Everything was good until I went to find my seats, a young couple was on our seat. So we have to skip couple of seats once we seat they move to other seats that was so irresponsible from them.On this times you should assign someone to seat the people to make sure they seat where they reserve. The movie was great I had fun with my kids.

Very nice venue! Theaters are clean and temperate. The staff is very helpful. Restrooms were very clean. There are even rooms on the 2nd level that cam be rented out.

Went to watch Freaky and the steps to keep everything clean and safe was fantastic. Will definitely go again during this pandemic

Its a very nice place compared to a few years back. The people their were very nice and helpful making sure we had everything.

Clean theater. Lots of screens. Amphitheatre seating so good acoustics. Attached to Valley Fair Mall. They also host SLC First Church of the Nazarene on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. Kinda cool I think. My phone camera had issues with the advertisement screen outside, sorry for the funky pic.

It was a great day at the movies! You can see that they are taking all the CDC guidelines very seriously. I highly encourage everyone to get back to the movies, but be smart about it.

The fact you buy tickets at the counter was a bit confusing since I couldnt use the kiosk due to having cash, had to ask around to just purchase tickets in person. Still a great theater but could use more clarity for people new to the grounds.

Usually this theater is clean but this past week the concession counter looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a while. The tickets and concessions are more expensive than at other theaters, especially since they made their large drink medium sized but left the price the same as before. We only go to Megaplex if they have a movie not playing at Cinemark. Also, I was the first one to choose seats for our movie but ended up having to move because other people werent in their designated seats and there was no social distancing.

Plenty of parking, clean throughout the building, and courteous employees. Not do many people right now because of social distancing and safety precautions. Only a few theaters open at a time.

The only bad thing was one person has to purchase all the tickets if you want to sit together. Plan ahead for this

The theater I was in didnt have reclining seats like many of the new theaters do; however, the chairs were comfy, new, and clean. The sound was amazing quality. The line to buy popcorn and drinks went very quickly. I was sold a pineapple Dole whip, which they were out off, but when they realized the error I was promptly given the choice of an alternative or refund. All in all, it was a great experience.

Clean theaters! Great sound and picture! Friendly, helpful staff. I only gave four stars as I was unable to use my Fandango card in person. I believe it is out of Megaplex control, but my $25 gift card turned into $15 because of the convenience fee Fandango charges. OVERALL: I LOVE this theater. Comfortable seating. Good food. Fun place to see a movie!

Incredible service, cleanliness, food, and seating! The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful and the theatre was easy to find. I love how this is so smoothly connected to so many other restaurants and also the entire mall, it made waiting for our movie time quite enjoyable as we were able to explore. I have a wheelchair and found ADA seating to have plenty enough room for my wheelchair and my service dog and my husband and friends enjoyed the companion seating.

They dont honor special discounts. Tacky!

This is my favorite place to watch movies. Good quality and service. The reason I’m giving the 4 stars is because I have seen kids between 8-14 years old in “R” movies. I think if today people are asking for an ID to buy cigarettes and alcohol, I think is more important to protect what is going to or kids head. I know theres a lot of irresponsible parents, but as a community we can protect the kids.

Big nice new theaters. Good food with big menu. Lots of theaters and easy to get around in. Nice friendly staff. Sadly the seats don’t recline a feature I ️ in other theaters.

This mall is continued to become one of the coolest places in salt lake. It keeps getting nicer and fancier. The movie theater is attached to the mall you can access both through each other. I love the cattle corn and the logistics of the way they set up running people through to get into their movie theaters. Greatly enjoyed seeing movies here and the atmosphere.

This is a decent theater in the valley. The luxury lounge chairs are really nice, and I enjoy the heated seat aspect in the stereotypical cold theater. There are a lot of great theaters in the valley, but a well maintained and clean theater is always nice, like this one.

This movie theater is very nice. Great location and seems very clean and we love the way it’s decorated and laid out. The movie selections are always nice. IMAX here is so cool! My only complaint is that the customer service at the snack counter is always slower than molasses. They should understand more than anyone that we want to get into the theater in a timely manner and the line should be moved a little faster. They are also very shy? or something? They don’t respond most of time and when they do, it’s usually awkward. Maybe it’s just the times we’ve gone. Not sure. Other than that, this movie theater rocks.

