I’ve been collecting art for many years, and I’ve been to the nicest frame shops all around Baltimore, but Gallery 99/Ain’t That A Frame is worth the drive! They’ve been framing art in Westminster for over 30 years, and Sarah is a genius when it comes to picking the perfect frame. I’ve never worked with anyone like her - her keen eye brought my art to life more vividly than I had expected (I’ve had 7 pieces of art framed there over the years)! They have a lovely gallery full of original art, which also makes the trip worthwhile. Their prices are more reasonable than some of the high dollar framers around town, but the quality is stellar.

Super professional, my print looked museum quality after they finished. A bit on the expensive side but it was worth it. They also have coupons in val-pak which could save you up about $60. Tons of beautiful frames to choose from too. Very impressive and will be back soon.
