Rented out the theater for some family fun. It was great

Besides being understaffed this is a good movie theater. You get more then just popcorn, plenty of snacks to pizza hut pizza little something for everyone. The seats are comfy and clean and like most theaters This one doesnt smell. I would have done 5 stars but Im not to impressed by how the parking and exits are located.

This place is really just a great, hidden gem. Its always clean when we go, the staff is always helpful and the place is never crazy busy when we go. Occasionally there is a police presence which can be comforting or scary depending on how you view that. We find it comforting - due to occasional herds of teens;) Overall a great place, hope they stay around!

Cinemark is a good theater, and it has shown with the pandemic it will continue to try ways to keep it that way. The seating is great and so is the service!

This little gem is tucked away, I barely even knew it was there until there was a shoe depot(gone now) that I had found. At first it seems sketchy because it really is tucked away but thats the best part...Tucked away, Ive never seen it crowded, the staff are all amazing, the food is super fresh, the theaters are clean and so comfortable. Unless I want a reclining chair to feel spoiled, this is where I go. No other place!

Great place to watch a movie. The staff is friendly and helpful. The young lady day shift assistant manager is one of the coolest employees they have. Sorry dont remember her name. She is a great asset to have.

I took my girls to see Frozen here and I loved this theatre. Its easily my favorite place to catch a movie now. It was my first visit and I loved how clean the lobby and bathrooms were and how friendly and helpful the staff was. There are three other theatres closer to me and I have to make a drive to get to this one, but its very worth it.

I like the big screens here, and the popcorn is really good. The seat rows seam a bit too close though. The staffing was good though making service quick.

We typically prefer the Megaplex theaters, but we had a Cinemark gift card that needed using. This is one of the newer Salt Lake locations, a few years old now, and its fine--good even, as a small home town feeling theater wrapped in a modern wrapper. Not the place to go if youre in the mood for a luxury theater experience, but GREAT if you want a cozy night out. Definitely not as busy and bustling as most of the Megaplex locations, which is nice, and theres something to be said for a more low-key movie experience that makes me nostalgic for my small hometown theater.

Absolutely love this theater but DO NOT COME ON SUNDAY! The Church service here is so rude! They block the hall ways, play awful music very loudly and harass you when you walk in the door!Any other time, its a wonderful theater.

Super clean, movie started right on time, attendants were all fast, friendly and totally efficient. Bathrooms were in Tip Top shape! Awesome theater! And the POP CORN WAS TO DIE FOR!

Bought tickets online. Not very clear where to go, to have them print them. They have changed the configuration so many times.Also do they have to turn on the air conditioning when the movie starts? Was a nice temperature before the movie. Then freezing the rest of the time. And the bathrooms could use more attention throughout the day.

The popcorn was indeed free. It actually tasted great. The seats were comfortable. It was worth my money.

Great Cinemark, workers were friendly and the theater we went into was clean, no sticky floors or trash in the seats. Definitely a cleaner theater experience. Recommend joining the movie club for their nice benefits. Rollover tickets monthly means you can save them for later. Great program.

The lines for tickets and concessions were way too long!! It was ridiculous. When we got there at 4:20 on Valentines Day, they only had one employee to sell tickets and run concessions. They finally got one more person to sell tickets, but the one line for concessions was still crazy slow. I missed the beginning of my movie because I had to wait in the line for 25 minutes. Get more employees for a Friday night and especially on a holiday!!

Spend your time and money going anywhere else; no one who works here will care. We and everyone we know has issues here. Enjoy your evening somewhere else...horrible place!!

This is a great clean movie theatre. They have nice comfortable leather chairs that rock a little bit. It is great bring able to buy tickets online and reserve seats.

I agree with many of the other reviewers, clean facilities but they really do have a sound issue. It is the front speakers! Everytime I go the voices are difficult to hear especially when there are loud sound effects happening at the same time. Surround sound is great but the voices coming from the front speakers need to be turned up. I find myself hesitating going to see action movies at this location for this reason!

