and was rude his name is jhon.

Party FeedbackWe were given Party time of 4 p.m. But Party didnt start until 4.45 p.m. All kids were tired of waiting.Party host was okay. It looked like she was overloaded with multiple parties at once. There was a lot of delay in bringing basic things like bringing kids drinks on time. She didnt even pour the drinks for the kids. Kids did themselves while we were thinking she would help them. There was a spill on the cloth in this process. Rather than changing the cloth, they moved all the kids.Moreover, there was a COMPLETE miscommunication by XTreme Craze management regarding Pizza for Adults.I had called them 2 times in the week before party to confirm the party, & make sure I know what to bring. Whoever was on phone ONLY told me that Xtreme craze provides Kids pizza, & I have to take care of Adults pizza. But he never mentioned that they have a kitchen where I can order Adults pizza. On top of it, he NEVER told us that outside food is NOT allowed.During the party, our party host was busy hosting some other party & 2 management guys visited & told us that outside Pizza (that we brought for Adults) is not allowed. They insisted on buying Pizza for adults. We then ordered a Pizza for adults.When it was Party & Cake time, Kids pizza arrived on time, but Adult pizza never came even when it was Cake cutting time. When I checked with our host, she didnt even knowabout management guys talking to me about Pizza & our Pizza order. So finally our Adult Pizza NEVER arrived.Im giving rating 2 ONLY for Laser Tag game that kids liked to play.Your tagline of Welcome to Organized Chaos in Party Area is so apt for you. Party was a COMPLETE Chaos. I will NEVER recommended anyone & NEVER go back to this place again

Inflatable bounce houses, games, and laser tag. A great place for kids and not harsh on the wallet.

The place is awesome - clean, well run, very polite staff, the arcade isnt over priced, and the ticket prices arent crazy either. I bought each of my kids the bouncy structure pass and a 10 dollar arcade card. Forty dollars and two and a half hours later we left - happy, exhausted, and with our prizes!

My son and I have never been here until we recently were for a Cub Scout event. I don’t usually write reviews but the experience we had was so excellent that I couldn’t help but write one. Even my 7 year old walked out of there impressed at how much fun we had and how great the level of service was from the whole staff and most noticeably, John (who was behind the counter that night). John’s service through out the whole night was top notch. I deal with customers myself in my career and XtremeCraze is very lucky to have an asset like John. Thanks again for a great time and I recommend that every one, large group or small, go experience the same one I had at XtremeCraze! 5 stars for sure!

Derry location - Fun place for kids. Was 15$ but now its around 22$ just for my 5 year old to bounce for an hour. My daughter only wants to go if I can bounce with her...and anyone over 4 now cost an extra 7.50 which is a little rediculous. if the price included more than JUST bouncing that would be fine. But if I added games it would be well over 30$ for one child. Might as well go back to cowabungas for 12$ where I can stay all day if desired.

I have gone to Lazer Kraze since it was in Haverhill. for the last 10 years. I was disappointed when the Haverhill location closed. So I started going to the Woburn location. My kids use to love it and i used to love bringing them. I went yesterday to the now XtremeCraze. I brought my 3 year old to the bouncy area like usual. I was told by staff about an hour later that a parent needs to buy a bracelet.....I have to buy a bracelet to watch my child.....They also only allow 1 hr sessions now. I was kinda annoyed that they made these changes. Also the bouncy area use to be better for smaller kids now its too high...and it really isnt safe for smaller kids. We have other places near me that ill go to now.

Wow what a place, we were a party of 12. We had a party for my cousin the place is amazing! So we played two games and played arcade games. The adults played 2 games, and all the small kids got to use the arcade funds. It worked out perfect. The laser tag game was super fun, enough time, not to hot. We ordered pizza, everyone liked the pizza. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend a family night out here.

XtremeCraze is a popular place for birthday parties among the 8-10 year olds in my sons peer group. They do a great job of running the kids through bouncy houses (optional), 3 round of laser tag, pizza & cake, and an arcade (hold on to your wallet). Package deals are reasonable if you want an all inclusive experience.

Rebranded from LasetCraze, we had wonderful birthday party there. Guns were upgraded with LCD displays showing charge and score, scoreboard now features players face photo, taken during sign up. Good pizza and staff work.

