Came in today for some silicon containers and was very impressed with Kylie and Briana. Not only did they welcome me with open arms, I felt right at home while they educated me on the products i was looking for and delivered the best customer experience I’ve had at a smoke shop so far. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Huge selection. The music is awesome and there is NOTHING that theis place doesn’t have (except the Harlequin scent incense, but I’ll let that slide). Seriously, better than any smoke shop in Milwaukee lol.

Today was my first time visiting this shop, and i absolutely loved it. but its crazy how i never noticed it before, even though i drive by it everyday. I bought a couple of glass pieces that Engy helped me pick and i love them, she has great taste and was very helpful. i usually dont write reviews but she went above and beyond and delivered a great service so she 100% deserves it. ill be back to buy one of you guys rick and Morty posters sometime this week. 10/10 store.

Ive been into many different head shops, but by far Climax has been my best experience. Zach was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable on the different manufactures and what pieces were catered to different preferences. I can honestly say that if you are looking for intelligent, friendly, and accurate service Climax is easily the store for you! Ask for Zach, he wont sell you something you are not completely happy with.

Ever since I moved to the area this is the smoke shop that I frecuantly visit. They have a really good selection of products and constantly update their selection. Their staff members like Wyatt and Steven are very proactive when it comes to answering questions regarding anything in the store. Overall out of all the shops in Orlando this is my preferred one.

This shop has a very good selection of products and an even better staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I also didnt feel as if I was being pressured into making any purchases. This is where Ill be doing all my smoking-related shopping from now on.

This place is horrible.

I used to come here back when I lived nearby, I got to say it always seems more like the workers were always talking and hanging out with somebody minded thats kind of the appeal of vape shop but only to a certain degree but today I need a glass for my tank drove all the way over here on my break because it showed online that they were the only ones open got there and even though the hours on their window say 10 a.m. they were not there the doors were locked and it is not a special day its October 28th... Why the hell are you not open when you say your open thats just bull!!

Went in about a month ago owner told my husband and I a price of 199 for the pax 2. Went back to buy the product thinking it was the price we were told. We would have bought the product offline if we knew they up charged the price by 100 bucks. The guy there swiped our card before telling us they charged us 298.00. We left the store got home and turned right back around, now they wont refund our money. We did not even take it out of the box told us store policy. Horrible horrible place. Rip people off. Never ever recommend going there. Have fun getting ripped off and having a place run your card without telling you what their charging. Hope this place goes under.

This is my preferred smoke shop. You can come here for any of your smoking needs. From hookahs to capes it is all covered. The workers here are awesome. They will answer any question you ask. This place is awesome.

I went in yesterday and bought a piece from there, Engy sold it to me and i absolutely love it. I also loved how nice and such a sweet heart Engy was with us. nowadays workers just dont care and want you to leave as soon as you walk in or give you attitude for no reason. but Engy is an amazing person, she was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. I wish all workers were like her. ill be coming back to see her.
