Over the last few months I have been in the market for upgrading several clubs in my bag. Started with putter, came into the store happened to speak with Justin Lang. Fitting was great. I have since been back and purchased a new wood and driver from Justin! Whole staff is great but I highly recommend seeing Justin if hes available. Very knowledgeable, and great when it comes to recommending the right club. Thank you!
I had grips put on 2 clubs and the gentleman that did it was extremely helpful. What they need to do is enforce the government mandate regarding the wearing of masks. Everytime
Justin was awesome at getting my husbands putter regripped. It is an antique just about. I was in and out in 17 minutes, check out was smooth too
I like to selection good sales getting the right sales associate to help you is the key.
Golf grips replaced-I had fun calling people on their snobbiness and giving it right back to them—. “Alright buddy don’t stress out on me lol” they’re hilarious. Clubs are soooooooo expensive just go on craigslist or eBay. Can get same bag $100 cheaper.
I had a fitting on 1-4-2020, I met with Richie and he was very professional and he showed me how each iron, 3wood, and driver performed. He showed the numbers of each one and he tried different shafts, club heads etc. He took his time and was very informative and at the end of my full bag fitting, i knew exactly what work for me and now Im confident in the clubs that worked for me. If u want professional and patients in a club fitting go see Richie. Thanks Richie...
Prices could be better on clubs.
I purchased a set of AP3 irons on Saturday. Played one round with them on Sunday and called the store immediately expressing my displeasure with the clubs (the clubs are fine but my swing isnt ready for those clubs). I asked about the return policy and you have 30 days to return if they are in like new condition. Theres no way to play a round with set of clubs and have them in like new condition. Everyone at the store was very nice but I feel stuck with an expensive set of clubs that I dont like. They did seem willing to do some type of exchange but it was going to a game improvement iron which I already have. What I was hoping to do was return the clubs for a refund and start the process of finding a new set all over. Anyway...I give the bad review because the policy is a joke. I cant play with the clubs and return them in new condition. I dont think anyone at the store did anything particularly wrong but I just dont feel good about it. I will be very cautious going forward when purchasing golf equipment and will most likely not purchase anything further from Golf Galaxy. I needed a little help....didnt get it.
Only place in town but I could walk and get what I need and head to the course.

I am always in need of something for golf and they help me out a lot here and its the only real choice you have here.
Several things to say here-1) For goodness sakes, get a better selection of shoes and clothes for women. We don’t all like pink, and would like some good quality choices in shoes just like the men.2) The customer service here has been terrible. I am in my late twenties but look younger than I am. My husband and I certainly have the means to purchase what we want in the store, yet everyone working there only seem to want to check in with the older gentleman who they assume are more serious about buying things. We are constantly having to hunt down an associate to get any help. This has happened multiple times.3) I’m not sure what the policy is about trying out the putters that are locked up, but standing over people trying them out makes them feel very uncomfortable. When you are trying out a $400 putter they should be able to test it out without someone standing directly beside them. I understand completely if they need to stand near the area, or near the door to make sure no one leaves with it, but it prevented us from purchasing one of the new Scotty Cameron’s yesterday because my husband couldn’t try it out without a young man standing 1 foot away.

This place has always been very good for me. I hate big business and am as suspicious of big box places as much as the next guy but one very recent positive experience stands out for me.I recently went to get my first ever fitting for my birthday for my first set of serious clubs. I had a bad experience at another place that shall remain nameless. Disappointed I considered other places. Despite my good experiences at this place it was still my last choice because of my lingering doubts about big box retail. But last week I decided to come here.Those concerns washed away as soon as I started my fitting. I had a good feeling as soon as I saw Michael, the sales manager, was the one who would be fitting me. He had always been super nice in our previous experiences with us, and was again here. Despite me being basically a beginner he listened to me the whole time and never talked down to me, gently making suggestions while fully taking into account my own comments. He even gave me some pointers when I was struggling to hit my irons solid. He was very knowledgeable and highly helpful.He also saved us close to $200 on our purchase. Even my mom who knows little about golf was thrilled about it.The entire staff is friendly, honest & helpful. I would absolutely recommend this Golf Galaxy to anyone.
Got fit for a whole bag today. Ritchie was amazing to work with and took all the time I needed to get me dialed in. Glad I ran into him even if he still owes me lunch!
My wife and I went into the store to get a grip and weight put on her putter, went to the location where this is done and no one. Next to us someone was hitting balls and we asked the sales clerk if anyone was working back in this department and he said all the associates were up front, he would have helped us but he had to keep watching the computer screen while the man hit balls. After waiting for 10 minutes, we left, on the way out a young lady asked if we found everything, we told her we could not find anyone to help us. We will find another location that will give us better service. Remember service is good but Loyalty is better.
Went in to buy a new 3 wood. After walking around for 10 minutes of looking without ever being talked to i made my way into the driving simulator where i hit for 5 mins without still being approached. Finally someone came back and turned it on then just walked away. After hitting for another 5 mins with it on i just left. So short summary i was there for 20-25 mins where 1 employee interacted with me and all he did was turn the simulator on then walked off. Ridiculous its a 5000 sq ft building step up your service or close.
Beware of their return policies!! Your gift receipt expires, even on golf balls!! They refused to return or give store credit on a box of Pro V1 I received for my birthday. I was going to apply the store credit towards getting my clubs re-gripped, but I will take my business elsewhere. Also, I was given a bionic golf glove that was the wrong size, and they wouldnt even let me get a different size w/o a receipt!! The glove was in original packaging, unopened. They were going to give me $9.99 for a $25 glove!Take your business to someplace that cares for the customer AFTER the purchase!
Does anyone care about customers anymore.....??? Their customer service is in need of an overhaul.
Bad customer service. Sold me a putter with multiple nicks on it. When I took it back because it was not working out for me. They gave me a hard time about the nicks. I told them that it was one of their demo putters because there was not a new one available. I suggested that they take a look and the other demo putters to confirm the nicks. They wouldnt take the time to do that. I will no longer do business there I will buy from my club house or the driving range shop.