There werent any classic arcade games like Pacman or Space Invaders. It was fine overall, especially the Lazer Tag.

We just went for the arcade and had a blast! Not a ton of games but definitely had quality ones! The laser and bowling looked like a ton of fun but just wasn’t in our field of interest for the day.

This place is as my Son calls it a kids Dreamland. The staff is also phenomenal. In a world of meh experiences, this is a refreshing bright spot.

I organized a fun event here for the top performers at the company I work for and had an outstanding experience doing so. The booking process was very transparent and simple. And I could rave all day about how fantastic the day of the event went. John at the Woburn location was incredibly friendly, flexible, informative and overall embodied exactly what above and beyond customer service should look like. The event itself was a seamless process, my party had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend this location for events of any size, age or occasion.

Went here for some quality Dad time with my daughters specifically for the Laser Craze. We had great fun. The entrance is a but hard to find (its around the back of a very anonymous office/warehouse building).

This place use to be great & I don’t know what happened! We came with 8 kids at 7:30 paid for unlimited laser tag and they decided to close the kitchen at 7:35, didn’t tell us they were closing it then were so RUDE when we tried to order, then told us we can’t order pizzas so we were told our kids basically had to starve or we had to leave and waste $200. Employees and manager are a joke, hanging out, on their phones, ignoring customers and when asked a question they all acted like they were being bothered and replied in a snyde snappy way . LIAM insulted and argued with my 12 year old son, raised his voice at me and was BY FAR THE RUDEST employee I have ever experienced at any establishment. I don’t know how they can employ this type of person at place for children. The absolute WORST experience!LIAM “the manager” has NO business Working in this type of place!

THANK YOU GREG**** I have been coming here for years, a great deal on Friday nights with unlimited games. A great Friday night for the kids. First game is at 7:45, we bring 8 kids here for the night, and they tell us they cannot make food because they closed their pizza station. Meanwhile one of the employees just put a pizza to cook. How do you close your food bar when your first game of the night starts at 7:45?? And then when asking the manager he says we close the food a couple hours earlier.. um a couple is at 9 since you are open until 11. They closed it at 7:30!!!! Makes perfect sense to me .. wow... he said no outside food allowed, so we ordered pizzas to eat outside in our cars, I mean we just spent 200$ + for these kids to play.. I’m not going to leave and come back takes too long. Kids enter to play second game and they come out saying they are not registered. I go speak to liam and he says they have to tell the front desk they want to enter next round.. I told him we were never told that.. his response “it’s all over our websites” .. hello!! Does it look like I’m on your website??? .. they get into the game I said thank you.. soooo Pizza comes and one of the parents comes to tell our group pizza has arrived and Liam the manager was rude to her and told her he was calling the cops.. we all went outside, ate, kept our trash to throw away at our house and went back in.. well after playing arcade games the boys go to register for next game, he tells the kid no our group is not playing.. instead of speaking to one of our parents. And the cops showed up!!! Not ONCE did he speak to us about not being able to play.. cop came and couldn’t believe himself why we wereBeing kicked out.. but he asked us to leave and we did.. we asked for a reason from the manager, he had no reason... just the worst customer service I have ever seen and it’s a shame because our kids love it here.

The laser tag course is pretty solid. Ive been here several times with kids and we never had any problems until...The last time there was a software issue with the equipment that effected two of our group across two sessions that made the game miserable for the affected people - unable to score points, going negative instead of positive for shots. No attempt or offer for a partial refund was made even though the game was totally spoiled for the people effected and the staff were made aware.To be clear, the game is fun when it works, its just hard to be confident that the whole group will have a good time if the equipmemt decides to bug out on someone.The arcade is pretty solid, here, with a decent prize selection. The food is fine, too.