Always understaffed, long lines. Better service to drive an extra 4 miles to go to valley fair mall. Probably save time driving the extra distance for faster lines and more customer service. Probably wont repeat.

I like this location a lot. Its only about 7 to 10 minutes away from my house and super clean. They were super nice and sweet to my 3 1/2 year old niece the last time we went and she wanted to do everything herself. They were extremely patience with her and had big grins on their faces the whole time.

Extremely disappointed that we bought three tickets to Frozen 2 and couldent even hear the movie. We where on Row F, which is perfect seats so there is no reason we could not hear. I left the movie to ask if there was anything they could do and the woman opened the door and said it sounds fine. Should have gone to megaplex. First time at this theater. There customer service ensures we wont back.

Its got a lot of cool stuff, pretty good food and movie selection.

One of the best Cinemarks to visit! It is never crowded and the staff is super friendly. Especially Jeremy Germ, he goes the extra mile when you want that popcorn layered with butter. Thanks for the great visit!

This is a good place to see a movie. We love going on my day off at the matinee times. I hate a crowd. But this place has comfortable seats, great movies and the popcorn is fresh. I hate stale popcorn.

I like this theater. I have no complaints with it. I wish Cinemark had a better member Rewards. Just doesnt compare with Megaplexs rewards.

I love this theater, it is our favorite theater, its close to home its always clean, and the people are always nice. But I will never go on a Sunday again because of that church alI I could hear was their music and I couldnt even enjoy my movie I was so fed up I almost walked out!

Worst place ever. I will never be coming here again. We had a problem because we didn’t know that we could not bring our underage nephews to watch the movie even though we are well over 21 we did have permission from their parents to watch the movie. When we tried to receive our money back they would not give us our money back. they said they could only give us movie passes. Which really sucks because we had paid for a babysitter. The manager was the worst person he was yelling at us he was just a complete jerk.

Friendly helpful staff that are knowledgeable. Lines for tickets moved quickly as did the concessions lines. XD theater has comfortable seats. No recliners as some have but still comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Parking lot has few trees leaving the cars in the hot sun midday. Bring a windshield sunscreen and park in the appropriate direction if going in the daytime. Restrooms are a bit small but we’re clean.

The theater was awesome good prices and good snack bar, along with good seating options.

I used to come here all the time during the days and there was always two girls working. Jaden and Shy. Jaden was always nice but she looked ready to explode and looked worn down and angry sometimes. Shy is always so amazing! She would look tired as well but managed to fight through it to help me with everything. Lately I havent seen Shy and it makes me not want to come back. She was one of my favorite workers. I see Jaden and shes looking good, but I really miss Shy. I hope she didnt quit. Seats are okay. Prices are a bit ridiculous but thats to be expected from a movie theater. I just recently came in, but it just didnt have the same flare as a couple months ago. I will give it another chance soon but the spark just isnt there for me anymore.

Very clean and a respectable place for any chap and his date.

I took my family for the first time to this location to see Alladin for a matinee (2:45pm). We moved and it this theatre is closest to our house. I bought tickets online, it was simple to redeem. The theater was smaller but the seats were comfortable. The show was great. Overall it was a really fun experience. We did not buy any concessions this time. But the building was clean and not too many people.

Nice clean place pretty slow for a Saturday night. Decent theater no self service drinks reasonably priced drinks and popcorn (for a movie theater)

Good experience. I came a couple times on Tuesday And it was not to burst, unlike the theatres inside the malls, this is calmer. You can access their website and book your tickets and seats. The rooms are clean and the staff strives to provide good care. Keep going with the great work people. Thumbs up!

Great place for movies, food is a bit pricey and took a little bit of time to make, but great place for familys.

I dont go to Theaters very often; but, my overall impression of this theater was very good. The staff was courteous and professional. The theater was clean and comfortable. The chairs are comfortable and tilt back. There is plenty of leg room. And I dont know if it is always this way but I went to the first showing of the day and had the whole theater, with the exception of about six other people, all to myself and my Sister. I would definitely recommend it. Especially the early shows. Early shows are about $6.00 . Happy viewing.

