Very nice park! Its clean and has a lot to offer to the community. There is plenty of parking and is accessible from every street around it. There are tennis courts and areas for other activities as well. Its well lit at night and is right next to a community center. Ive always felt safe here and there is usually some kind of security that is always close by. Its also a great place to spend some time if you enjoy playing Pokemon Go (lots of nests).

This is a review of the tennis courts. They are cracked and usually have debris on them ranging from leaves to gum (!), but they are nonetheless a fun place and convenient place to play in an urban park sort of way. I like that they were resurfaced some time ago in blue, the nets are the right height, and they are often available. The tennis pros look great, though Ive only watched them and never taken a lesson. I play with a friend. The cons are that the courts are very noisy, which can be a problem when playing tennis. The court we usually play on is near a workout station on the southwest side, and there is often very loud amplified music from trainers teaching classes there (are they allowed to do that?). Also, it is right near the bathroom, which is always occupied by street people getting high and staying locked in there for long periods of time. There is always garbage and on two occasions human waste on the side of the court near the bathroom. The courts on the other side get traffic noise. On the other hand, it is an entertaining experience to play there, with a mix of languages and personalities, and in the mornings I think its free.

Picture Perfect ParkThis park is rich in beauty and multi layered in its identity and functionality. You will first notice that the park is lavishly decked out in indigenous plants, trees, greenery and wild flowers. Besides the overall aesthetic of the park it is expansive - starts at Plummer St and Santa Monica and reaches all the way to fountain. Whether u want to soak up rays or cool down in the shade, you will find it here at Plummer Park. The park is situated in section of West Hollywood that has to been historically inhabited by Russians. They are regulars here and participate in card and gaming activities.Members of the trans and LGBQT community also consider this a meeting hub. The park is family friendly and an excellent place for picnics. Finally, there is a recreation area that offers meeting and classroom facilities. Members of AA and NA utilize these rooms for recovery and spiritual growth. This is a park that is unique in it vastness, eclectic in terms of demographics and open to all who want to spend time there. Cities are moving towards utilizing and developing micro urban parks that are mini parks situated in densely populated urban areas. Plummer Park is a slice of the past that maintains its identity as a traditional park that stands as an icon stylistically.

Plummer Park is a perfect example of why West Hollywood is such a desirable place to live. This series of community meeting spaces have been a hub for civic activity in West Hollywood. Over the last 20 years I have been there so many times that I cant even remember. Always clean well air-conditioned and these are the fines Plummer Park is a great addition to West Hollywood and should be the model for cities across the country.

Found this gorgeous little gem of a park not far from the LA Tar Pits absolutely fantastic for a picnic with our American family. So quiet and didnt feel you were next to the bustle of LAs roads thats for certain. It had trees to shelter under from the sun, picnic tables and a play area, with free parking for the park goers.

This park is always active with all kinds of people. During the summer it is filled with children and families enjoying events, and during the rest of the year many enjoy meeting with neighbors to talk and play games. Very peaceful and welcoming setting. Also a hotspot for our beloved Russian-speaking community members.Tennis courts, basketball court, community center, playground, and other community buildings provide lots of recreational opportunities. Lots of dogs also love this park.

For a quick picnic its fine. To spend any more time there than it takes to eat a sandwich and down a coke, I dont recommend it, as It was kind of dirty, unkempt and the grass sparse and too much muddiness, Got my shoes all dirty. Needs better upkeep. Too many disheveled looking people, laying around on the ground, might be too scary for little children.

This small neighborhood park is very popular and always populated with residents enjoying tennis, basketball, the weather, conversation, a chess or card game, playing soccer, doing Yoga, playing with their dogs or exercising.Seriously, the degree of use is like you might see in a movie and question whether the screenwriter went overboard writing in all the action in the background during a park scene because theyre never really like this!. (THIS park IS utilized nicely like that.) It is nice to see. :-)

This park is a bit small and funky with a lot of riff-raff roaming around, and finding parking can be tough also. I would probably be one-and-done there except for two features. First, there are more tennis courts per park area than probably any other park in Los Angeles and you can usually find an open court quickly, and 2nd, there is a large contingent of Russians who seem to gravitate here; and many old Russian men sit at the picnic tables and play chess incessantly. I love chess, and these guys will generously allow you to play with them while they kibbutz and mock you, and also encourage you too. If tennis or chess is your thing then you may have found a new LA home. Theres also a basketball court right in the middle of everything, which can get very competitive and even combative but Ive seen a lot of talent play there. All things considered I would give Plummer Park 3.5 Stars.
