Nice little park. Indoor facilities are decent for the cheap rental price. Minus 2 stars for lack of cleanliness, several outlets on the outside didnt work, and they were an HOUR late, past contract time, opening the doors for us to set up an event. I can say the staff member who finally arrived was pleasant and helpful.

Great for little children to have fun. Never leave them unattended though, they can run out into the street.

The City of Winter Haven makes an good effort to. Maintain all their parks the citizens should use the parks more often

A truly multipurpose public facility. its a relatively large park for being tucked inside a neighborhood. Aside from being a skate park, it also has a volleyball court, a basketball half court, a pond with wooden bridge, a baseball diamond, childrens play area and plenty of open space. Parking is ample. Bathrooms are clean and maintained. This park itself is well maintained throughout. Plenty of visitors enjoy it in the afternoon hours.

The skate park is OK. It has a fun box, 3 stair, 2 Manuel boxes some benches and a quarter pipe. But theres almost no space to actually get enough speed to get up the quarter pipe coping or Ollie the fun box. Its better than nothing but the manuel boxes are probably the best to skate here.

Love it just right for family

This park is free but the building is available for reservations for private affairs. There is a small fee which is moderate and very affordable. It has a kitchenette thatis avaliable. The premises and the restrooms are very clean. I would gladly use their facility again.

Big area with a lot of room, skate park, playground, basketball court, pond and indoor party area. We have taken kids here a few times because of the diversity in what kids can do here. But...it can be sketchy. Frequent skunk smells and heavy drinking by some in park make it not worth taking the risk.

It needs a lot of TLC. Some nice stuff about it is that there are things for all ages, instruments for littles, play structure for elementary age and skate ramp for the older ones. Even a volleyball court. But its aged, and not well kept.

Great place for children & adult play times. Rotary park even has abundant shade trees for various (too bad not all) activities ... all important for a Shade Tree Hugger.There is a lovely indoor activity rental hall for special occasions.Rotary Park has been a Winter Haven play destination for many years.

It was a nice size park, especially for the area. Very few bugs, a lot of thebparks have an excessive amount of bugs where my child cant enjoy it. Theres a basketball court, baseball field and a lot of grass for my daughter to run around and exert some energy. Nice area as well. Definitely a top park in the city

One of the slides is broken, its been almost 2 weeks and nobody seems to care about fixing it, toys are full of Mold and its disgusting, nobody cleans them, they are just rusting in there, water fountings outside are disgusting, its shamefull that its a city park and nobody does nothing to take care of it, its always empty.

This park has a nice beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and shaded playground. There are restrooms and a couple covered picnic areas. But, overall, its a little too dirty, which is why it only gets 3 stars from me.

This is a great park for a small group or a large group. Our has used this park for years with our bus ministry. You must call the city to reserve the premises and have use of the bathroom. A great city park of Winter Haven.

Great food and service was excellent

The Winter Haven Horseshoe Club has 18 regulation clay courts at the Rotary Park. Sure wish the city could help with some facility upgrading. We need sun protection over all the courts. We hosted the team state championships last year. We have one of the best clubs in the state of Florida. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am as we practice against each other.

Its a good place for kids that parents grandparents to play has a basketball court, horseshoe to play . Bathroom is in good condition I prefer to go early during the day not that many people

A small public park with not a lot of parking. It does have a couple picnic shelters but last I checked to the electric was out. Parts of the park are older and nit used so it needs some renovation but adds a quiet charm to the neighborhood

Took my 4 year old and 3 year old there and there were alot of other children there from a school or a program there Im not to sure but were awesome they made sure my kids got there turns on the slide and were very Bashas in Mesa to be very polite to my children

We like that there is a lot of open space for the kids to run and play or fly kites. The playground is showing signs of wear and tear but is still very usable. The mens bathroom was pretty nasty on our last visit.

Its great! Its very big, has everything, you can even set a camping although Im not sure of it is legal but, worst case police would tell you to go away.

This is a place to bring recyclable items.Its hard for the city to keep it clean in that area due to people piling up unwanted items.The facility at the park area is clean and nice for kids.

Im not from here so I googled parks nearby there was a drug deal going down in the parking lot there were teenage kids snorting something on the table and cursing loudly.. needless to say we didnt stay long.
