Ive live in this park 25 yrs now. Low rating was well deserved. Park has been under new management for a few yrs now. They are fantastic. Very helpful. Very friendly. Dont let low rating turn you away. New folks are great!!

I have lived next to great neighbors in this quiet community for the past 6 years. Recently we had a change in management and its made a very positive impact on the community. We now have an amazing new swimming pool, new streets to drive on, and a maintenance crew that does a wonderful job maintaining the grounds. This is a safe, quite, and clean family orientated community.

Do not move here!!! My parents are elderly. I stopped for 5 minutes to bring them supplies so they don’t have to go out with this virus! They will tow your car and charge you 253.00 to get it out! They do not care about the residents health or people that need to stop to check on there loved ones. The people in the office are no help at all and the tow company are a bunch of crooks! Beware and help your families move out!!

It looks a very nice and beautiful place to live but reality is a place that you can not live in peace because if you put your car for a few minutes in the street and by chance the crane passes it takes it even if it is a visitor and to have the permission to residents there and being able to put in visitor parking costs you 100 dollars when in other mobile home places it costs you 30 or 50 dollars. If the administration they had before was bad now this worse place is very nice but very abusive with its regulations and are not fair to everyone. If would be the option for a -star i put that and before you think in live here ask the neighbor its so many people that they dont like this place but the stay because they are buying. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE TO LIVE

Management seems to have a touch of the tism!

Managment is horrible and incaring, streets are littered with potholes, they tore down the fences around the yards of most units, the tow company will tow your vehicle for anything and everything, they wait and watch for the first chance to steal your vehicle. The residents are friendly but stilll one of the worse places to live. Proceed with caution if thinking about moving here.

Management must be first time managers because of how irresponsible and childish they are, their communication skills are on par with my 12 year old brother, hopefully theh figure out what their doing soon so I can leave a better review in the future.

Family friendly and quite safe. This place is located in a very nice part of Broomfield. It is close to shopping and dining options and a part of it backs up to an elementary school with walking access. Nice playgrounds and pretty well manicured. Overall, its a nice place!

They raise the land fee by $100 every six months, its already over $1,000!!!

Future home buyers, if your looking for a great place to live, the Front Range community is a wonderful choice. I have been living here for a quiet a few years and am loving it. The manager is a very caring person and does a great job caring for the community. The office staff always greats you with a warm smile and is great at helping you work through any issues you may have. I also have to say the maintenance team is very adamant in making sure all your problems are well taken care of (they always work very hard). I absolutely love living here and would recommend this community to everyone.

Front Range is a family community that is close to major shopping and I-25. The schools are Adams five star schools all with in walking distance. The residents here are all wonderful resident and neighbors that show pride in the community and make it a wonderful place to live! I recommend driving through this great community and see how beautiful it is.

Its a shame that this place isnt what it used to be, and any long-time resident will tell you the same. we have lived here just over a decade and it used to be a great neighborhood. neighbors were ( and mostly still are) great, and the old management did their jobs without bothering us unnecessarily. but then a few years ago, new management took over. they raised prices, sent out new, ridiculous lease agreements to already existing residents, started towing peoples cars for any small reason, or even if they were technically legally parked, making up whatever reason they wanted. they stared leaving notices and giving out fines for the smallest and dumbest things. but lets talk about those leases. now i read thru the whole thing, after which i talked to my father ( the head of household) about whether we were legally obligated to sign and if we would be kicked out for not signing. technically our old lease was still active making this one technically optional for us, but not for everybody who lives here. they started making people remove their fences, as per the new lease. there was also new and ridiculous parking restrictions, a new pet fee where one had not existed before, and all sorts of new stuff seemingly aimed on driving people out, or at least thats what it felt like. there were other new pet related rules as well. new breed specific regulations, and new size restriction that forced many to choose between giving up their long-time pet or losing their home. our neighbors for example have a dog that they got as a puppy and had for several years before all this. they were forced to remove her from the property while they fought tooth and nail to be able to get her back. they were lucky they had someone who could house her while all this went down. they eventually were able to get permission to get her back, but many were not so lucky. these management people are heartless and just want to squeeze as much money out of people as possible. news flash, its a trailer park, most people living here cant afford to be treated like this, and many good, and nice people and families had to leave due to all this. its sad.

