They clean every 30 minutes and they’re so nice. The guy who checked me and my friend out at the concession was super nice and we talked for a bit. I’d be his friend. I always have a great time here

Ive been to a few movie theaters over the years and was glad when I tagged along with my friends this Sunday to see the new Stuber movie. Ill admit that I was reluctant due to all the reports of how filthy movie theaters could be; however, this one is quite clean, especially the lounge chairs that were clean and relaxing. It was quite easy to enjoy the feature film in comfort and style. The food prices were too expensive for my taste. Thats why, if you go to the theaters often, I recommend getting the monthly member pass to save on some expenditures.

Always a pleasure to visit this Cinemark 14. The seats are comfortable and the sound and screens are always great quality. So glad to be able to go back to the movies.

Don’t come here! It’s 5:00 on a Monday, place is dead but the staff can’t seem to find the time to sweep the floors. Just watched the concession guy pick the only two hot dogs out of the grease trap and put them back on the rollers. When asked he said the manager doesn’t like them throwing food away. Now I know why digital movies are taking over.

I love this movie theatre, but they need to fix the pot holes, I destroyed one of my tires on a rainy day because I couldn’t see it. REGARDLESS, this should’ve been fixed months ago, and there are two large potholes in the parking lot. I love the theatre and the seats ... love the staff and everything about it . And I will gladly make this a 5 star review

Ive enjoyed going here for years, and have had an overall positive experience (outside of the massive pothole hidden behind a speed bump). This review isnt about those however.Me and a friend frequently see movies on Tuesdays due to discount and this past day wasnt any exception. We reserved tickets, but when it came time to see the show, we were unable to attend.My friend recently had surgery and the pills shes on kept us from being able to make the show this time. No big deal right? Well apparently if you reserve your tickets, Cinemark refuses to refund them after the showtime has passed. Even when friend called they still refused. Seriously? Its not like they cant look up if a ticket has been used.

Great expert. Price was about average. Awesome seats-heated recliners. Reserved seating means you know exactly where youll sit. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean

Ill give them 5 stars when they clean. I mean, the bathroom door has a layer of grime that takes months to build up, the toilets were filthy at noon. Its nice that they have the fun seats, but it seems thats where the luxury ends.

I love cinemark! Its always clean, the staff are friendly, a variety of showings and the theaters are kept up with and tidy. A little pricey but do offer military discount.

Very nice theater. I have a really bad back and the handicap seats are incredibly comfortable (so much so if I go when Im sleepy I fall asleep!) ALL the seating is comfortable - much better than Sikes. Sunday matinees are a great time to go as its usually not crowded and you dont have to pay full price for admission, although drinks & snacks are ridiculously overpriced, as seems to be the norm for movie theaters everywhere these days. But Id still rate this the best movie theater in W.F. and surrounding areas. Extremely clean and always friendly staff also. 5+ s!

Had a great seat. 12:15 was a good yime to go, but the commercials and previews are too much and too long, 30 min of them. But it was a wonderful movie, Frozen 2.

This theater is currently the best on in Wichita falls, but it is aging. AC out in at least of the screens and sinks that dont work. For the money it costs to see a movie, its getting to be a toss up between this one and going to Lawton.

It was a very fun movie experience. I went there with my girlfriend, and the theaters were very clean. The seats were also very comfy, with heaters and recliners. The snacks were amazing and well priced. Would go again.

This was a pretty great Cinemark in a town I dont live in. We didnt have our reusable buckets because we were traveling, but I still used my Movie Rewards and got popcorn and a drink for less than 10 bucks. The seats were heated and very comfortable. I will definitely come back if I am going through Wichita Falls again.

Movie was super cute!! (Onward)However, Im really disappointed in our cinemark. How can you close the consession stands down while people are still in the theater. Your cashier literally sold us a lg drink and lg popcorn package with the intent on refills and when we needed a drink refill at 8:30pm the whole lobby was closed. When I talked to the manager his reply was I dont know what to tell you, I cant go back in time. You shouldnt sell the larger more expensive items if you are not going to stand behind the refills. The seats are nice, as well as the sound. I am giving them a four based on my experience. I asked for the listening assistance devices and had to take them back twice as they stopped working/wouldnt work correctly. Not a big deal, but a little.

Thank you to Cinemark for hosting a sensory friendly showing of Toy Story 4, and teaming up with Wichita Falls Autism Awareness. Being a special needs family, we do not get to enjoy certain things, like going to the movies. This was perfect for our small community, and hope there will be more events like this in the near future.

Great theater. Wish they had a better subscription to compete with AMC.

Ushers do not enforce phone rules. No ushers to be seen. A man using his phones flashlight in the back row to find something, washing out the screen in the process was not confronted by ushers and refused to stop. When an usher was called he admitted to the disruption and was not asked to leave, he continued to be disruptive throughout the movie.

