Good place to get out of the house and let the kids play. Climb the hill and take in the view. See all around the southern side of Witchta Falls to the North. See the lake to the South.

The hill is fun to climb. Love to walk on the trail. We love to watch the water.

Nice place, well organized. There is one public restroom, and tables to have lunch or dinner. There is also a fitness spot. If you bring your kayak you can go easily on the lake. Plenty of space for a picnic and to let the kids play. Theres an hill you can climb on and enjoy the view.

Great place to exercise on the trail. Has an absolutely beautiful view over the terrain! Whether you like to fish, play disc golf, bike or hike this is a wonderful place to do so! Also good for parties or family gatherings with an accommodating area built for any occasion!

I went to see grandsons football game. There are very few handicap parking spaces and the gate where ramp was located was locked. A wonderful lady from the concession stand came out and unlocked the chain for us to be able to get through.

Thoroughly enjoy using the city-wide hike and bike trails from here. A great city park.

Great place to hop on the bike/walk trail that loops around the city. Theres a hill to climb and a sandbox area with playground equipment.

Nice long paved trail. This park has it all, dog park, lake, playground, drown flying grounds, and more. We were just driving through on our way to Houston and are so glad we did.

Still a big pond. Not deep enough to call it a lake. Not enough picnic tables. Realy only one place to sit and eat.

There were a lot of spiders and hornets at the pavilion, but the rest of the park was clean cut grass and clean park area.

1-star. Only because following the exact driving directions from Google map, it took us to a huge dog park. Nothing close to what this illustration says. No, lake, no trail park or that little hill... like what some of the pics showing here.

The park/lake always look good and the upkeep is properly maintained but the very best thing about this particular area has a CLEAN restroom!

Enjoyed a run around the lake in a trail while in town visiting. Beautiful!

The hike/bike trail is a real gem for this community. Lots of exercise areas and about 2 miles from here to the dam, all paved.

Very clean and friendly people swimming on lake parking 20 mile sidewalk connecting to other parks.. dog park.. radio control area.. ball park.. soccer field.. picnic area.. benches.. Tables.. climbing on a hill.. everyone looked like they were having fun... There was even a wedding shoot going on.. frisbee golf and plenty of trees and ducks

I cant visit Wichita Falls without climbing the hill at Lake Wichita Park. Its been a 10 year tradition. Also a safe, clean and pet friendly park by the lake to enjoy with family.

Playgrounds, mini airplane strip, frisbee disc golf (18 holes), extensive trail (17 miles and growing), soccer field, softball fields, dog parks, pee wee football fields, 80 foot tall climbing hill, and more.

Fun disk golf course, nice walking trail, soccer fields, rc planes, among other things. Lots of stickers on the disk golf course though.

Great park with a large hill to climp with a great view of the south side of the city. 18 hole disc golf course and nice path to walk on. Also had an rc Air field and a rocketry pad.

Favorite place to come out to view the lake and ride your bikes and climb the dirt hill.

Love this park, I just wish there were more trail entrances closer to some sort of parking. You have one main lot, and the trail is pretty far from it.The mountain is fun to climb up and a great spot to gather rocks. The spillway is also a great spot for gorgeous specimens, but the water and banks are filthy with dead fish left behind by fisherman and an algae that stinks to high heaven. You also need to be mindful of the plethora of snakes that live there.

Im sure excited about the rebuilding of Lake Wichita!

This is one of the better parks in Wichita Falls. This large park has separate dog parks for large breeds and smaller breeds. You can almost always find radio controlled aircraft flying on a nice day and the folks love to have spectators.Plenty of greenery, usually a decent breeze, and lots of pathway for bicycle and pedestrian traffic.

Well sad thing the lake is very low the water is very low in the the lake we need rain bad lets all pray to God for rain in wichita falls texas ok.but in all i love lake wichita.......

Even though it can be super windy sometimes, it’s a great place to go for a casual 2-3 mile walk around the trail, or if you want longer, you can take the trail that wraps around the dam! There are little areas to sit and watch the lake, and in summer you can watch lake activities take place. All in all it’s a very relaxing and serene place

I give like Wichita falls about three stars because I dont know a lot about it. they dont advertise like Wichita falls enough. I dont know if you can go swimming in it or if you can fishing it for free or if your kids can fish in it for free I dont know. But I just know its beautiful

Its really pretty great place to spend time with the family were just go for a nice walk have the Ducks are flying overhead and quacking it adds to the ambience I had one

Been from the city of Dallas and coming to a little town.. we don’t see much snakes.. but coming to this park is awesome I love how long it is.. I just hate that there is so many snakes my kids don’t even enjoy it, they are more scared n looking out for the snakes

This kind of park, i think people likes because it consists of park, Wichita Lake & small mountain. From this mountain, you can see the good view of Wichita Lake & Wichita Falls City. The park is so big that you can do morning or evening walk & take your kids for playing in the evening. The environment around is nice due to the lake & mountain on the side. One of the best park i had seen in Texas because its hard to see mountains in Texas. Everything is big in Texas, except mountain

A nice park with a great concrete trail...and dont forget to check out the pond right next to the lake.

Fresh air, smell of nature, and breeze..... Perfect place for walking, jogging, and cycling.

Has a decent bathroom for a city park. We rented the pavilion for Easter, was reasonably clean.

A lot of people were there when me and my family went. We climb the hill my wife and daughter were really scared but it was a beautiful view.

A nice park to explore. The trails are very smooth and kept clean. I just wish there were more trees along the trail. There are a lot of activities one can participate in such as kayaking and model plane flying. Its also a great place for a kids birthday party.