Been living here for many years (9 years). Everything was just fine until current manager was put in place. Office staff is rude. Manager avoids residents at all costs... Not once have I been able to speak to him. They even closed out the office from what it used to be and all you have is a small window to talk to them through. They find reasons to charge ridiculuous fines for any little thing. They take forever to take care of issues but expect you to take care of their ridiculous request immediately or threat to fine you. Apparently everything has to be approved by the manager now too... Even the color that you want to paint your mobile home... FYI... Hes only approving ugly dirt colors. Tow truck goes around towing cars and charging 70 dollars to drop your car and then proceed to tell you that you are actually able to park there if youre willing to pay 100 bucks a month. There was many complaints to the point that the owner came but only certain residents were notified about the date and time. Mostly were elderly folks that arent even able to leave their homes. Latest notice was that if you have pets (even small ones) you cant let them be out on your yard on their own. You have to be out there with them AND have them on a leash. EVEN IF YOU HAVE FENCING. Management here is disgusting. The only decent person here is their older maintenance man... He will tell you hes only following instructions....

Not a bad looking park, but they will tow your car for any reason possible. Witnessed tow truck driver purposely bump another vehicle onto the grass so he could have a reason to tow it. Witnessed same tow truck driver tow away a van with sliding doors open because it was parked in front of a house for less than two minutes picking up special needs kids. They are like hunters always on the prowl.

If I could and would have known what I know now, I would have never ever EVER moved here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Management is so bad! For example today one of the maintenance guys was caught STEALING from a resident on camera and believed to be the managers son. Manager Jeff Weibold has yet to respond to phone calls and email. He bullies people and people live in fear of losing their homes. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT move or buy here. There are better places. Anything Kingsly Management do not buy or move to.

People not happy here...poor management

If you are thinking of moving here please please please look at these reviews and dont do it. The management is HORRIBLE. They are bullies. I have lived here for 7 long years, within that time the lease has been redone 8 times. They continually change the rules and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I just received a notice today that says I have 5 days to remove my fence that I have had the entire time Ive lived here or the park will remove it and charge me God knows how much to do it. The fence all of a sudden doesnt meet the parks new requirements. I Hate living here! I could write a novel here on all the crappy things they have done to me. Just please be smart, go somewhere else!

If you are reading the reviews all of them are true. This is an awful place to live. Managment is horrible as well as the staff. The manager (Jeff) is a bully, racist, and unprofessional. There is a tow truck that comes daily and tows cars just for stupid reasons. Its all about MONEY. Its just an ongoing abuse. Find a better place to live.

Visitor parking is useless and limitless that even visitors are scared to park there. management acts like they own the place and constantly harass hard working residents. the manager patrols the place like a certified mall cop because that is the only job he can actually do and get hired for. they add to the contract anything they think is violating so its made along the way. when people ask about living there I tell them to look elsewhere because if they havent notice, that is the reason many left and continue to leave. feeling like a criminal, stressed and zero peace of mind is not worth it specially adding the scum bag tow truck drivers that get the calls from the manager to go get a car. they only do what is beneficial for them. they NEVER look out for the residents there. its all about money the management. grass too long? pay. reading error on meters? you pay. sign outside? no. violation on contract. dog barks? notice. tire outside the parking spot? tow!, rent was stolen from the drop-off? guess what? u pay again. woman killed? sorry no surveillance. snow too high to get out of your parking port? sorry! the contract is over with the snowplows because clearly spring is just tomorrow. SMH.

Test results from a mold and spore test on one of the homes in their parks. Ecoli, black mold, and a lot more. Stay away from Front Range, Casa Estates, Friendly Village of anything. Kimberly Hills.or Lamplighter. If you visit someone there, take a Silkwood shower when you get home. Better yet, contact the Attorney General in your state, and see how many complaints and investigations are going on there. Then go find a home in a nice mom and pop owned community. They wont kill your family to make a buck.

My folks have lived here a long time. This is a good community of people, very kind and considerate. Perfect example of a community that stays together.

Ever since kingsley management took over the park serveral years ago it has become a horrible place to live. Rent increases every year, fees applied for everything, threats of eviction for every stupied little thing you can think of if you dont do what they want in the time they choose, if you complain they will go after you, unfair rules and regulations ect ect. I would not even recommend this place to my biggest enemy.

This park really sucks! They tow vehicles away for no reason I have elderly parents and my dad is a veteran and they towed his vehicle because of a flat tire, we were on our way over to fix it but they towed away. The tow people are druggies and love to run over your landscaping after you work so hard on it. Management dont care about the elderly or anyone else in this park. Tow people have no business harassing the elderly. Management wants you to keep on your property, but they harass you about your lawn and charge you for everything. I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone discrimation to whites, elderly, latinos, and anyone else they love to harass. They wont let you have pets because they dont let you have a fence up. The office is always closed.

