+JMJ...Saturday, 19 September 2020. What an awesome surprise to learn about this 9-11 Memorial. Emotionally touching to see part of the Trade Center placed on a lovely, grassy parcel of land. Deep feeling of sadness but still there was a sense of peace. Many lives were lost that day but the spirit of care and concern was enlivened in those who gave much of their time to rescue those they could and then to give consolations to families who lost loved ones. I am sure those who stopped to visit the Memorial offered a prayer for all affected. There were many pieces of memorabilia left on and inside the two beams. But, one of the most touching items left was a set of Rosary beads. A prayer tool used to prayerfully meditate on the life of Jesus Christ, God, the Word made flesh. He Who is the Resurrection and the Life. May all who perished on that terrible day be granted eternal peace, love, joy! And, a multitude of Thank yous! and God bless yous be offered for all responsible for allowing that Memorial to be built in Winslow Arizona.

Very simple yet very effective. This was something free and very awesome to see.

Nice stop for our dogs

Small memorial, but worth seeing. Saw on 9/12/2020. They put little flags around for every lost soul. Considering I actually saw the twin towers in NY, it left me speechless knowing these held up 2 mighty building, now just a beam of what once was.

Beautiful reminder with actual beams from World Trade centers in New York.Love our community having a annual observance service. All our police, fire and ambulance service come. Our high school band provides music and speakers come to remind us of how our nation survived this act of terrorism. God Bless America.

Little roadside park. Very touching

Some remember, some have forgot and embrace the hate.

They are able to get most of the parts l need for 1963 case .and are friendy and helpful.

Winslow Arizona. Ran into this on our way to a corner in Winslow Arizona just to say we were there. Had no idea this memorial to 911 and the Winslow first responders even existed. It is exactly what it looks like, an authentic piece of the towers that fell. I, like numerous Americans, lived through it, saw it on T.V., have even been to the crater left after clean up in New York, but I had never seen a piece of the wreckage, let alone touched it.If you get the opportunity, take a few minutes to visit this sobering location. It will touch you and hopefully make you ponder those famous words, let us never forget...

My wife and I visited this shortly after the 2 beams were brought to Winslow. it was a sobering sight. We cant wait to see the memorial now.

Very sombering to see two pieces of actual WTC beams. Thanks Winslow, AZ for preserving them. NEVER FORGET.

Not sure why they gave these big peices of steel to the small town of Winslow AZ but it was pretty cool stopping to see them. We as Americans we forget so fast who did this to us but yet we still accommodate anyone that wants to come to our country. Rome did the same thing, I hope we dont follow her fate.