Wow really impressed with this XtremeCraze location. First off the prices for all their activities, food, drinks, games, etc, were more than fair. Actually pretty cheap for this type place.This was my families first time coming here and we had a blast. Both my children ages 8 & 2 had so much fun. Normally many places like this do not accommodate kids younger than 3 very well, but my youngest had no issues. We love that there is so many different activities for the kids to participate in. Also it can be a great place for older kids and teens (adults too) seeing there is an array of arcade games and glow in the dark Laser Tag. They also have a couple bounce houses that are some of the biggest Ive ever seen, even ones with slides! It is pretty simple to accumulate/win tickets and their prizes are reasonably obtainable unlike Chucky Cheese and such where you would need an obscene amount of tickets to be able to get anything. My kids got really fun big prizes easily. I am giving it for out of 5 stars though because although they do sell pizza AND ONLY PIZZA as food, I wish they had more of a selection. They do sell coffee though which most children places like this do not. Also many of their arcade machines were broken and didnt work. So if they increased the quantity of arade games that would be great. When we went it was a Sunday, Fathers Day to be exact, so it was pretty empty. We arrived around 2 and left around 5pm. When we left almost no one was even there. Thats actually a great time to go because it wont be so chaotic. Also the bathrooms were immaculate but I was shocked they didnt have a handicap sink or a lower sink for kids to use. I had to pick my kids up to reach the faucet. The staff, which only consisted of teens while we were there, were very professional, kind and helpful too. We felt like it was a safe, family friendly environment. That was nice to see. We thoroughly enjoyed XtremeCraz woburn and will definitely be coming back.

Laser Tag was a great, two floor setup. The rest of the play areas are comparable to other places. Food options are limited to pizza and drinks only. Free water and coffee is nice. For some reason this place seems much loader inside that others like it. Not sure why.

Awesome laser tag field setup and equipment, absolutely terrible game mode(s). At 500 points per hit, the game mode does not encourage anything but camping the enemy base with very little encouragement for human interaction.

Very fun experience. However, it only seems to be fun with a certain number of people. Too little, and its just too spaced out. Too much, and its too packed.

One of my favorite places to bring my 10 y/o son. So we actually spent 5 hours here! My friend and her son joined along and we had the full Laser craze experience. The boys jumped for hours, played lazer tag, ate pizza played the arcades and jumped more. The unlimited access to water was very helpful for the boys.

Fun place to take toddlers in inclement weather. 3 big climbing bouncy house structures get them nice and tired in a safe easy to monitor setting. 10 dollar pizzas are a good deal and taste ok fire kids. Lots of arcade fans to keep them busy. Have tried the laser games but it looks fun for older kids and adults. Good place set up for birthday parties for older children. Only problem is its $10 to get your kids in and no group discounts

My kids love it . I take them there to bounce . Its inexpensive and its also relaxing for myself and my husband . Because we know were they are and that there safe and in turn we can relax and chat .

Took a group of young people here over the summer. The Lazer park was well kept, spacious, and fun to navigate. The staff did a nice job of explaining the rules and the equipment was great quality. We will be bringing a group back next summer for sure.

Laser tag is fun, they do have an arcade and prize table, but they dont have TOO many games, but to make up for that, some of the good prizes dont cost that much. Their pizza is okay, not the best, but it will fill you up. Also, word of advice, DO NOT play laser tag if you cant run/walk for a good 40 or so minutes.

I had a lot of fun in the bouncy area. There were many obstacles to accomplish. The laser tag games were really exciting and challenging. The pizza was great. The arcade was addictive. There were really cool prizes to pick. I would recommend this place for ages 7 and up.

Great place for toddlers.Gives them a good work out. But Hate that the older kids are not controlled and run around like they are crazy. I think a no running policy or no playing tag should be in place .

This is a good place to bring a young child between 7 years old to about 13 years old. There is an arcade where you can earn tokens to win cheap prizeskid of like Chuck cheese and then there is also a laser tag part of it and cost about $15 a person, you play 4 rounds that are five minutes each so in reality you pay $15 for 20 minutes of laser tag. The laser tag arena is actually relatively big with two floors.

The laser tag portion was awesome! We came as a corporate event so the game was almost all adults. The few kids that played in our games were very good and had lots of fun too. After each laser tag session the staff made sure we had pitchers of Ice water to drink.The facility was very clean. Had very attentive friendly staff.The only things I could suggest for improvement would be, the only pizza flavors available were cheese and pepperoni, a choice with some kind of vegetables would be nice. The arcade game section could have more games, thou the existing selection is nice.My over all experience at this facility was great!

Reasonably priced small arcade has swipe card balances and reward ticketing, no more tokens! All adult laser tag is so much better too.