Since new owners have taken over it has gone down hill. People are afraid if the sneeze wrong they will be fined or kicked out. Just an awful place to be. Everyone is on edge and doesnt enjoy their life. Its really really sad.

Jeff wiebold property manager and his daughter asha wiebold real estate agent for the park used there positions at front range trailer park in broomfield to sell me there home in as is condition. At the time of the sale the home was not up to park standards. Then they instantly started harassing me to fix there mess i tried to sell in dec but jeff told me to wait till spring. Now i want to sell as is just like asha did but they wont let me until i fix the front awning. But it was fine for asha to sell it to me five months ago without fixing it. Before you think of buying a home here read the reviews for frontrange, kimberly hills and friendly village of the Rockies all parks are owned by kingsley management and they all have horrible reviews. I wrote this 10 months ago but just found out, Jeff got let go! Just had to say how happy that makes me but him and his daughter should be in jail for the way they ran that place and the owner kingsley management should be kicked out of colorado and forced to pay a huge fine to colorado for all the people they ripped off!

I have been here sence 2010 enjoy the community very much raise my granddaughter here who went to Lagacy and for awhile her daughter as well . Know alot of people in the mhc and have some very good neighbors.

I lived here two years and it is the worst place to live. The discrimination, the stalking, and threats from the parks employees. If you dont ypu kiss ass to management you cant do anything. Your watched 24-7 by employees and by other residents. You cant even visit for your family that lives here without being cussed at and accused of something your not doing. The will tow your car for no reason and treat you like your trash. Unless you want to be told what you can and cant do in your home Id advice not to have anything to do with this hell hole.

Management is unprofessional. Management hired a private contractor to do some kind of irrigation work. This company ended up digging into a gas line and resulted in shut down of all gas for more than 24 hours. 14 hours later management decided it was time to notify the tenets of what had occurred as it was to late in the day (3pm) to notify everyone. In the letter they stated Xcel had been responsible. As I called Xcel they notified me it was a company the park had hired. No apology or compensation was given to the tenants. I was out of hot water and heat for 28 hours. I was one of the luck ones as other tenants were out longer. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It might be less expensive than other places but its so unreasonable and abusive. Its not a happy friendly neighborhood.

Inhumane, Dishonest and DisgustingIt is true, the management is terrible, but not just terrible as in they take weeks to get in touch, they do poor maintenance work, etc... The truth is, I have waited 2 Years, and have never been able to talk the manager here, he has got to try really hard to not get back in touch with people, ever.I dont think they even know this, but they constantly break state and federal law, with some incidents bordering on hate crimes. To be clear, they bully and make it very hard for people that ask for things, even simple things, like removing some bricks or wood they left on your lot. I personally have witnessed the criteria for a hate crime happen here at least 5 times. They wait for someone they believe is defenseless, with no other place to go, without money. Then, they start conflicts with the household. Lately, I have witnessed, as have others, Hispanic households getting targeted. They start leaving threatening notices, they raise their prices. A Hate crime is when a person, or group of people, are discriminated against in a way that violates their rights, causes them harm, or damages their property. Lately, they have been threatening people about their fences, and even though the lease agreements allow fences within guidelines, the manager is now revoking that right as signed in the lease agreements used here. They target someone by race or poverty, make sure they cant fight back by threatening them to see if they will buckle, then they will tell them to remove their fences. The people that say no, we wont, its in our lease, the manager waits until they go to work, then they grab it, and take it away. What they dont realize, or dont care about, is that when they rip out a fence in a way that damages other parts of these peoples mobile homes, that equals discrimination + property damage, which is the clear definition of a hate crime. Hate crimes get investigated by the FBI.I have a flier, where the managers son is charging people 100 dollars to remove their fences. So, Dad makes you remove it, Son makes 100 dollars. Its wrong!I made the mistake of asking them to fix the skirting of our mobile home, as not only did they refuse, but then the next day, I was served a last chance, 3rd notification, that if I didnt fix the skirting, I would be evicted within 10 days. Mind you, this had been the first notice, and they marked it the third to try to intimidate me because I made the mistake of asking them to do something. I ended up fixing it, because I dont like living like a pig, and as I fixed it, I noticed they had left a giant pile of construction junk under our mobile home and covered it up with old blankets. So I went ahead and cleaned it.Suffice to say, they will simply not do anything for you, ever again, even if by not doing it, they are breaking the law.On one occasion, Our new baby girl was just a few months old, and it was so hot outside, Well, without saying anything, their maintenance folks go up into our yard, and then pull the wires out of some electronic distribution equipment. Well, they accidentally pulled out the wires, clear through at the contacts, right off of the circuit breakers in this box, and had no spare parts. My wife and I had to stay in our car with the car AC on for 6 hours until they finally fixed it, it looked like a huge mess of electrical tape, hand wrapping, mismatched wire gauge, etc..., etc... It was clearly the work of someone that does not know what they are doing, and this was their lead guy.The park has been intimidating people and damaging residents property. I had to report extortion to the police by their tow truck guy, who said he knew I was legal, but he needed money, so he tried to take my vehicle.. I called 911, and the police saved me, thank you Broomfield!One lady slipped on ice, broke her leg, and the tow truck came and towed her vehicle, knowing she couldnt even walk, and auctioned it before she could get it back. Now she walks miles to work at 2AM nightly to WalMart.If things change, I will revise and apologize.