We love going to this theater. Comfortable seating! We spend as much on food is tickets, popcorn Junior Mints in a Coke! Oh my gosh ... It is in a movie without them!

The new seats are awesome. Sound and picture quality were great and we will definitely be returning. I hope the margaritas machine gets fixed soon.

Great movie theater. The picture and sound quality are great. The seats(unsure if all) were powered reclining and heated! The popcorn was a huge portion for a large, but did not disappoint! Recommend using this theater!

Went with two of my sons and one of their cousins to go watch the new avengers movie in 3D. I ordered the tickets online a couple days in advance because I knew it would be packed. I presented my QR code to the ticket taker and she printed me 4 tickets for theater 10, row B, seats 7,8,9, & 10. When we got to our seats they are occupied by some high school aged girls. I explained that they were in our seats. I look at the tickets and they are in the right seats (didnt think to look at the theater # at that point). I got an usher and he confirmed that they were supposed to be in theater 14. Then the manager comes with some underlings. They look at all of our tickets and tell us that we are in the wrong theater and the were supposed to be in #14. I made the mistake of handing our ticket stubs to them to look at. They handed us back the girls tickets. Though confused I assumed I had made a mistake. We walk out of the theater and encounter the cousin who had been in the restroom during all of this. I ask for his ticket stub to see if I was crazy or if a switcheroo had been pulled on us. Sure enough his stub was for theater 10. I got the manager and told him that we were in fact supposed to be in 10 but he wouldnt boot the girls out of our seats. We ended up watching it in theater 10 in the front leftmost seats, horrible for 3D viewing. I got a refund but Im still unhappy with our treatment. Moral of the story is get there early and hold on to your stubs! (Sorry for the convoluted story, it was a convoluted event!)

The best seats Ive ever had in a cinema (heatet and reclining).

They renovated this 6mo to a year ago. Now they have large reclining seats and they serve alcohol. Food is good. Exactly what you would expect to pay for a theater. Only way this place gets better is lower rates or if it was more set up like a dine in theater.

AWESOME SEATS!! not only was the seats super comfy, theyre actually heated also...movie we watched was really good (Captain Marvel) plus the sound was amazing. Great price for what you get...popcorn and drinks spot on. Wish they would have some more toppings for popcorn..all in all a great experience for sure

Clean, nice chairs, the volume was a little too loud in the theater imo, overpriced old popcorn with no cheese Also the shaker with orange powder is actually salt. Overall fun experience

The seats are heated yall! Need I say more? It was very clean and I love the way the seats are arranged. Popcorn is great too not too greasy but very buttery.

Now, as of this review, the other theater had a face lift. I can no longer say with confidence that Cinemark is the best theater in town. My experience was poor. It was hot, and the seats are leather. Theater was clean.

Once we figured out how to order tickets online it was a new experience for us. The chairs are heated oversized comfy recliners and partitions between rows. We had 10 people to watch Mary Poppins. A great time was had by all of us.

Took forever to get are tickets,was ridiculous that the manager allowed this!! The theater was clean and nice!! But the wait to get tickets should of never took 20 minutes!! And then have the line in the way of getting to the theater!! That was real smart there,having to move out the way so people could get by!!

Two gripes about this theater:1. Mediocre popcorn. Ive had microwave popcorn that was better! Cinemarks was bland and lacked butter.2. The movies consistently start late. If you advertise a movie to start at a specific time, then it should start at that time! Everytime Ive been, they start previews instead of the movie at the start time. Very insulting to have my time wasted.Other than that, the seats are very comfortable and the ticket prices are reasonable.

Comfortable, loved the new luxurious seating.My only issues were prices (which is set by corporate I know) and the attitude of the staff. I wanted to take my family to see a movie they have been looking forward to. Their machine was malfunctioning wouldnt take my card and told me that I must be broke because their machine is fine.I told them no I just got paid and its all in my account.They said their machine doesnt break.Funny because I took my card to an ATM in the parking lot and was able to take money off without Issue.When I came right back in with the cash I told them that their machine must be malfunctioning, because I just used my card at the ATM and the manager said no, our machine doesnt malfunction... What ever man, what ever.

Today was our first time since the remodel. Not happy about the assignment of seating. We always make habit of getting to movies early so we can get good seats, my husband prefers the isle seat. Did not know anything about the remodel or assignment of seats. We arrived at screen #14 & only 5 people in entire theater. We chose our seats on the isle, only to be asked to move by late comers....not once but twice! The seats are more comfortable than the old ones, but being asked to move once you sit...? Not a pleasant experience. Probably won’t return

The woman selling tickets was rude to not only my family, but every person in front of us as well. The floor is absolutely filthy in the main lobby. How low are your standards???
