Good location, safe neighborhood and close to many Asian eateries and businesses

Horrible service. Rather dirty. Seems like a nice place but the manager is not very nice.

The people who owns this place doesnt care about there residents. They only take care of problems when it finally directly affects them. Parking is terrible and they have signs that say guest parking valid permits only nobody knows where to get those. Not even the neighbors . Dont move here

Lived here since 4/1990. Increased manufactured homes replacing older homes over the years. Residents are proudly keeping their landscaping & exterior of their homes. Quiet, only once annually, TET Festival, for 3 weeks can be very noisy across the street. Otherwise, its peaceful.Only two complaints: no safe, play area for the children.Every other mobile home park have the names of each street posted making it much easier for those to find the address of the intended resident.

Nice and clean park. The space rent is reasonable. The park is walking distance to many asian shops and eateries.

So-So park. Ive lived in a few in orange county and this is not the best.

This was a nice place to live but they just raised the rent on the occupants! Just horrible. Some of them are struggling to survive with their current paychecks and the management decide to raise it by $150. Ludicrous!

Just drove thru the MH park and was not very impressed. Needs better upkeep.

This place is wonderful. Not just because i live here lol.