We love Megaplex @ Valley Fair! We arrived a little early for our movie & had to wait for them to clean the theater. I was so surprised how quick they were able to clean the whole theatre! They were super fast. Concession lines move pretty quick & I love that there are many employees working to get the line moving along. We came on a Friday night... sometimes you dread having to go wait in line for popcorn & snacks, but these guys get the line moving so you can relax and watch your movie. I’m also impressed that managers are right there on the front line filling popcorn and being runners rather than shooting the breeze on the side. At least that’s been my observation when I go. Cashiers and workers are also very friendly and patient. I usually have a huge group with me and they don’t make me feel rushed. This West Valley location is awesome!

This was awesome. Kind staff, easy to find, great picture view and surround sound. We had 4d seats which was really fun but they werent super comfy and they didnt recline. The not 4d seats didnt look like they reclined either so I would probably choose the Megaplex in Jordan Landing over this one.

I went to the new My Hero Academia movie with a friend. We expected to hear the dub, BUT we got sub. REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I know most people prefer sub, but I dont want to be reading when Im supposed to be watching.

So AWESOME! Perfect for our movie experience. Well be back a lot in the future thank you so much.

Excellant movie quality, but soda mix ratio was way off. For $5.50 I expect a full bodied coke!!! Not a watered down low end gas station coke.

Clean theaters, comfy seats. Concessions are good. Location can be hard to get in and out of depending on how busy the malls is, but usually not an issue.

Great theater, they reprinted lost tickets for me, even, and I paid with cold hard cash! They asked if I had the receipt, but I lost it while saving a sweet old lady crossing the busy street (she was being mugged as well). So, in the following scuffle and rescue, it must have fallen into a nearby trash receptacle, as I would never litter. The floors were also well swept.

It was extremely comfortable and all the service was great. The tickets were pretty cheap. Definitely will be going there more often.

This is a very nice theater. I like that they have the Coke freestyle soda dispensers. I love all the different options that those give. The seats are big and there is stadium seating so you get a good view no matter where you sit and no matter how tall the person in front of you is. They have $5 Tuesdays. I would give this theater 5 stars, but other theaters in the area have much better seats. The seats here are adequate, but many other theaters have seats that recline and are really fantastic.

Staff at the help desk were nice and helpful. Fast and friendly service. It seemed clean, the floors werent sticky. Although, the theater we were in smelled like urine. There was also staff walking around inside our theater during the movie-distracting. The snacks and drinks were fine. Great staff at the snack bar, too.

Seats are way uncomfortable and do not recline and it’s overpriced. The sound system definitely could use an upgrade to surround sound. The snack bar is probably the most decent part of the theatre. I usually go to the Regal which is a little less expensive and has surround sound and very comfortable recliners but even Cinamark is more comfortable than the Megaplex and also has recliners and is less expensive. Not even five dollar Tuesday will get me to go back to this theatre. I definitely expected more. The kid at the snack bar also knew nothing about the menu of items offered...please train your employees better. You have a Pizza Hut and don’t offer wings but you have shredded bbq chicken? Interesting if you ask me. Wings would definitely be a better option. Epic let down.

Theater was clean, service was quick. But seats dont recline. Recliners get 5 stars, I hope seats are upgraded soon.

The thing that bothered me most here is once the previews start they alternate between commercials and previews for Utah. I feel that at this point I shouldnt have to deal with constant commercials, every other theater I have gone to doesnt do this. Other than that the employees all just seemed miserable. They were helpful but all seemed to hate being there.

Happy to be able to go to movies on the big screen again.

If you have a handicap that makes it difficult to walk, beware that this megaplex has very long hallways. The concession stand often is out of salt shakers as well. Other than that, a good movie theater.

Great theater! Every seat is great. They have the little trays that fit into cup holders so that it is easy to get your snacks safely to your seats. Very friendly staff. Clean theaters and restrooms. Snacks were cheaper than other places in the valley.

Seats are comfortable. They have a variety of viewing options. Great popcorn, too.

Nice theater in a mall that is slowly dying. The theaters are well appointed and comfortable. Concessions have tons of options and meet price expectation. Movies are similarly within price expectations. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. There is adequate parking outside the theaters. Egress is thoroughly annoying based on distance, unnecessary 4 way stops, and limited access to public streets.

My favorite movie theater. Serves one of the best ice cream. Also serves pizza, nachos, hot dog, etc. Self served fountain drinks. Love the prices and three choices of room/seats. You get to pick your seats before paying.

