Im an agent that sells homes in this park and I must say, it is the cleanest and most active park I have worked in. The management is top notch! They have great communication with me and always available to help! thank you Driftwood Management!

Lived here 8 years but with property values rising and owners handing down to younger family members that seam to be more into money than the senior residents that live on fixed income seeing $$$ signs raised rents as much as 300 & 600 on people there to get older people and older homes out so they could raise everyone to the same amount knowing that they cant sell then buying on the cheep till lawsuits were brought and city counsel meetings attended and people abandoned there trailers. Never did any upgrades but rents were fair now they are doing some as a show but never had more than a few empty homes a year now more than 20 every month. Shame on you taking advantage of seniors with limited income and dip into city money for a seinor park then seeing property values going up screw over your residence to get richer beware if you buy here dont trust read the fine print carefully because the will lie while telling you dont worry.

My grandma lives here guys. Shes the best.

Its a very nice and clean park for seniors.

Quiet,clean and off the beaten track.reasonable space rent and did i say its quiet.

A great place to live

They RIP off the tenants there. They raise the rent all the time. Those people are on fixed incomes but the park owners dont care.