WTF no recliners?? Whats the point of going to a movie and sitting in a regular seat? Sucks because we bought the tickets and went in just planning on it being a regular Cinemark. Very disappointed once you go recliner you dont go back. This place upgrades Ill be happy to return as of right now no thanks I dont want to sit in a theater with 1980s technology.

Was very busy which is not a problem but when you wait 25 mins to get popcorn they need to do better staffing. Also time to upgrade your seats a bit.

Did not have a good experience this morning. We went to the 10 AM showing of Jumanji and the doors did not even open until 9:50 AM. Everyone rushed inside and the ticket area had signs posted to purchase tickets at the concession area. They only have one kiosk. They started out with just two cashiers, then added another one. What a mess.

Clean and the staff were efficient and friendly.

It was nice the service was a bit slow but it was other wise a nice experience. The employees were very nice and helpful. Would return again.

This is my go to theater. All new new movies wirhout the huge crowds and plenty of parking

Good place to see a movie. Its not the CRAZY experience you get at one- of the larger complexes.Its usually a long wait at the concessions, though. They could open up a couple more registers and serve their customers a little better.

Ive always been happy with this theater. Bathrooms are clean. The best part is that its just a theater. Theres no arcade, its not connected to a mall, etc.

Went to see End Game here and the experience was very good! Their mini pizzas are really tasty as well!

My kids love the movies and this is a small enough theater I don’t have to worry about them going to another movie while I’m in another I’ll know where they are and the officer being there calms my nerves.

Big, modern movie house with almost 10 theaters. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a police officer standing in the lobby - at least on the weekend when we were there. Very clean and bright facility. Enjoy going to this Cinemark.

Ok movie house, floor was super sticky no reclining seats here! And more than other places. Got a large soda was filled 3/4 ths of the way, had a girl just filling drinks for the person waiting on us assume it was the manager with her blazer, she gladly fixed that for us. Seating: Seat is leather not no fuzzy stuff ha but just the kind you pull down with your hand. Would probably consider another place with better seats. As most places now have reclining. Yummy!!!! Pretzel bites made fresh but that held the line up to the door.

Clean and mostly nice staff. they cleaned up the theater within 5 minutes of the movie and found my keys before I could even get back inside to try and find them

They have an outside ticket kiosk if you hate talking to people, but the touchscreen is very difficult to navigate at times since it struggles to read any physical contact (and its not like there are arrow keys you can try using instead) that being said, the staff were helpful when we went and the normal seats we bought were a leather type (non reclining) that were comfortable and did not distract from the entertainment. Lighting and sound were both excellent, with the isles bring bright enough to navigate mid-movie without blinding you if youre sitting on the end of a row. It was not crowded at all on the Monday night we attended, and the facility was clean. No complaints, would definitely recommend this theater!

This is a good theatre. One setback is that it doesnt have the recliner chairs. A good thing about it is usually you can get in and out pretty quickly. I like that it is located near our old home and is near some of our favorite restaurants. I like the ice cream options, my favorite being Dreyers Rocky Road. Apparently theyve added more food options.

Expect to fly right thru from the ticket counter to your seat!! Concession lines are short and quick to get popcorn! We love coming to this theater vs the megaplex at Valley Fair because of how far we have to drive out to get parking. The movie selections could expand but overall comfortable clean seats.

I bought 3 tickets yesterday in person and couldnt make the showing for toy story 4. came in today to get a refund or at least pick another movie but mangement stated to call the 1800 number. management didnt even give me a number. they also stated that in the back of the ticket say no refund. in the back of the tickets doesnt say that. now i have to go to another theater and spend more money. if you are not going to give any refunds to at least say it before you buy the ticket. will not recommend this place. Larry H. Miller theaters has help me in the past. lhm has great customer service.
