Cute little park with some picnic tables and a trail that leads to an overview of a lake. Clean.

Nicely paved, short and easy walk. And so much nature.

A nice walk in the woods, very wide path so social distancing is easy, and a lovely spot to sit and watch the lake at the end.

Beautiful boardwalk with a relaxing view of Lake Gallagher. The terrain is even and made up of mostly boardwalk and in some areas there is flattened dirt. Its a perfect little escape right in the heart of busy Wixom.

My wife and I went here for our first look before our wedding. It was perfect!!!

Nature at its finest. Peaceful, Clean, Safe & in our neighborhood. Talk a walk or a bike ride for a change & explore something new right around the corner.

Pretty cute little park

A microcosm of natural habitat of Wixom just as name indicate. A small strip of wooden path with trees and wetland on both side. Sunset can be viewed from end of the wooden path.

A quiet natural area with a well tended path for anyone who is out for a nice walk. The side paths are for the slightly more curious and provide detailed information about the area.

Nice short trail to walk or bike out and see a wetland area. I think there are foot paths that offshoot the main trail but havent taken them yet so I dont know how long they are.

Lots of bird watching

Its a lovely area. My first visit was during the winter, so there was very little wildlife. The trail is short, but at the end theres a very picturesque view of a lake. Another nice thing about this place is that its open 24/7. If you want to visit, I recommend going here early for some peace and quiet.
