Customer service was great. The guy even carried the paint out to my car for me without asking, he offered. This young man was very courteous this is something you dont find these days.

Very Rude! One of your staff was just itching to yell at someone to wear a mask. My mask strap had just broke right before I entered the store. Since our paint was already ordered and ready for pick up I was hoping that mask would be provided as I entered like a lot of smart business do. But no, I get yelled at, I asked for a mask, he was very disgruntled and demanded I wait outside. I remained exactly where I was at the front entrance, inside, as he brought me a mask. Definitely unnecessary. Sherwin Williams never treats me this way. I will never return to your store again. Especially since I live 2 hrs away.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is packed with wonderful art supplies and furniture. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be returning for any of my art needs.

A paint and decorating Super Store!!

Ive been a happy customer of Guirys for years. Unlike the big box stores you can get help with paint questions, paint/stain matches etc. If you are going to do it yourself they can set you up with all you need. They can recommend someone or just simply advise on a color, great one stop for not just paint but decorating needs, yeap two thumbs up from me.

This place offers quality art supplies. Not hobby lobby or Walmart art supplies, but REAL art supplies. Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time Ive visited, they have everything I need. Prices are great. And you dont have to drive all the way downtown. Excellent, excellent place. Cant recommend this store enough.

So I walked to look for paint markers the lady that worked there came up to me only and ask if I needed help I said yes can you show me were there markers are she showed me I said thank you still stood there I said thank you I dont need anymore help Im just looking she replied unfortunately I need to help you with the rest of your shopping I replied why is that she said its policy. Mind you when I walked in she was at her register and there was a white man walking shopping by himself and told her about it and she said its policy now sorry so she followed me down the other Ill so I decided to just leave. Ive been on this earth for over 24 year and never had a situation like that happened to me. So I will no longer shop at your establishment untill yourpolicy changed and people of color dont need to be followed anymore

I just went to Guirys paint 88th and pierce st in Westminster coAnd I had the worst experience ever with the sell guy behind the desk I not even got his name.After many years 16 or more my company was a customer of them, I have a pain company, and always got paint from them, but after today I ll take my business to another store, the way they treated me isn’t ok, this days is hard to find a mask or buy oneFor some reason I entered the store with no mask,And they kick me out of the store, the guy behind the desk around 3:00 pm today was so not nice and talked to me in a bad manner.I ll open an account at sherwin WilliamsI ll not come back to guirys because of the way they treated me.

I am a miniature painter. This is my favorite place to get brushes. As an artist there are so many cool thing. Markers, paint, pencils.

I gotta admit I liked the place but never ever have I seen so much way overpriced stuff in my life. For instance...$5-10 clocks for $260. Marked down to 50% off to make you feel like your gettn a deal. Saw the exact same clock at HomeGoods (24.97) and Ross (12.99)

I love the product mix, but not a fan of the employees and manager I have had the displeasure of talking too. You know an (Actual) paint store. Where you go when you need actual paint and tools instead of the few generic items you get from HD(Dont bother them about a gallon though they dont have time for the little matches do HD)

Very sweet employees! I didn’t catch her name, but a a particular employee helped me find my entire list for school and was even willing to help me carry my stuff lol! They didn’t have pica rulers at the time, but they offered to order for me and will get some in stock anyways. Highly recommend!