Fine theater. Arrive 25 minutes after show time though, since seats are assigned and they feel like they have to inject TV-style commercials before the movie. I want to sit through Frozen 2 with my family. I dont want to sit through some garbage home fixtures commercial with my family.

Good seats and the sound doesnt blow out your ear drums.Seating type and theater type determine the price, but its fairly on par with other movie theaters.You can order your tickets online or at a kiosk which is convenient.For that convenience, your paying with twenty minutes of your time watching promotions.

Wonderful theater with good concessions. The seats were comfortable and clean, the screen was massive, the place smelled nice. The food was good and the service was good. Im sure Ill be back at some point.

The luxury seats are awesome, and on $5 Tuesday theyre only $5 and popcorn is $2 (small) which is a great deal now a days. Awesome sound, awesome picture, CLEAN comfortable seats. A definite win in my book.

I’m done going to Megaplex theaters. Being forced to watch a bunch of local commercials crammed in between trailers, as well as all of the Megaplex promo footage makes the experience feel needlessly prolonged. I’ll take my business to AMC, Loews, and Regal — at least they don’t subject their patrons to excessive commercials in the theater (and many of them have leather recliners, too!)

It was crowded not enough Cashiers at the snack Bar. I would have like to see more Cashiers there. The food Court got rid of the best Food kinda disappointed with the new changes.

Same Megaplex quality youd find anywhere - efficient service and clean theatres. Lots of great food options! And its located just inside the east entry way. They also have rentable banquet rooms for family or business events.

This theater is great. They have a good variety of seat types and prices. If you go on Tuesdays they do $5.00 movies all day. Or you can go to a dbox seat (great for Marvel movies) and spend $15+ per ticket. Parking is okay, try to find your way in on the east side of the mall, way easier to get in and out of the otherwise painful Valley Fair Mall parking lot.

It was OK. I dont like the seats. They make you sit up too straight. The prices are cheaper than Regal Theatre but I prefer paying more and having recliners. Much more comfortable.

We saw Toy Story 4 in the dbox seats. Probably not the best movie for the seats. I think this is the third movie weve seen in the seats an the best one was Wonder Woman - I think the more action in the film, the better the seats are. But it was fun for the kids to try out the moving seats. The movie was good and the theater was clean. The workers were kind and it was a fun morning at the theater!

Tuesdays are always 5$ days! So me and my friend decided to come here to watch a movie gotta say the place is nice, clean and well kept up. Including watching the movies are quite nice as well as you wont see any glitches or anything messing up. Employees are also nice and friendly! Will be returning here like I always do every Tuesday

If you have a choice, go to another megaplex. Its often a lot more crowded, especially during off hours. When I was there, no one seemed to be happy with their job. They also assigned us two seat numbers that didnt exist. Their system also showed no luxury seats available when there were probably a dozen free. Too many things went wrong.

Always have the best time at this location we have become friends with some of the peeps there.. Morris is been a long time friend for over 10 years we consider him family. Lawrence is always friendly and very accommodating. He has some great recommendations. Kylee is very sweet and always helpful & friendly!

This place is really just a great, hidden gem. Its always clean when we go, the staff is always helpful and the place is never crazy busy when we go. Occasionally there is a police presence which can be comforting or scary depending on how you view that. We find it comforting - due to occasional herds of teens;) Overall a great place, hope they stay around!

I miss going to this theater. It was always a go to up until March. The theaters are normally clean, however they dont do the best job at the concessions. It tends to take a long time to get anything.

Ticketing was easy,quick and accurate. I loved the auditorium size and cleanliness. The show was awesome! Volume was just right..not too loud and not too low. Avengers .... was enjoyable.

This movie theater has to be the biggest Ive ever been to. It was a journey walking to our movie screening but hey, thats what I expected coming to watch a film at the MEEEEEEGAAAAPLEX!!! I like how they are able to hold such a huge capacity. Concession stands are able to keep up with the amount of foot traffic that comes with being a movie theater inside a mall. Definitely recommend this place for $5 Tuesday for sure.

If only they would convert their seats to Lazy seats then they would be up there with the competition. Unfortunately they need a thorough cleaning of their popcorn popper. The popcorn doesnt taste good as it used to before when they opened. Honestly, if popcorn is a deal breaker, I recommend Regal Theaters.
