I love my new manager present

Horrible place . This crazy lady manager is something else. No heart for anything. The property was looking great until this new manager came in and now she is changing everything. I will not have my dad stay here anymore. The maintenance guy is awesome as well as a few other residents that live here. We need a different management company or new managers for this place. I wont be missing this place thats for sure.

Its o.k. to live. but the air quality of the environment is poor. Other than that! No comments.

Used to live there from 2000 to 2016 since I was 2.Pros: stop by at a market or closer to areas to go out in general, which is convenient-fairly peaceful and quiet neighborhood-has a great swimming pool with spa and restrooms there tooCons: managers Frank, Gabe, and Nancy are managers since 2007. They are a bit worse than average. Managers house is usually at #145Frank and Gabe are a bit too aggressive when they accuse me for trespassing. The other kids were there not me.One of them knocked so hard on my door that he cussed out so loud.Also, they are a lot of smokers there too and most littered everywhere.

It is a mobile home park

Their rents for spaces are more than local apartments which are insane. They seem to vary their prices on your race which is illegal. I would avoid this place at all cost.