The place was great and quite when we first moved in. but as managemen changed the place turned in to a joke. Kingston Management is a joke and all about money. alot of drug place gas being stolen out of cars . alot of ran down ugly yards and mobile homes. You have a resident on Bryant circle named Josh that the manager allows to sell multiple vehicles on the property allows his family to park in the streets and not one person gets towed. definitely a lot of favoritism. Kingston raises the lot rent every April. Good luck people

I moved here 5 months ago, and except for poor parking regulations (way too strict, $300 tow) I agree with the couple who like the place. Except Safeway closed. Plenty of nearby shopping, including Walmart 8 mins away driving, each. Quiet, safe, pleasant.

To Whom It May Concern, We are surprised to read that some tenants had a bad experience .My husband and I moved to Front Range Mobile Park two years ago and we are happy that we chose this park. The Management was helpful and friendly from the beginning, and answered all our questions and concerns, especially Big Boss Jeff and Claudia the Office Attendant. They still greet us when we drive by and know our names .We came from a run down Park in Westminsterand are pleasantly surprised about our new living style here, the neighbors are politethe park is quiet and we feel very safe here . We like that rules and regulations have to be followed and the tenants seem to agree, because it really helps to make this park the most enjoyable housing we ever had .We have this wide streets, open fields in the park, a nice little lake behind our house for our two dogs to swim, and lots of walking with the view of the mountains.Broomfield is new, clean, and luxurious compared to Westminster .Safeway is 5 minutes walking distance, so is the school, and the doggy park is around the corner .We are happy we chose this park and want to grow old here .Thank you Front Range Park, thumbs up, Sincerely Jerry and Claudia Veu Casovic Feb. 2014

Nice place to live, a clean Community, best Mobile Home Park in Broomfield.

There is not enough money on this earth to get me to live in a horrible place like Front Range Mobile Park. This park has the rudest, most despicable staff of employees I have ever seen in my life. Absolute disrespect of tenants by these illiterate, non educated, rude, nasty, disgusting, cant get a job anywhere else staff is unbelievable. They are going after the tenants who live here, saying that they were due an increase in rent 8 months ago after the mobile park was audited. They put notices on tenants doors with only 20 days notice to pay the back rent. Not only is this unethical in every sense of the word, they are doing this 3 weeks before Christmas. If this mobile park had any heart what so ever they would let the tenants pay back so much extra each month until the back rent was paid. But no they are demanding payment in full. I am going to do everything in my power to let whoever will listen, including media, BBB, any legal agency in charge of tenant landlord law about what this mobile park is doing and how they treat the tenants. This absolute abuse of tenants by staff, including but not limited to the management office, janitors or whatever they are called should not be tolerated and needs to be addressed and stopped.

Only giving one star because zero is not an option. Management is atrocious and will charge residents without notice for things like the lawn being mowed or not. News stations have run stories on how this management mistreats its residents but there has been no change. Look elsewhere.

This place is awful!! I came to visit my parents and in a weeks time have been towed twice out of visitor parking!! My children and i also went to try out the pool and didnt know the code so we went in to ask. Of course someone on the lease has to get it so we left. The manager jeff weibold then proceeds to yell at us after we walk out and tell me im living here illegally!! Very nice jeff! Way to talk to your visitors! This is the worst place ive ever had the pleasure of visiting!! Management is childish and rude. How he still has a job is beyond me!!
